I had been wanting to look at buying a bike and was told to go to heritage Harley Davidson by a friend that had said he previously had great service there. From the moment I walked into the dealer I was treated with respect and kindness my sales man Brock came right up to me and asked if was looking at anything in particular I said yes a road glide special so he proceeded to show me the bike and all the bells and whistles and asked if I wanted to take a road test I said absolutely he said would you like to ride any other bikes I said yes the street glide special. Thanks to Brock and the road test I figured out that I had actually liked the street glide special better and decided that I would like to buy the bike. So with Brock and the help of Tony we started the buying process I have never had a more relaxed and easy buying experience ever these 2 gentleman took care of me extremely well and kept me informed through out the process. I picked my bike up last sat 9/25/21 and have been having a blast on this thing ever since. This was the best purchase I have ever made. I want to give a huge shoutout to heritage Harley Davidson in lisle IL and a special thanks to Brock and Tony and the service department for getting me on this bike !!!!

I recently decided to purchase my first motorcycle. As I always do, I first spent time doing research-not just on the bikes, but also on the local dealerships. Heritage Harley Davidson was the only local dealer I could find with consistently positive customer service reviews. When I visited the dealership, I was not disappointed. Terry Grimes greeted me and answered my questions, guiding me through the roughly two week process of choosing a bike. When it turned out that the specific bike I wanted was not in stock, he quickly located one and got it to the store. At the end of it, I had a brand-new Billiard Red 2021 Street Glide Special.I would add that I also took my riding lessons through Heritage Harley-Davidson and was very pleased with those also. The lessons take place right on the premises, which was convenient. That also afforded additional opportunities to interact with the staff at Heritage, and those continued to be quite positive. I just had to write a quick review about my experience at this dealership. I went in with blinders on, thinking I could just walk-in and pick out a motorcycle. But the staff, who was more than accommodating, enlightened me on the many things that Harley Davidson has to offer. They introduced me to a whole new world of buying and riding. These guys absolutely listen to what you want and what you need. And then they base you the difference between what you want and what you need. Was looking at a totally different body style, but then realized that that body style was going to be terrible for me and my wife to ride together. The sales rep Eddy and his manager Tony were absolutely amazing did everything they possibly could to get me a deal and get me out of there with a spike. Absolutely truly happy with the experience will forever be a Harley guy at heritage for sure. This is my second bike from this location and will be the only location I go for upgrading my bikes and parts. First bike 2009 Iron 883 and now I have a 2021 Street Glide Special. Eddie is one of the best sales person they have there and that Ive personally ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, professional, and a down to earth guy that cares about the customers and not his sales. HIGHLY recommend going here if youre looking for a new bike or parts. Every single staff member will speak to you from the second you walk in that door to the second you leave. One of the best shops around. After a hiccup that set my blood pressure through the proverbial roof, Jennifer set everyone and everything straight all while keeping (me) calm. Ive brought my trike here for the 1k and 5k services; and will be back in the future. Very pleased and overall very hard not to post 5 stars for these guys. Without Jennifer, there would be a star or less for this review.

I sent an email to ask for a price on a used 2020 Roadster that is on the internet because there is no price listed. They called me and said I have to come in to even get a price, and only would give me a ballpark saying its in the low teens. I explained I am about 80 miles away and asked for a more solid price, to which they told me they cant give me until we sit down and talk about it. Ive never heard of a dealership declining to at least give a starting price and saying they have no idea what theyre asking for it. Seemed like a nice bike, but frankly it is a little shady that they cant even tell me what they want for it and I unfortunately am not driving 80 miles just to potentially find out we are way off base.

This is the best Harley Davidson dealership that I have been to. The customer service from everyone was helpful, friendly, welcoming, very knowledgeable, and excellent overall. I purchased a motorcycle recently, and it was a beautiful experience. Tony was my salesperson and Joe gave me a great deal, but you will be in good hands with anyone of the staff members.

I am a new rider and I was nervous about visiting a dealership.I was greeted by Tony a fit specialist who walked me through the process of selectinga motorcycle. Being new to this can be intimidating and even a little embarrassing…….you know “look at the newbie” kind of feeling. Tony, Adam, Joe they all treated me beyond excellent. What also stood out was the actual process of my purchase. You are hand delivered to each department from the sales floor itself to parts/service, finance, accessories even clothing and safety gear. So it was my first HD purchase and first bike purchase in general after almost 20 years of not riding. Phil was a pleasure to work with, no pressure and very informative about the bile and the dealership. All in all a very nice place to go and look around and Phil made me feel at home. I will definitely do all my future business with Heritage. Now to figure out how I am going to customize this 2020 Iron 1200..Think I will be calling Phil for some great advice.

He answered every single question I had. Ive visited other Harley locations, and no one comes close to Mikes expertise and very confident demeanor and patience. Emily, being a female, was also a huge factor in my deciding that the Fat Boy was the right bike for me. I fell in love with the Fat Boy about 7 or 8 years ago, and I had been looking and waiting very patiently. I had a Ninja in the meantime. I came across this bike that was brought in, and it was perfect!!! Both Mike and Emily were very, very instrumental in my purchase, and they never ever made me feel pressured, rushed, or anything like that. The attitude of everyone working here is on point. Bought clothes for wife and grandson and was pleased to see so much attention paid to my grandson that he says he loves this Harley dealer, he is 3 1/2. Also had service work and when I showed concern about an issue then please know that my concerns were addressed by service and techs with professional attitude to the point where I was fully satisfied! To me its how issues are handled that tells me the most about the shops character and customer satisfaction.

