Worst race track in the world. All the money they make selling diesel to truck drivers, you would think a 24 hr. store would actually hire enough people to stay open 24 hours. Then they make thousands every hour off truck drivers but have the nerve on occasions they are open 24 hrs to have the truck driver entrance close and want you to walk around the corner to the front car entrance. I’ll never inconvenience myself to spend 500 dollars. I’ve left and spent my money up the street at quick trip on over 10 occasions.

The place is clean, well-ordered, and good. The toilets are clean. The shop areas are also clean. The gas station is also clean.

Nice inside with good selection of items but lots of pumps arent working or are slow when they are. Staff acted like they would prefer we use self checkout, which we did. Bathroom was clean.

Never open short staff what a joke

Clean bathrooms, lots of selections. Iced tea tastes like it’s been sitting for a week.

Matarr is awesome! Very friendly and great at multi tasking helping the lines move quickly!

INCONVENIENCE STORE. I cant tell you the last time i got a receipt here from the pump. Always have to go inside and stand in the busy line. Pump 12, 2 times in 2 weeks.

The truck pump area is littered with oil,grease and diesel all over. This is a serious safety hazzard.If I slip and fall I will sue this place all its worth,count on it!

Truck parking is ALWAYS full. Bobtail trucks always parking in what little spots are available instead of off to the side. There is a QT truck stop at the other end of the road.

This racetrack is my favorite,( Just open too) and it very close to Walmart. Very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendlyMy new favorite #morethangas gas station

This place has turned into a dirty store. This place used to be super clean all the time.. Now not so much Trash all outside all over. Trash all over the dumpster area. There must have been a management change because this store is not being taken care of the way it should be or even the way it was. Inside was kind of clean. Part of it might be the lack of employees.Theyre Towing away the empty local trucks. guys come here and park and then go home. takes up space is for other people. They do enforce the 4 Hour parking limit during the daylight hours, to an extent.

Closest scale for truckers picking up loads close by within 3 miles. Decent cashiers polite not much on parking.For the location

This is a terrible experience for 2021 I started to take pictures 📸 📷 of the mens bathroom 🚻 😕 I know management can do something about this and Im coming back in a few days if the bathroom 🚻 is still like this Im going to send pictures to the corporate office 🏬 🏢 and ask them why the ⏲ time and date was 8:30 pm Thursday August 26 Ill be back 😀

This place wanna sell fuel to trucks but won’t even give u a ten hour reset in there park slots wild sitting there one night I watch more then one truck get tow away. Truck stops don’t do that

It’s a good truck stop to take a break at a lot of options within walking distance. Parking is clearly marked for 4 hours If u violate there’s consequences I don’t get why people think they’re required to let u stay because u got fuel

Waited in line. Got to the front. And the cashier made eye contact, then just walked away to a different register and started helping another customer. Went and stood in that line behind 3 people, then I get to the front and she just leaves. So I went and stood in the other cashiers line. 20 min just to buy gas. Terrible

Abbey was very patient with me and understood And this was the only money order machine up and running.Unless other Racetracs were lying and lazy.

Tonight February 1, 2021 at 11 PM who ever working at check out is a horrible employee talking on the phone pretending to work elsewhere to take personal calls so unprofessional no name tag get a one star for having good products but need better management so they can have good customer service not hiring the right people

This place is a gas station that you can see very easily from the road and a truck stop in the back which is necessary for the truck drivers.

Last truck stop before Atlanta traffic. 20 car fuel pumps, 10 diesel fuel pumps, TONS of snacks and drink options.. and a restaurant!🤷‍♂️🙄🙄🙄👎👎👎🤦‍♂️16 person wait in line to check out with the ONLY cashier. Dear God, I hope you dont need to use the restroom! The bathroom is half the size of a normal truck stop while the store is larger than most; it seems they made enough room for all of the profit making activities and forgot they were inviting GROWN MEN who travel the country to use their bathrooms. 3 stalls for 30 fuel pumps. And NO SHOWERS as an emergency backup. So just get in line behind the other 2-3 guys waiting if you need to handle business.I would give this location ZERO stars if I could and will never stop here again. This is a great example of big corporations optimizing on peoples weaknesses while offering absolutely nothing in return, not even a chance to sit down and relieve yourself after driving all night to make sure there are onions in the kitchen to cook dinner. TRASH. TRASH. TRASH.

Come here everyday ... diesel pumps always in ‘POS unavailable’ and you can’t use card reader.Have to walk in coz the pumps have to be reset. Smh. Everyday !!!

Some piece of human garbage stole my card and used it at this location. I noticed the transaction and called immediately but they would not answer the phone for over 30 minutes of me dialing it time after time. Completely lost all respect I had for this place.

Disgusting Restrooms! There is a good selection of items inside, but the restrooms are the worst Ive seen in a while. We were forming a line to use 1 stall because the others were too bad to use.

