This has been my neighborhood for the last 6 yrs or so and I have always had a great experience every time I have went to this store. This time they exceeded greatness. I visited the store on May 11 and bought some supplies. I went about my day and noticed I couldnt find my make up bag. I looked at my cousin house, my house and the car. I couldnt find it anywhere. This was over $100 dollars worth of makeup so Im like where could I have left it. I called my cousin again on May 17 and asked her did I leave it there she said no and I searched again. Something said just call the store and see did I leave it there, but Im like its been almost a week Im sure I didnt. I called and guess what!!!!! They kept my bag for almost a full week and that is the Best customer service in the world!!!!! My cousin said Im surprised they didnt throw it away by now but they didnt they stored it away like it was their own bag!! Thanks so so much Beauty 7 mart you all made my day!!!!! Eyes all over just like most other beauty supply stores, every kind of product you can think of dumped in a very small space. The loudest, longest most obnoxious, hey here is a customer warning buzzer upon store entry that I have ever heard. Once the store staff hears this its like the target is on your back. Store was filthy. They dont care about presentation, cleanliness, or customer service, they only want your money for Dusty cobweb covered products and for you to get out.

Honestly. The place is alittle cramped. Go alone dont bring kids let alone a stroller. The employees stair hard and sometimes follow you. The wigs are (in my opinion) over priced for the quality and style. They have an okay selection for pre packaged crochet hair. But its not my top 2 go to hair stores. If you can go to the hair store on floyed road in mableton down past kroger its new big spacious the people are friendly and talk to you and good price on good wigs and hair. Or go to the hair store in douglasville next to the Goodwill its big and nice and they always have sales and huge selection of everything.

I will never shop here again. I’ve shopped here before today’s incident. Today I go in with my children. One of the ladies follow use through the store, telling my kids to show there hands. I get what I came in for and walk to the counter. There’s someone in front of us. While standing in line another lady that works at the store comes and stands in my personal space. I look up and the guy and the other lady that was following us is staring. I fell uncomfortable so I go and put everything back and start to walk out the store. Everyone is yelling that my children has stolen lip gloss. I check my kids pockets and they do not have nothing (NOTHING)!! They said “we have it on camera that three of your kids put lip gloss in their pockets.” I told the lady that I didn’t want her touching my kids and that they don’t have anything. “Well we have it in camera”. I told them to check their camera again because my kids didn’t steal anything. And I walked out the store. 😡😡