I was looking at a used bike, saw a brand new one I really liked and bought it. I added some extras like a seat, backrest, engine guard, etc. Well, the lumped all the extras under accessories . When I took a closer look at my bill after I bought it, I thought the amount was a bit high so I asked for a breakdown of the accessories I had added and there was about a $700 difference. I contacted them multiple times about it and they refuse to do anything about it. Bottom line, read the fine print and make sure you get a complete break down of every cost before buying anything.

I have to compliment Mike May and Joe Teerling on making this a great experience. They made it fun and took the stress out of such a big purchase. Mike is amazing and I think of him now as a friend, not just a salesman. Love my bike, he went out of his way when he saw it was perfect for me. They made it easy and really enjoyable. Im a customer for life and will recommend Heritage and Mike to all of my friends.

Now THIS is how and where to buy a motorcycle! I’ve bought a lot of motorcycles over more than 35 years, but my buying experience at Heritage H-D might have been the best. Mike May in sales was a total pro and a very nice guy. Mike could not have made my buying experience any easier or more pleasant. They were straightforward and fair in negotiating. Mike knew his bikes and went the extra mile for my business as I was close to a deal with another H-D dealer. My bike was not in stock and they were able to locate one and have it ready for my pickup with the accessories I wanted installed within 3 days. Steve Adams, the sales manager, respected my Covid concerns as an older guy and at my request brought the paperwork outside on a cold day to have signed. Chris, the parts manager, came out to introduce himself. Bottom line is I’ve never been treated nicer. All in all, I highly recommend this dealer. Good people.

I came to Heritage looking to add a Sportster Iron to supplement my 06 FLHXi. I wanted something just to hop on and ride without having to lug the big v-twin out. So, I worked with Rich Padgett to fit me into something from the Sportster line. We test rode pre-owned to new HDs over the last few weeks. After looking at various options and finally chose my new HD, it was now time to work with Steve Adams to get the numbers and financing where I needed them to be. After a lot of back/forth and frustrations, Steve finally got the numbers to work out. So, on a faithful Sunday (came into the dealership at 3pm and Rich, Steve and I were literally the last ones out), I pulled the trigger on a new 2019 Sportster Iron 883. I didnt buy my first HD from Heritage, but rest assured I will be buying my next one(s) from here. Also, a special shoutout to Monique Duran. While waiting there for test rides, rehashing numbers or just stopping by to admire the potential bike Monique was there to keeping me company.Thanks Rich, Steve and Monique for everything.

Top quality staff from the general manager, to the sales staff, and parts. They love their veterans and go above and beyond. Been to all the local HD dealerships in the Chicago and have never been treated so well. Not to mention, their prices are spot on. Keep up the great work guys!

Went there because I saw a great deal on a bike that I had wanted since I started riding, Mike greeted me very friendly, when I decided to go ahead and purchase the bike, he was very helpful and very patient every step of the way. When it came time to sign the paperwork I had the pleasure of working with Joe, Joe was straight forward with me, explain everything very clearly and made everything go by so quick. I don’t want to take anything away from the rest of the staff there because they were all very friendly but I do have to recommend people to go and talk to those two guys! Fenomenal work by them!

I Dealt with Mike over several weeks to choose and purchase a bike. He was very patient, no pressure, super helpful and knowledgeable. Mike is sales is an absolutely great guy and good to deal with. From the cashier desk to parts and service, everyone I have dealt with at Heritage Harley has been very very good!

Stole my battery, took forever to fix my sportster an they wouldnt fix what they broke nor would they warranty an o2 sensors that they messed up an my bike had a full 7 year warranty! I took it to another Harley dealer to get treated right! The Showroom salesmen are kinda nice just stay away from there mechanics/service department. They are a bunch of lazy jerks I will never bring my Harley here ever again!

Top to bottom and excellent experience. I purchased a 2019 Street Glide, which is my first HD product from Heritage about a month ago. The sales process was great, the deal was amazing, I cannot think anything that would have made the process any easier. So I was 100% satisfied with he buying experience and the service department is nothing short of amazing. I had a small issues of water getting into one of my turn signals. Brand new bike, I really want to ride it, but having one of your brake lights out and not having a turn signal is not the safest thing.I emailed the service department at 9:00am about the signal, by 10:00am they had called me, made arrangements to come pick up my bike the very same day, fixing it right away and even taking out a scratch I had put on the bike. I am even having them install pipes when it is in the shop.Just over all, so happy with every aspect of dealing with this company. Sales was great, service was amazing, just could not recommend them any better. This is how you earn customers for life and I am a good hour away from the dealer. Some motorcycle dealers can be shady, these guys are an example of the type of people you would want to do business with.Buy or service your bike with confidence here!

Getting the attention of people working the parts counter is difficult. However they are very helpful once someone is waiting on you.

I took my 2010 Road King into Heritage today for its 20k service. Rich in service went above and beyond to make sure the bike was ready to ride to Sturgis in 3 weeks. He communicated with me several times while the bike was with their technician. Also, Chris in parts was a huge help in getting me what I needed before leaving the dealership. These guys are about service.

I love Heritage Harley dealership! I purchased my Harley at this location, I always receive great customer service and their very professional. All three areas of the dealership (sales,service,retail) are great and perform great. I always come back for service and clothes because they have great products and service professionals.

First of all I want to thank everyone at heritage Harley for their help and secondly I would like to thank Phil Garcia when everyone told me I couldnt get a bike Phil never gave up he stayed working even when I gave up and I thank him for it very much he got me on a 08 street glide that I really wanted!!! Thank you Phil for being such an amazing individual and an amazing employee Harley Davidson definitely found a model individual.
