I have bought a lot of boats and cars from a lot of places and am not normally a review person, but Mike and Jason were so good to work with and made the buying experience so good that I had to share. Several of my friends are on their 3rd and 4th MBs partly because the boats are good and largely because of the great experience The Boat Shack provides. I quickly saw what they were talking about. Mike and Jason answered every question, were super transparent with all the financials, did what they said they were going to do when they said they’d do it and they really stand behind their products (which they are very knowledgeable about). 5 stars is a no-brainer for me here.

Nothing but good to say about these guys. I do most of my own work and they have been nothing but helpful in finding me parts, and giving advice. They have worked on my boat several times, and have done great! They have always been super fast. I bought my boat used through them, and I will come back to get my next one. This is a bit of a story but a good one. Last fall of 2018 my husband and I started to shop for a boat. Went to the Utah 2018 boat show and talk to every boat brand that pertains to the kind of boat we were looking for. We talked about getting a used boat for a long time. Keep in mind having a ski boat of my own has been a dream sense I was a child. We ended up making demo boat rides with taylor boats for an axis and the boat Shack with b52. We ended up taking 3 test drives with axis and 3 test drives for the Mb b52 after much thought and test drives we put money down on a 2019 23ft b52 . Jason who was so very patient with us had never done so many test drives before. He new what a big deal and financial commitment this would be for me and my family. He helped us every step of the way. We took ownership of our beautiful boat last week. We could not be more pleased with our overall experience. We are so excited to be a part of the boat shack and MB boat family . Jason and to the rest of the boat shack team. Thanks for making this one of the most exciting experiences for me. I have purchased 3 used and 2 new boats over the past 19 years and dealt with about every boat dealer in town. My last 2 boats were purchased from The Boat Shack and I returned for a reason. While I was also interested in other makes and models, The Boat Shack has been the best by far so I returned this year to buy a new boat. They stand by their boats and their service and I have been treated far better than my expectations.

Update 12-10-19:Because of our first buying experience through Mike and the crew at the Boat Shack, we went back and bought our new MB boat through them and their service is still incredible. Thanks Mike and the entire team at the Boat Shack. Love our MB boat. When we decide to upgrade again, well definitely be back! These guys have been awesome, very accommodating with our repairs and getting them done before the weekend so we don’t miss our Saturdays on the lake. My husband and I met boating at Deer Creek and our whole married life we’ve had a boat, but the MB is by far our favorite! It throws an awesome wave and cuts through the chop better than our previous surf boat. We are already saving up to buy a new one, the wave looks even better on this year’s model!

We just purchased a new MB52 from Mike and his guys and it was a great experience. I am not an easy customer first of all. I have a question about a question when I buy things and Mike was awesome with answering everything. I read other reviews of how they treat you like family and I can say that is true. We debated between a Malibu at another dealership and this MB. Hands down our MB felt like a better built boat but what sold us is the attention that the Boat Shack gave us and still does. I purchased a new mb last year and the boat has been amazing and the staff is very helpful and responsive. I would, and have recommended them to all my friends. I have had a great experience.

Worst place ever to buy a boat. Had them, order some parts that I needed turns out they got the wrong parts would not return them and told me just to drill new holes to make it work. Also when buying parts you expect them to be new, NOPE not here would not recommend them to anyone. Then getting cursed out buy the owner of the company seams real professional. If you are reading this and wanting to take your boat somewhere go see the guys up at croft marine. They are by far the best I have ever worked with Kevin and his team are amazing.

So my experience with The boat shack was amazing, I got the boat Iv always wanted and I got it at an awesome price. I definitely recommend buying a boat from the boat shack, if its your first boat or your 10th. They have it all.

You can take your boat here for a winterization, and not have to take it back to get de-winterized in the spring! Theyll put it back in the way you can just drop it in the water next spring! The management is super friendly, and helpful! The place itself is confusing your first visit, but they operate out of the warehouse, their office is in the warehouse, and parking is by the warehouse past the boats.

Best guys in the boat world not greedy and will take the time to help whether you are buying a new or used or just getting parts to fix what you have now.

Nice guys but dont know much about repair work. I would not trust them with any repair work. I 3 different people what it was doing and what I thought the problem was. They said to leave the boat and they would diagnose it. A week later they called to say they had looked at it and then repeated exactly what I told them when I dropped it off and charged me an hour of labor. I asked about an estimate to fix it and was told they didnt know, not even a best or worst case scenario. They just wanted me to pay them what ever they wanted to charge me. Decided to take a weekend and fix it my self, cost me $250 instead of thousands they would have charged.

These liars gave us a quote and said they would have our boat worked on within 4 days. Almost 3 weeks later we were given 100 excuses as to why they had yet to even look at our boat. They said the previous project was taking a long time, then they said something happened in the garage, them people called in sick etc. Finally frustrated we were able to talk with the mechanic who told us that our boat was put on the back burner and he was instructed to only work on it during his down time because other boats had come in that made them more money. WE MISSED OUR FAMILY REUNION because of this and the owner knew that, and still brushed us off.

Ive been to a few boat places over the years to get my boats and wave runners worked on and winterized. These guys seem to be the most honest and best value.

So far so good. Theyve had us in for service and getting winterized and they were great!

I bought my 2014 B52 from these guys. They have done all the service and winterized it the last two seasons. I had two warranty issues (lenco actuator) and a temp gauge, parts were replaced no questions no drama. This is where I will buy my next boat.
