I usually use the Lisle store, but have visited the Naperville stores as well. Every staff member has been courteous and so very helpful. Knowing the stores are owned locally helps me shop local to keep our communities strong.

I have used this store for years and always been pleased with the courteous and caring service I receive. I have a mailbox which makes receiving deliveries so much easier and when I send packages I get updates on the progress of each package until it reaches the final destination. Highly recommend!

This store has been a lifesaver for me before Christmas. Erin does such a great job professionally printing my Christmas cards that I’ve gotten so many questions from friends asking what website I’m using. Imagine their surprise when I tell them UPS! Anna has been incredibly helpful for all my Amazon returns, shipping needs, and other random questions I have before the holidays. This is also a great place to buy stamps without dealing with the lines of USPS. All and all just go here to be relieved of all your holiday stress.

Erin at the Lisle UPS store has compassion and stellar work ethic. She helped us by preparing all the photos and posters for our sons funeral. The images were quality, she had suggestions for prints to help us organize the displays and create a visual archive of his life. She was able to make last minute handouts and a quick poster for the blood drive in his honor after the location had to change due to the pandemic. We thank her and the UPS store in Lisle for excellent work during trying times.

This place has the rudest customer service that Ive ever experienced in my entire life and a matter of two minutes there was a short brown hair girl who made every other customer experience in my life that I thought was bad made it look fantastic this place is terrible if theres any other UPS store you can go to I recommend that highly if youre doing Amazon returns I recommend going to whole foods or Kohls you get your credit back faster it just works better. Again steer clear of this place this is UPS in Lisle across the street from McDonalds it is absolutely terrible and you will get nothing but really bad customer service they have put a real dent in your day...

I went there for a notary service and Ana helped me a lot! She was very kind, patient and professional! I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for convenient and reliable notary service. Plus, the charges were fair and reasonable.

Good store, friendly staff. Anna has my stuff ready sometimes before I even walk in so its def quick to get in and out unlike the post office. I agree with the other reviewers, shes a total milf but all the ladies that work here are great actually. Jim (owner) has done an excellent job of hiring competent staff, its hard to find competent people these days in retail.

I love coming here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. When there is a wait, I am always told well be right with you and even if I wait 2 mins, they say sorry! Who else would do that! That is awesome customer service!

I called 7 times in a two week time frame trying to get ahold of the owner for 3D printing needed for my sons school project. I was told each time someone would call me back. This last time on Monday, I was told they would contact the owner themselves because of the horrible time I’ve had getting a quote. Got some story about how the owner has 3 locations and is a pastor also so he’s busy. Hopefully his congregation gets confirmation from Jesus themselves they are going to heaven because obviously he has a problem with communication, whether in person or spiritual. It wouldn’t have been a small/inexpensive print job either.

The UPS Store in Lisle, IL has printed our business cards, brochures, pamphlets, direct mail items as well as 6 signs to rotate on the sandwich board sidewalk sign. The owner is cool, the workers are helpful and the results are the best I could hope for. Nice job!

I love this store - LOVE these people. Kind, courteous and they go over the top to serve. Once they said to me, It would be cheaper to go US postal service and so they did that for me and didnt make a penny. Thats why I go back.

This UPS store is a cut above the other UPS stores in the area because they actually do most of the outsourced printing for many of the other UPS stores. Jim, the owner, is in a networking group with me and Ive seen the high quality and huge variety of his work many times since hes been a member. As an online business professional, who does mostly webinars and lots of public speaking, I dont need a ton of printing done.However, last week when I needed new business cards, I gave Jim a sample of my existing card. I only had the artwork for one side of the card and my logo. He said his graphics team could recreate the back of the card, trim off the corners so I could have rounded corners (theyre prettier and more distinctive!), and get them to me quickly.Well, Ill admit, I dragged my feet on the order. But every time I responded to their emails, the next step was done super fast. I didnt expect to receive my cards this week, but at the meeting, Jim delivered my cards and they look fantastic!The print job is as good as any Ive ever purchased anywhere locally or online - and far superior to the time I needed cards in a hurry long before I knew Jim and had cards done at FedEx Office. What a disaster those were. I was embarrassed to use them and after the event where I needed them, I threw away every last one. Since then Ive been wary about using a local shipping store for printing. Not anymore!After this experience Ill never look for another printer again. Plus, it feels good to support a local business owner, who I personally know, rather than buying cards from some huge entity online where Im not even a name and they couldnt give a hoot about me or my order.Jims UPS store (and they own the UPS store in Naperville on 95th and Rte. 59, too) delivers high quality, fast turnaround times, and at a great (low) price. Plus the service is fantastic.

I have been a customer here since 2005... When they opened up i went out of my way to ship through this store fellow business owner in the lisle Area. Today i went in to ship my parts out... One of these items was a pre printed label Computer part... since UPS now requires a signature of receipt on the insurance paperwork... i asked them to sign for it. The Owner Yelled out from the back of the store saying we dont sign for Nothin with that i asked him what am i supposed to do for insurance...he said he will not sign for anything. With that i left and drove 5 miles to the next UPS Hub where they gladly signed for it....Overall i would have really appreciated if the message was relayed in a more professional manner... a simple no after looking at the paperwork would have been acceptable, but yelling from the back of the store without looking at any paperwork is down right rude.I will not be going back.

Used them for shipping, printing, copying and soon - 3D printing.Never have any issues with them, theyve helped guide me on how to pack things to minimize cost. Only occasional negative - there can be a bit of a wait if someone in front of you has a complex need. Staff is typically a couple of people, so one customer can cause a log jam.

Ive stopped in a number of times for shipping and other services at The UPS Store, 1042 Maple Ave, Lisle, IL 60532. The staff are always accomodating and very friendly with all request Ive had.

I like the people who work there.
