I got a second nail in my front tire yesterday when I stopped at Discount Tire to patch it. They told me they couldnt patch it because the two nails happened to be right next to each other. So, Id have to replace both my front tires. I reluctantly paid for them but I guess they heard me crying to my Dad about it on the phone because Scott came outside and told me theyd replace my back two for free as well. What a kind man! I was so surprised and thankful. Id never expect this to happen as my front two cost a few hundred. All the workers here were very kind and had good attitudes. Thanks again!!

My tire blew on 35W in Lino Lakes today - it all happened so fast but I must’ve ran over something sharp and it went flat in just a few seconds. It was such a scary experience but after a tow truck brought me and my vehicle to Discount Tire they looked over my vehicle and said they would be able to repair my tire! When they brought my vehicle around after the tire was repaired they handled me a bill for $0.00 and told me to have a great rest of my day! I was so surprised! What started out as an awful day turned into a great one. Thank you Discount Tire Lino Lakes - I appreciate it more than you know, and I will be back!!!

I had a new set of tires put on today and I am very impressed with their service! The place was packed but they took care of everyone in a very professional and efficient way. It will be the only place I will go for tires!

Pulled up and manager came out and grabbed my tire out of the back. Brought it in to the back. Ask me a few questions. Within 10 minutes they came out and said the tire was no good. Would I like to replace it under the warranty. I said yes they said go over to the far cash register. Paid for it. They were putting it in my car in a bag. So I didnt get any mess in my car. Great job great service, would recommend it to anyone. Totally professional !

I found a nail in my right rear tire yesterday morning and I brought it here as my girlfriend had had good experience here recently. Unfortunately the tire couldnt be repaired so I had to get four new tires. It took them about an hour to get the new tires on. The person who helped me was very friendly and answered my questioons. He also had an abundance of patience while I asked to see a number of different options for tires. I forgot to get his name from his shirt but the recipet said Adam G, hopefully thats the right person. He also priced out some winter tires and wheels for me. When I decide to go ahead with the winter tires Ill be back. My only complaint is the arm rests on the waiting room chairs could use some padding.

If I could rate more than five stars I would. My boyfriend and I just got a flat tire, any place that was still open couldn’t take it and help us. But here we called eight minutes before closing and theyWe’re willing to stay open until we got there to fix our tire. I would highly recommend.

After the Mercedes dealer failed to fix a slow leak in a tire, I returned to Discount Tire where I had purchased the tires. After much work they found and repaired the leak. When I asked how much, I was told there was no charge for all the work they had done which included a new valve stem. I was surprised and impressed. These are good, generous, professional people and I would trust them with any and all of my tire needs.

Its always good to know the guy whos running the store hes always pretty busy but he always has time for individuals like me who will come in and buy a set of tires or whatever or sometimes Ill just stop by and chat with him a little bit while hes trying to do his job but hes a really good guy too he knows his stuff and all the stuff that goes on he always keeps everything going pretty smooth he doesnt really take what Id call it seriously as he makes you feel just like a home he feels like a brother or somebody that you really care about hes a really nice guy keeps his guys together I never see him get really older upset about everything he runs a really safe crew of people and hes always willing to give you advice on a set of tires or whatever I cant say enough about Scotty its just hes a really been running that ship for a while and he pretty much keeps in touch with everything whats going on very nice guy easy to deal with and I always go to get the best deal that he can thats me thats all I need to say

More then helpful, these folks do it right. This past week, got new winter tires and rims. The salesman, Joe, understood my perception of ride and suggested a great combo that drastically improved my preferred ride. A couple days later brought another vehicle for a winter tire seasonal switch. For real, got in at shortly after 8. Was on the freeway by 8:36! No appointment. Granted, this is odd, but I am overly impressed by the focus to completion the installers have. And that frickn Joe said thanks! Seriously, this Joe is maken em money.

I went to Discount Tire this week with a flat and was blown away by their customer service. Every person I interacted with was friendly and professional. They got me in right away and brought one of their lobby chairs onto the sidewalk so that I could enjoy the nice day while I waited. I would absolutely recommend their business.

I believe Scott the manager really cares about this place. Had a few issues that we had to have some discussions about and went way and beyond any expectations I had to make it right. Hopefully any past issue is in the past because I’ve always believed they were taking care of me and had my vehicles best interest in mind.

By far the best experience I have had dealing with a tire company. New tires, tire repairs, summer tires to winter tire change overs - best every time! I have purchased at least 10 sets of new tires over the years and never a bad experience.

I’m beginning to understand Discounts Tires business model. Be honest and be fair and they will always come back.I stopped at the Lino Lakes location to enquire about what I knew to have, a leaking valve stem. The man came out to me before I even stepped out of my car.I had my car serviced the day before at another business and was told my tires must be replaced. I mentioned this to the DT guy and he said No, they don’t, you still have enough tread to have your tires to be considered safe. He said although your tires aren’t the best for snow and ice, they’ll be fine for a while longer. That type of honesty is what is missing in business. We run a whole fleet of service vans and Discount Tires gets all of our business. I trust them enough to say I will never go anywhere else.PS: He replaced the valve stem and aired up the tire. I asked him what I owe and he said forget about it. Those gestures are so valuable to a businesses growth.Thanks DT dude!!!

The only place I will buy tires. They always have great prices and are usually able to get them mounted and balanced the same day. This is my 2015 with Michelene tires that I bought within a week of buying this truck.

A couple of years ago I had a flat on the freeway and this was the closest tire place - although it was closing time the manager and staff gave me a great price and took care of my tires.I’m back here with my stepdaughters car and they quickly diagnosed the problem and even though they are busy, fit me in. Unlike other tire places (in my experience) they don’t oversell.I’m a value shopper and have found their tires very competitive, combined with the outstanding service makes me a loyal customer.

Real quick, set my appointment up online then night before and they were ready when I arrived today. The new tires look great and were pretty standard priced for the level I went with, the staff were really nice as well. Only gripe I had is I sat under a vent while waiting and the temperature shifted up and down a lot, but that could of been remedied if I had said something, more on me than anyone. Only took them about 30 minutes for four new tires on a suburban.

As someone who knows very little about cars, the staff here is always friendly and honest. They don’t make me feel like I’m going to purchase anything unnecessary, which is very much appreciated. If you buy tires from Discount Tire, they’ll take good care of you and make the maintenance virtually painless and reasonable. Appointment and maintenance reminders are also a huge plus!! Went to get new tires last fall and Scott, the manager said I didnt need them. I thanked him for his honesty and said Id be back next year. Came back this year after ordering new tires and setting up an appointment, only to be told that the tires I picked were still in production, and not yet available. He showed me a better tire that cost a little more. So he discounted the new tires and I bought them. Why would you go any where else when they treat you that well?

I get it, after all they are in the tire business but to the point of inconveniencing customers that have appointments when time is limited nowadays. Had appointment for a rotation (supposed to be free as I bought the tires there). They said “ legally they could not take my front tires off as they were too bald”. I checked and they were at 3/32 and that is fine in MN. Then the guy did the sales pitch to try and sell me tires! Had to go somewhere else and will do from now on. Would not recommend.

Thank you to the person who helped my son with the white Nissan Altima that had a nail in the sidewall! He is very happy. Again, I really appreciate the kindness!! Not many businesses act this way nowadays.
