Great bike shop. I recently rebuilt my bike. I got a new rear derailleur, and bottom bracket from here. Had to get new crank and cassette elsewhere. Along with tools. But as I started putting everything together. I wanted to do my bearings. I stopped here and got my bearings. Then my shifter cable broke. Came in and they had it. All the prices are right on with online pricing. And you get it same day. I highly recommend this place. Great people. Great service. Great prices!

Outstanding local bike shop that kept my bike in riding condition during the pandemic when no other bicycle service shops in the area (REI, Spokes, etc.) could. Due to the massive shortage of bike parts last year, they recommended swapping out my trigger shifters for grip shifters. At the time I figured Id do it and then go back to trigger shifters as soon as they became available again. Eight months later and Im never going back to trigger shifters, which stretched the cables and needed replacement or adjustment every single year. (I like hilly rides so lots of shifting.) These grip shifters are still in perfect working condition and I wonder why I didnt change earlier. In the future, I will absolutely make a point of giving Bicycles Etc. my cycling business.

I went to multiples shops before this one and I am upset at myself I did not come here first and wasted my time. Im in town from Virginia for the week and had trashed my rear derailleur and hanger on a ride. Brian was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had all the parts I needed (and at reasonable prices) to get me back up and running again.

I had the most amazing experience -- from the time I called and peppered them with questions; to ordering online; to them answering my questions in between. I arrived, they helped me to get set-up, find some key accessories, and installed those accessories, so my bike was ready for the streets.3 weeks later, I had some concerns with my brakes being soo noisy. I called, explained what happened, and they told me to come in right away. They took my bike to the back, made some quick adjustments, and ensured I was all set. Customer service to the 10s.

Always have what I need. The guys are superbly qualified and get things done with ease. Our family has purchased several bikes from Bikes Etc. over the last 10 years,and we have always been properly taken care of when it comes fitting the bike or maintenance. Try getting that level of interest from a “big box” bike shop, or online! Won’t happen! Bikes Etc. is our first stop for anything to do with our bikes!

Very friendly employees who know their business. Generally a quick turn around unless you are needing repairs/service at the height of the season...then you shouldnt expect same day service.This has been my bike shop of choice for about 20 years!

I tried to buy my Cannondale here, but they were out of stock in the color I wanted, so reluctantly had to buy it elsewhere. Youd think that might be a problem for ongoing service, but not at all. These guys couldnt be any nicer or helpful to me.There may be other places to get a good deal on the right bike, but I wouldnt risk it. This is the place. I highly recommend, these guys are GREAT!

Purchased an 18 bike for my daughter, and its perfect. The bikes here are much higher quality than you get at a big box store, but not that much more expensive. Needed to fix a flat tire. They were able to take care of it in 20 minutes and it only cost $18! The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable, I will definitely be going back again!

Having a really good local bike shop is like having a good spouse... they enhance your life greatly and can make you a better version of you. Having now purchased 2 mid-range mountain bikes from Bicycles, Etc, I can tell you that these guys are the real deal. Theyre a reliable source for new bikes, and more importantly they do awesome work when your ride needs service (and they all do eventually at some point).I just bought a new Cannondale MTB to replace my fairly ancient Gary Fisher that I bought here back in 2007. After a few rides I had a handful of silly little problems (loose cables, seatpost sliding, etc)- all typical of a new bike that gets ridden a lot. Some of these were pretty trivial, but the guys here are super cool and fixed the issues for me, free of charge. When I started having more trouble with my wheels (spokes breaking, rim bending) these guys worked out a deal with Cannondale to get me a brand new set of heavy duty wheels to replace my clearly crappy factory ones. They didnt even charge me extra labor to do the work.Youll definitely pay a premium here for bikes and service compared to Target or Wal-Mart. What youll get in return is an awesome team that really knows their stuff, they stand behind their products, and they want you as a customer for life.
