If you want a mattress or box spring this is definitely the store for you. The management and sales people are extremely kind and helpful. Wisdom was extremely helpful. I had issues with not getting enough money from a bank and wisdom worked with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted, and she even sent me pieces she thought I was like. I would say her customer service went above and beyond and she has really helped me make my new home very comfortable and cozy. They have designer pieces for a great price. I was rushed to make a purchase online within a couple of hours, and Wisdom sent me a horrible sofa and would not take it back although I called immediately to let them know I was not satisfied with the sofa. This very small sofa is for an office and is not comfortable at all. They just want your money. Take your business elsewhere!

We were elated to find a location in Georgia after speaking with Jason in North Carolina. The technology has changed since we last purchased mattresses. I spoke with Larry.We worked with the owner Sam and his assistant Julie in Lithia Springs. They helped us to understand tencil ticking and gel mattresses. On site there is a good selection. Sam helped to make our purchase seamless. Also, they carry furniture for your home and patio. You wont be disappointed.

I just did a recent purchase and their finance process was the quickest and it didn’t give me a headache because I normally get irritated with long processes. Very disappointed in the store... be careful of the bait and switch. Went in several times searching for the the perfect table in the perfect color. Thinking I had found it. I placed an order expecting a certain color. When it was delivered it was the wrong color. The store refused to exchange the table or take it back. I was forced to keep it. Also no there are NO refunds. Be very careful!

If I could give zero stars I would.This company sold me a sofa that was a different color then the picture.. navy blue but got aqua sofa instead. Spoke with owner he asked what else would I like I sent him pics of my price range and likes. The owner said none I chose was in stock so in return he sends me a pic of a 1900 dollar sofa which was double the cost of the one I chose and basically said he doesnt do returns so I either take the 1800 dollar one or the aqua so of course I took the 1900 dollar sofa being the other looked terrible. I went to work had someone at my house to receive it he sent me a pic while at work it looked nice I sent him the owner a message told him It looked beautiful then got home and sat on it....smh it was hard as a rock and was bluish instead of grey.. I spoke w the finance company telling them how I felt pressured and manipulated they came and got it and now Im paying a 750. Restocking fee.. stay away from this company

I came to this outlet last July to purchase a sectional and a platform bed. It was delivered to my house and upon trying to put it together, the pieces did not align with the schematics given. When I called back I was told that I would receive a call back to have someone come back out an put the couch together. I was also told I would have to pay another delivery fee as well as a fee to put the couch together, and that even though I was paying more fees, they would not also put together the bed that I had purchased from them. I reluctantly agreed, because at this point it has been nearly 2 months that I had a couch that I could not use and the owner never returned my calls. It is now January 3rd, I called in to try to get some help with this situation and I am still being given the run around, empty apologies, and same amount of urgency to resolve the matter (which is none). This is literally the worse experience I have ever had with buying furniture, that is only sub par at best. Please make sure that you ask all questions up front if you wish to do buisness here. I am utterly disappointed and wasted 1200 dollars at this establishment.I am currently waiting for the owner to hive me a call back, for the 10th time since August of last year.

(I had a lot of questions) UPDATE, June 22, 2017- while my previous comments is true, I recommend anyone making a purchase at this store get a understanding of the 90 day same as cash option, learn about the high percentage increase, if you dont meet the 90 days. Go to your email and READ THE CONTRACT!! DO NOT let them distract you with the polite conversation! You will find out later that you signed something you probably never would have agreed to. Its my fault, I take it as a lesson learned.Our furniture was delivered within days. UPDATE: Had to have the Reclining Loveseat replaced because it was defective. Id recommend Perfect Dreamers to anyone whos definitely sure they can pay it off in 90 days. Once you pass 90 days, In my opinion their no credit check financing practices, are similar to that of a rent to own center, even though, Samuel Byrd claims that it is not.
