Good customer service, pleasant staff. Visited the deli, the guy fixed our sandwiches to order. Quick service, the area was clean. Covid guidelines followed.

I love this store. The employees are so helpful. If they are out of something on the floor & I ask an employee about the item every one of them have always volunteered to check in the back & many times come out with some that had been recently delivered but they hadnt had time to restock. Since being diagnosed with diabetes both my husband & I have been amazed at all the types of fresh produce weve discovered in this store. Ive fallen in love with their produce department because of many reasons such as the fact that the majority of items sold are from areas closer to the geographical location of the store; the wide variety of small quantities of fresh produce such as sugar snap peas, snow pea pods broccoli,etc. that makes it so much easier for me to follow my diabetes plan; their large selection of fresh organic spices; the myriad petite versions of vegetables such as tiny sweet potatoes; as well as the bags of mixed vegetables they create that changes constantly and make delicious adventures in taste that keeps me content in spite of my dietary restrictions.All in all its more of a delightful adventure for me to shop at this publix rather than the dreaded chore it used to be.

Publix Super Market at Paradise Crossing is my favorite Publix location. The store is always clean. Im extremely grateful for the Pharmacy here as well. Since transferring my familys prescriptions to the Paradise Crossing store; we have received stellar service every time. We were using another chains pharmacy in the past. There were problems after problems with the former store. Sometimes it was a matter of life and death regarding receiving a certain medication on time. Thank you Publix making your customers feel welcome every time we enter through your doors.

Today I ordered subs online to pickup at the store. Was to be ready at 4:40. I arrived at 445 and it still wasnt made. I understand. Well 20 min go by and I asked the deli manager whats going on and gave him my last name Maze. He said someones making it right now. I know he was lying bc NOBODY was making a sub. The ONLY person to even acknowledge me was Matt. It wasnt even his job to help me. He was so busy frying the chicken. After 30 min of waiting he saw me still standing and getting angry. He looked over it me and then went and had someone make my subs. Well one got made and brought to me. I asked wheres the other. The guy didnt know there was 2. I had to wait 35 min longer for my subs while ppl were just walking up having it made then. I was completely ignored by all Deli staff except for Matt. You need to be praising this young man bc he kept me calm. He was a total sweetheart acknowledging me when nobody else would. There was NO EXCUSE that every employee just ignored me even tho they knew I was waiting for my subs. Matt told them from the beginning. Publix is supposed to be the best. Whats happening? I understand having to wait a little but to be 35 minutes and nobody even looked at my online ticket apparently from what I observed. Very disappointing Publix Deli!

This Publix has been around for as long as I can remember. Its your standard supermarket - not much else I can say about it. You can find anything you need here... Like I said, its a supermarket - not much else I can say about it. The service is consistently great and the cashiers are always friendly. Its also one of the few places where I consistently see my old peers from high school, so Im always glad to wear a mask so that they dont recognize me. I can virtue signal AND stay incognito and avoid talking to people. Which is always nice.

Great place to shop with the family, the staff here has always been very friendly and does not rush you along while shopping, which is much appreciated when I bring my elderly mother with me to shop just so she can get out of the house sometimes for her own sanity if you get what I mean. Seems like something rather simple such as a small courtesy like that, but it those trypes of acts that make me come back to do business here. A+ in my opinion.

The manager is this store deserves kudos. Clean, well lit, friendly staff. Love that they help you out to your car. Carts are collected regularly so no mishaps with cars and dents.

Great service and broad selection. I only wish that they had self checkout so that I didnt have to wait in line but they are normally pretty swift.

The deli philly cheese steak was excellent. I will return again.

I usually love this location but I was told by an employee to call anytime about an item to check if it was in stock. I called at 10:30 to inquire about an item and they played the “hold on 1 second” game about 3 times and then just hung up.

Stopped by this Publix at Lee Rd and 92 to get a sub from the Deli. Line wasnt long but moving slow because of call in orders and multiple sandwich orders. No big deal, part of it. Start listing toppings and employee says they are out of lettuce. Not let me go get some from the back, just out. The other deli employee next to her then makes and announcement that we are out of lettuce completely. I finished order my food, without the lettuce and swung by the produce section. Plenty of bagged shredded lettuce as well as whole head lettuce. That is absolutely unacceptable. It can be charged off and inventoried but for the deli in a grocery store to say they are out of lettuce is just lazy or very poor management. If you run out of toilet paper for the store bathroom, you dont close the bathrooms you get some from the shelf. Each department can buy items from the shelf. I like Publix subs but I wont go back to this one again.

Food is always fresh. Such a pleasure doing my grocery shopping here every week!!

