A Google search brought us to Lucken Auto Glass, we called & left a message for a quote. We called around to many places. Most were either booked out till the next week or the quoted price was almost 3x the average price. Lucken was able to fit us in the next day & at a very reasonable price. The next day they arrived, were very professional & friendly. They did quick work of my windshield replacement 30-45 minutes he said. I didn’t need to leave my windows down because they use great adhesive. My vehicle was able to be driven in 30 minutes. Turns out the tech was actually the owner - talk about wearing many hats.

This is by far the best glass company. Very professional. Fast service and done right. I had to have a back windshield replaced they came to me they were able to come out on the same day I called. Quoted me a price and that is the price I paid. Lou and Andy were from start to finish.

One of my car windows was smashed in and because I was positive the deductible wouldnt be covered by my insurance, I called Lucken prepared to pay out of pocket. I spoke to Lou, who called my insurance provider with me in case glass was covered. It was, which was a huge relief. I so appreciated her going the extra mile for me. Gary drove out to me to fix my window, it was quick, easy, and he was very kind and professional. What I thought was going to be a stressful pain in the neck had turned out to be an easy and pleasant experience and that is because of Lucken.

After receiving quotes for a windshield replacement for 5 days to 2 weeks out from other companies, Lucken really pulled through. Came to our home same day within 2 hours of me calling. The install (which was for our fully cracked windshield on our family van) took hardly any time at all and the installer was great (I regretfully didn’t get his first name, but he was AL on the invoice). They handled everything with insurance too. I’ll be recommending them for sure!
