Worst customer service. The girl working there didnt help and asked us to come back next day because she is too tired already (it was 1h before closing time).Good selection of parfumes.
This place was famous of good parfumerie and good service. However, today only the former is true.
The worst experience ever.The most disgusting service ( Akropolis, Vilnius). I think the owners of the company, should choose their staff more carefully.
Went to the shop a few minutes ago ! Neither greetings, not smile on the assistant’s grumpy swollen face. Was told off: we are not open for business yet, but the entrance door was open. Google clearly states the shop opens at 10:00. Was ready to spend a few hundreds. Nah! No more. You service is underwhelming.

When you buy perfume, the smell lasts for a maximum of 30 minutes, and this is very close + the description of the bottle is different from the original description of the bottle (Le labo santal 33). I bought Le labo santal 33 in Tokyo, one spray was enough and didn’t run out weeks after ruby! And cremedelacreme in lithuania probably sells its production “le labo santal 33” 🤦🏽♀️ Poverty comedy! Shame!
If you really know what you are looking for, you will find very amazing experiences here! It was unexpected that the serviced girl knows everything so well and, in fact, doesn’t annoy with empty chatter, but chooses what you’re looking for. Thank you! I will definitely be back to add to my perfume collection! P.S. By the way, I had a different opinion from all the languages and maybe I wasnt here because of that. But practice has shown that it is not the languages that need to be listened to, but the need to stop by and try! ;)

Empty store. There are two salespeople at the checkout (calling consultants would be an obvious lie). One of them sprayed several kinds of scents from the bottles.
The tester adhered perfectly to the perfume after buying the perfume for a maximum of 1-2 hours, and this is very close.

The shop is amazing, but the service for men at Panorama Vilnius is very poor. In other words, it is completely absent despite the fact that they are not occupied at the time and I am clearly walking for at least 20 minutes and looking for perfume for myself.
Terrific service at Panorama Creme de la Creme. Salespeople dont care about customers at all, just talk to a colleague as soon as possible. Staff should be more carefully selected, especially at this level of store.
Drama! They dont support Poles. I dont think they like customers at all.
There are girls who tend to help, but there is also a real mymra .. for example in Egle Vilnius Panorama store .. it is better to try to call a consultant yourself than to reach Egle ..
