They placed the carpets, tile shower, and hardwood flooring in our new construction home about 4 years ago. No problems with the tile or wood but the carpet wasnt put down correctly. I then had to spend over $1000 to fix the ripples by having it stretched and placed down correctly.

I have loved this church from the moment I walked through these doors with my sister Donna Massey Johnson! I could feel the Holy Spirit instantly. This is the place I turned my WHOLE HEART over to God and he has lead me every place I need to go! What a Glorious Father we do have. Hallelujah!!! I now live in North Carolina but Praise God I can watch on my tablet and listen to Pastor Johns as he preaches so seriously and meaningful with his little jump like a reindeer when hes touched by God. Ill never forget it and think of it every time I think about this church! Oh how I miss this place! But still can see as God made that possible. I always say Donna is the woman of Preverbs 31. The woman who is so dear, patient, kind, loves the Lord with her WHOLE HEART! Once you visit youll never forget the teachings Pastor Johns teaches or prays with you. Can you give 0 stars? If I could I would. We bought our new construction home a year ago this past May. Had some issues with dishwasher. It leaked and our floors warped. They came out and replaced but the underneath must have been still wet. The floors warped. They came out again after our warranty walk through and agreed to replace. They replaced but with a different color. Mind you this has been going on since May. They filed a claim with Mohawk. Claim rep came out and agreed and was told I would get 5 boxes of new flooring, they had to send someone out to take a sample of old and new. Fine. They took the sample and left a lose board. Sample was taken at the beginning of Oct. No one has called me. I have called three times for status update. No one calls back and when they do which was one time they left a voice mail that said they are working on it.Called today and left a not so nice voice mail again. Then got an email that they will not help anymore. Claim was denied due to the dying process and can differ from original. This email was sent to our bldr on October 25th and he has not reached out to me either. This is not over. This company is a joke. Never buy a Taylor Morrison home. They use this company as their warranty company. They are horrible. I hope Taylor Morrison will do something. No one should have to go through this craziness.Update: still waiting on resolution. Have not heard anything and my builder seems to be ignoring my requests for further resolutions

Wonderful place for flooring needs!

They sent a tile contractor out to fix our tile shower after the tub had to be replaced under warranty through our builder. I could have had my 13 year old do better work. Tile cuts were so uneven that I have some grout lines that are 1/4 and some 3x larger! They grouted the shower pan to the floor which created a god awful squeaking sound whenever you walk in the bathroom now and left grout all over our drywall and tile so now I get the pleasure of sanding my brand new walls and repainting... Oh and best of all, they ignore all my emails even though I get notified when they are read. Thanks for the customer service!

Live in the Sun City Peachtree community and this company was scheduled to fix my tile on two separate days. They No Showed both times and did not even give me a courtesy call. On the 3rd attempt they showed up with the wrong color tile. The guy took a picture and measured but guess what, on the 4th visit still wrong color and wrong size. After 3 wks still no call from Atlanta West Carpet. Do not use this company if you care about quality and customer service.

If your even thinking of using AWC, do NOT. Youre better off adopting a dog and teaching him how to lay tile, and run a company. Heres why: I bought a new home with 2 cracked tiles in the master bath. They came out and replaced the tile, but used the wrong color grout. As I was waiting for someone to fix the grout, 4 other tiles developed a crack, all in a straight line. So they came out to fix the tiles, and used the wrong color grout again. (This is where I think the dog would have pulled ahead of them) So now I have good tile with no cracks, but at least 10 spots with different colored/shades of grout. I request that all my grout be changed to a different color(which they agreed to) and they sent out a rep. The rep shows up with no way to color the grout, only to acid wash it. He tells me acid washing wont fix it because of the amount of grout that is discolored. Then he says he has to order the color, and that a AWC rep would call me to confirm. I wait 5 business days with no call back, so I call them directly. The rep tells me the color HASNT EVEN BEEN ORDERED YET. At this point Im waiting on Carrot Top to jump out and tell me Im on a game show where a company does everything possible to piss off a customer so much, they snap and throw chair through the window. Unfortunately, this was not the case, her response was sometimes this happens So now Im waiting another week for the grout color to come in, and be installed. A grand total of 13 weeks from my move in date before AWC could get my floor done right. Please, do yourself, and humanity a favor and do NOT use this company. If this review only steers 1 customer away, I will have considered it a success. But I hope its many more. Enjoy your day. (not you AWC) ***UPDATE*** So the AWC rep that was supposed to come out and re color my grout, shows up and says the EXACT OPPOSITE of the last rep. He says Yeah this is gonna need an acid wash So surprise surprise he doesnt have the correct color to even color the grout. MORE WAITING, 13+ WEEKS NOW. Its embarrassing that a company like this can survive with customer services practices this bad.
