I ordered 3 rolls of vinyl on October 3rd. When I log in today the 17th of October it still says waiting fulfilment. I called their number on October 10/14 to get information about my order. I left a message and I still have not been contacted. Im looking to see how to cancel my order and get my money back, but there is no cancel option, no email address. I was so excited to find this Lisle location, but I am even more disappointed in their Customer Service. I cant let this go on any longer so I am going to have to pay retail price rather than order from HTW. They are much more reliable.

The store was actually just 4 stars. Decent collection. A much bigger room than seems necessary, but it gets the job done. Really, the fifth star comes from that cute dog in their thumbnail.

Rude!!! Came out and didn’t realize it was curbside pick up. When I called to place an order I said it was fine to wait and when she asked my account number I told her I was a new customer and she huffed like I was an inconvenience to her! I drove an hour! This is not how you do business!!!!!! Very very rude. I will never come back!!!!

They are so nice there, and such a variety of vinyl. I had to hold myself back from buying one of everything!
