While in the drive through, Nehal P. Took my order of 1/2 dozen, 2 small cappuccino blasts. When Nehal said the total amount of $18.59 I gave him my payment but seemed like that amount was a bit high for 3 things since I’ve never paid that much for that order, which o get very often. I asked Nehal if I can get my receipt and he gave it to me. Once I looked on the receipt I noticed he charged me for 6 donuts and a small smoothie with banana and a small strawberry banana smoothie. I told Nehal that, that’s not what I ordered besides the donuts. He told me it was the same price for what I ordered. I said not it is not because I order this a lot and I had never paid that much or it. The. He’s going to tell me that the prices went up. I said it went up in 2 days ? (Because that’s when I had bought the same order at a different location) he said that at that location it went up. I asked him to ring my correct order up so I can see and said no that I can drive off. If I can give a zero star I would. I will never go to this location even if it was the last Baskin robins on earth. If I wasn’t having a great day I would have sat there and argued with this man.

Pretended to not be open and wouldn’t wait on us, even when we were there was an hour until closed.

They offer THE BEST vegan option we have ever had! Friendly service and a clean, cheerful location. :-)

Like the other reviewers here, my experience with the sole attendant was that he is very rude and impolite. Doesn’t like to deviate or be asked anything at all other than what he already knows.

Ice cream was not great, and the waffle cone was pretty soft and tasted old. I actually threw the entire cone out after leaving (I dont think Ive ever thrown ice cream out before). We also asked the cashier what he would recommend when ordering and he gave us a big spiel about how he didnt eat dairy and ice cream. Wont go back.

Honestly, I don’t usually rate drive thru experiences, just because I feel they can vary on numerous factors. However, I had a really rude experience at this drive thru today where the attendant told me, after asking if they had a certain ice cream flavor, that I should come inside and look. With CoVid-19, I feel more safe being in my car with a mask than coming inside, so I let the man know that I wanted to stay in my car.After ordering and paying, the attendant gave me a wrong ice cream flavor (he gave me peanut butter chip, I ordered mint chip). He gave me an attitude, corrected the order, gave me the cone and said “next time, you come inside” and slammed the drive thru window shut.I just didn’t think this was an appropriate behavior given the state of everything at the moment... and CoVid-19 or not, I’ve never been told that I should be coming inside instead of using a drive thru. I will not be back at this location.

Went in the drive thru last evening and the man working the speaker was rude and loud. We canceled the order and drove up to the window to tell him that his customer service was atrocious and he swore at us. We will never go back to this establishment again. I will also be yelping and contacting Baskin Robbins corporate about this person :(

I went in and the girl behind the ice cream freezer was sitting on the counter and was so engrossed with her phone she was either ignoring me completely or totally oblivious to me being there. I wasnt helped until a few minutes later when someone else came up and started talking to me. Mind you Ive worked retail in the past and yes it can and does suck sometimes, and in my downtime I would fidget with my phone too but I would NEVER...EVER....be so bold as to completely ignore a customer whos obviously standing at your counter let alone be sitting on what I can only assume to be a food prep surface of some kind. I probably should have spoken up, and I was close to doing so but the other employee starting helping me before I had the chance.I really dont like giving poor reviews but unfortunately this called for one...

Does baskin Robbins do anything right? I went in for a gift card. The guy didnt know how to find them. The floor was sticky and the place smelled. I will find a different gift

Asked for a chocolate shake and received chocolate milk instead. Absolutely no ice cream at all. Also ordered a double scoop hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge and what I got was the tiniest bit of hot fudge. I asked for more and offered to pay. She said it wasnt necessary, but I also got no nuts or a cherry which seems pretty standard for a sundae.My lid was also open and it made a mess in my car. We dumped the shake as soon as we got home.We spent over 10 minutes in the car and the young lady called me sir at least three times.Im a woman.Never going back.