Everytime I come here at night after midnight this place is closed. As a truck driver there isnt a lot of places that I can stop to use the restroom or other services and to have this place closed every damned time is very frustrating. QuickTime here I come, theyre ALWAYS open.

Staff was not very friendly and the bathrooms were disgusting. I went into an asthma attack from the dust almost immediately. They did have good variety of products.

Only wants your money. Wont allow you to park after giving them hundreds of dollars in fuel. They have truck parking but will tow you after 4 hrs. Ill never give them another dime of my money if they want to treat people this way.

Customer service at this location is the worst the shift Manger Kenya needs training in customer service period I stop coming because of this poor service I shall not return they cannot or will not print a large receipt

Place is apparently not 24 hours. Pulled up here around 130am and all doors were locked. Workers were outside in the car passed out high as hell. There was a woman inside but she pretended she couldnt here is knocking on the door. Stop hiring ghetto trash.

Parking lots a mess. Theres trash everywhere. And theyre not open 24/7 anymore even though it says they are. And they have all their lights on inside making you think they are open.

Always super clean and service is great! This is a great place to stop on our several trips through this area from out of state. The only problem weve ever had was a panhandler when we stopped by this time. I am sure they will take care of that problem.

Loooooonnnngggggg lines. Nobody works there who can run one adequately. This place needs to get a self checkout or hire some people who can run a register quickly.

Service here is actually always quite pleasant. The coffee machines make a great cup, much better than the swill you find at truck stops and other gas stations. They have plenty of food items, hot or cold and a good selection of beer. They do keep the place rather clean. I’m kinda spooked out by all this to tell you the truth. Most truck stops are scary and filthy like a county jail.

This why QT will NEVER have to worry about racetrac. What ever time of day you go, which ever location you choose this is what you have to deal with. Never enough employees, long lines employees are NOT customer focused.

Beautiful facilities. Now if they can get their associates engaged to deliver first class service they will be top notch. I would rate their associates at 50%. Sounds bad, but there not customer service focused!!!

This is a truck stop that drivers really needed in this area and its been open 24/7 since it was built, now closed at night to truckers when they need it most . i live locally and i will not ever stop here again and i will pass info to all truckers

Luv the new Racetrack on Thornton Road in Lithia Springs. Only problem... lines are always very long. Should consider hiring more staff. Current staff very pleasant, friendly, & professional.

Since my route changed in August this is my experiance..1. Completely bombed National Cappuccino day so no cappuccinos..2. Every Styrofoam cup Ive gotten from them has leaked from the microscopic holes because of the manufacturing.. but they havent pulled any sleeves..3. They stock smashed and leaking Red Bulls, so have fun getting sticky before work.Every counter in there as coffee creamer soda ice and whatever else you can get on it....Can we get some people in there that care about the job and productivity?

I love the customer services on their food, drinks, & gas products. I mostly love their crushed ice as well. All the clerks are polite and give great customer services.

Trucker dont even waste ur time coming there. Local drivers own this parking lot. Bobtails taking spots for tractor trailers.. then local drivers who leave thier personal car here or has some one to come hold it for them.. I cant believe race track allows this

It’s supposed to be a 24 hour store but they are closed every night at 10 pm Smdh

Story was close from 2-3am for cleaning got to the door at 4:25am and they are still not open it shouldnt take that long to clean

Suppose to be open 24/7. However they tend to be closed at night at 11pm A LOT. 7/23/21 asked a shift manager a yes/no question and she couldnt take time to answer but shook her head. Unprofessional.

Huge truck diesel fuel stop. Easy access larger than normal food and coffee selections. Seating area as well inside.

Got bad gas from them nearly messed up my car. Never getting gas from. Them again

Diesel pumps run slower than the DEF pump. Came here on 3 different occasions and pumps were extremely slow. Took me almost a 1/2 hour to get 50 gallons one time. Don’t know if they ever fixed the problem, but if they do I will give them a better rating.

I stop by every day on my way to work, busy around rush hours, but the staff is quick. Store is always well stocked

Just called they close around 1am and dont open back up until about 3:45. They are not open 24hrs.

Pros: ConvenientCons: Not clean, staff does not keep up with soda machines, cleaning them and keeping up with flavors running out is my biggest complaint. Roller food is not maintained very well. Basic cleaning of store is below average. Managers and staff do not seem very well trained and slow.

Where you can get your gas for reasonable price and they have nice ice cream section there too

Nice place, first time going to a racetrac for truckers, except there arent any showers! Doughwwww, they could have had Loves shaking in their boots, well maybe next time guys! Love the new coffee machines, hazelnut is on point with a little bit of 2% milk, heaven!😁 They have a scale which is a must for the military when renting a u haul for the big ok pay back! Racetrac should think about increasing there product line for the truckers.