This is my home Publix! Always clean and stocked! Customer service in the pharmacy is always great! They remember you and make you feel comfortable picking up prescriptions.

Even a busy Saturday this location manages to get you checked out quickly with little to no wait!

The employees are over the top and polite I really appreciate that the produce is always fresh. There are times when I think the food is expensive but Publix has great bargains to compensate, so overall love shopping there.

Are usually have great experiences with Publix but today I picked up a cake that cost $80 two cakes stacked the frosting was completely wrecked on the sides it was done the way a two year old with frost it I’ve never seen such a mess in my life. I will never order a cake from there again.

I Love Publix Because They Care About Their Customers!Most of the time I have a great shopping experience at Publix.Pros:- Great customer service. The associates at the customer service counter are always courteous & friendly.- Great management. If I ever have questions or concerns the members of the management team always listen and do their best to be helpful.- Great Knowledgeable Staff. Always helpful. If I cant find something and ask for assistance the staff member not only tells me where its located but walks me all the way to the item. Nice!- Meat & Seafood Dept is awesome. They are full service meat department. I love that they will even cut or grind meat to your specifications. If you want thicker steaks they will cut them as thick as you want. Always a friendly staff.- Bakery Department is super. Sometimes I just want just ONE treat without having to buy a box. I like that if I want one donut or two dozens that I can get what I want. Other stores only have pre-packaged pastries.- Great Deli. Great sandwiches, fried & rotisserie chicken.- Clean Shopping Carts. Even before COVID I was a stickler for clean carts. A team member always sprays & wipes the carts.- Pharmacy Staff is Helpful. I was helped by a pharmacist who went the extra mile to help me find a medication that Publix didnt have. She even checked non-Publix pharmacies.Cons:- Only issue is that the Deli gets pretty back logged at times especially dinner & lunch time. This is a sign of how good their food is.

Its convenient but their prices are higher for the same quality and items from competing stores.

Was a good quick place to stop off so we had stuff for our mini family reunion lunch. Decent pricing and good selection.

On my way to visit family, asked to pick somethings. Public was the place to go. I grabbed some of there delicious fried chicken. Received a text on my way back to car, had to turn around to get baby accoutrements. Public didnt let me down. Sipping cup and baby snacks, done.

I would like to also comment that Destiny is the sweet, helpful and humble. I truly enjoy my trips to Publix because of customer service I receive. Destiny has impeccable customer service and she truly represents Publix well. I offered her a tip is she politely declined because theyre not allowed to accept tips but she more than deserved a tip for helping me to my car and load it in the cold. Thank you Destiny for your continued kindness and outstanding customer service.

A very clean Publix. The only thing about this Publix is the bathroom is located near the produce in the back right of the store. Other than that its a beautiful store. Masks are optional in this store.

Fun place

I am currently Ordering my daughters birthday cake Kristen in the bakery is amazing. She was understanding of my idea enhanced the vision. Just wonderful I am so happy shes finishing my ticket and has no idea Im posting this review. Interacting with people like her are worth the small extra in pricing.

One time I have went there to get a box of chicken and they didnt have any. That must mean its good. Better get there early. Lol

Great selection but prices are a little higher than the average.

Horrible service at the deli in the evening. They never have any chicken tenders or answer the phone.

I love the variety and customer sservice.

Lots of parking. Coffee shop and other vendors along with Zaxby’s and McDonalds in the same parking lot. Prices were competitive and you don’t have to sign up for anything.

The employee checked my truck to see why the check engine light was on. The gas cap problem, and then I purchased a new gas cap that would have a good seal.

Friendly, clean and in the neighborhood. Love this Publix.

We’re visiting from Dahlonega and needed to make a quick run for coffee at 7:30am this morning- we were blown away at the cleanliness of the store!! The employees were friendly and attentive, the shelves were full and it was So clean!! That was the most pleasurable shopping experience I’ve had away from my little small town of Dahlonega in months! Thank you, Publix! (If only your prices were a little better!)

Customer service is TRASH ! Associates uneducated in customer service but luckily, I spoke with a caring manager that will hopefully look into rehiring staff members that actually enjoy their job. I’ve been coming to this Publix for over 12 years and this is THE WORST service I have EVER HAD IN MY LIFE ESPECIALLY at a grocery store. With everything that’s going on in the world, I would like to make a simple trip to the grocery store. Hopefully the manager talks to her staff for future customers. I personally will NOT be coming back to this location . I rather drive 30 minutes to the next stop.

Publix ...this is years past due always has somebof the best fruit around ALWAYS!! ...the buy one get one free is always great but lets get to it...the deli.... THE SUBS!!! are some of the best of the best of the best ..NUFF SAID!! long story short Publix...great prices and deals....bur better subs!!