No stars. Such a terrible experience. Took the kids in for ice cream and was served with horrible service. The ice cream was not full scoops, I asked the older man helping us to at least make it a full scoop. The man seemed very bothered with even taking our order. I asked for a manger and was told none on duty. I asked for the store number and managers name and worker stormed off ignoring my request. I waited a good five minutes and asked again for a number and managers name and man said Google it.... Very terrible service I cant believe Im in lisle and was talked down to and given such terrible service....not to mention I attempted twice to purchase a coffee or a donut to obtain a receipt to have the store info and was ignored by both staff members. They both seemed to b hiding out in the back of store while another customer waited in baskin to order. I just cant believe the way that man was acting I dont know how he can even be employed. Such a horrible demeanor towards me and my family.

There was no one in line and no one inside I ordered a chocolate shake and two Donuts, sat in my car watched two music videos on YouTube no one answered the window no one tried to take my money no one did anything so I drove away. Have fun eating the donuts and drinking that Shake Yourself

Understaffed. Cashier is not going to ask if you need cream, sugar, etc. Young lady making drinks too overwhelmed to stop to hand you said items . Ridiculous service. I guess the guy was more experienced who was fixing the food. He finally handed me the cream. Maybe this Sunday was a rare occasion so I was generous with the stars. Wouldnt go back though.

Originally two years ago when I came here service was AMAZING! Now..Its HORRIBLE!!!! I have given this place several chances and each time is worse than the last time. Tonight was the last straw for me. No Hi, welcome to baskin robbins, order whenever your ready! Nope, all i got was order. Who says that to someone. I am chosing your store over countless others, you should want me to come back not be rude and not even offer to give me a receipt or a bag for my item (pre-packaged quart). I hate giving places bad reviews because we all have bad days but not every single time I go there. If you are looking for AMAZING service this is NOT the place ladies and gentlemen!

Due to a nigh insatiable desire for bubble gum ice cream, a flavor not found at Dairy Queen but that I believed could be found at Baskin-Robbins, Ive been to almost every B-R in the vicinity. Some have been good and one has been great.Sadly, this one was the worst of the lot. (I went to six in total, I think.) It was absolutely horrible in almost every known metric. The interior was old and dingy and looked as though it hadnt been updated in forty years - or more. It appeared to be clean - just dingy and drab and blah.Their ice cream selection was easily the worst Ive ever seen, bar none. At least 80% of what was out had chocolate ice cream or nuts in it, and about 50% had both. Why have 32 flavors if 25 of them are essentially the same bloody thing?! We literally found nothing that appealed to either of us - this on a hot day when wed been running errands for several hours.Of course, if wed had a taste, we might have changed our minds about that. However, the customer service was as lackluater as the interior and the selection of ice cream. The employee behind the counter might have greeted us when we came in - although I dont recall hearing one - but if he did, the effort ended there. As we walked along the cases, discussing what might be good or we might want to try, he stood exactly where he had been when we came in with a blank expression. He might as well have been sleep-walking for all the interaction we got from him. I dont expect a song and dance routine, but a Can I help you or would you like a sample would have been nice.So we left empty-handed and went down the road to another B-R where the service was excellent with an ice cream selection to match! (Although there are still far too many with nuts, but that may be B-Rs fault more than the stores.)

The waffle cones, that cost more, were all stale- I know because I could squeeze them without them breaking AND then he put them back into the case to sell them! Now my hands were clean because I just washed them, but when he came back in from taking the garbage out he merely rinsed his. There are so few Baskin Robbins left around here and this is a good example of why. ICK!

Awesome staff, always helpful In the drive in. All staff is friendly. Highly recommended. And we need more baskin robbins franchise with Dunkin donuts.

Stopped here on a whim while on a little vacation to Chicago and we needed a little birthday ice cream cake for our daughters 6th birthday they had a good selection and were able to get in and out in just a few minutes and the staff was very friendly thanks for helping make our daughters weekend a little more special with some yummy cake!

This place was just absolutely terrible the service was even worse I wish I could give it less than one star for starters we showed up at 8:30 when closing time was 9 oclock we were told to go through the drive-through which we did once we did the guy couldnt even get our order right, all we asked for was 2 kids waffle cones and he made a big deal about it just a real bad attitude wish we wouldve listened to the bad reviews and and avoided this location but now we know....lesson learned the hard way
