I sure wish I could select all of the employees, (no box for that). Everyone at this Harley dealership are always so helpful and pleasant. I had a lot of work done to my ride and I was so happy with the end results, the attention to all the small details that make them my favorite place to have work done to my bike. My wife and I will stop in while riding just to look around and buy a t-shirt or a set of sunglasses, I will be a customer for life if this shop stays with the high standard they have set for themselves. Janet has the best personality and made the course a lot of fun. Incredibly personable and it made these basics memorable because her delivery was relatable. I recommend an immediate pay raise to her or fat bonus! I feel much more comfortable getting to know this sport.
I was extremely pleased with how the team explained what needed to be fixed and why, gave me a few options with various costs and benefits, and was responsive when I inquired during the wait for parts. Ultimately the work was completed faster and for less money than I expected. Very pleased. Bike is running great.

I had such a great time going through the Basic Rider course.Info about me:I did have some prior experience in riding a motorcycle, but after this course I got to learn a few more things and also caught hold of some of my previous bad habits.Even if you have never ridden a motorcycle you would have no issues in this course as long as you pay attention.Best part about the courses:Two things, first the 2 coaches and second the Harleys.All praise to the coaches Ronnie and Phillip, they made sure after each and every exercise that everyone was relaxed. They explained the relevance of each exercises in real life situations and gave demos for each of them, they also checked on with each student to ensure if they were facing any issues. They made this a very enjoyable experience for everyone in the class.And yeah, I was riding a Harley for first time in my life, for a bike enthusiast like me that was an awesome experience.Anyone who is looking to join:I would say if you have never had any sort of formal training, just go for this course here, also if you are an experienced rider, the coaches here are top notch and you definitely would learn a thing or two.
We had a small group of riders and stopped by this Harley Davidson store and when we were ready to leave one of our bikes wouldnt start and it was time for them to close and go home for the day. However, Ray and Bryan came out and looked at our friends bike and spent an hour and a half working on this bike and getting it repaired. Had a few options for a rider course but I am so glad I chose to go with this one. The from start to finish it was a pleasant experience. We werent pressured, rushed, or made to feel uncomfortable. My instructor was very helpful and made it easy for the students to understand and perform each exercise. Bottom line.....this course was definitely worth it!
Justin, Jeff and Mike made my purchase very easy. They even went the extra mile to make sure I had all the accessories I wanted. I had a great experience at the riding academy. Wayne is an excellent instructor, and helped me work on a few issues I had with riding. All aspects of motorcycle riding are covered, and I think both first-time riders and experienced rides can learn from the academy.
After feeling as if we were being given the run around from another Harley Dealer - following their installation/mount of a new set of Michelin Commander III tires that we suspected might have a potential defect due to a vibration felt at specific speeds (30-35 mph, and 60+ mph) that didnt exist prior to the new install, we called Harley-Davidson of Atlanta and spoke with Brian Eubanks (Service Manager). After explaining the situation to him - including emailing him our notes from the visit(s) to the other dealer, Brian recommended we bring the bike in so that he and his crew could properly diagnose the possible reason(s) for the existing vibration. We arranged to have the bike inspected on Friday, August 6th and trailered it, arriving a little ahead of our scheduled time of 9:30 AM. Brian promptly met with us and completed a physical check of the bike while reviewing with us our concerns and explaining what he and his crew would be doing to diagnose the issue(s). In less than an hour, the inspection was complete. We were brought back into the shop area where Brian and a member of his crew explained what theyd found; none of which they felt in their professional opinion(s) was directly related to the tires (directly) or their installation. Our experience with Brian and his crew at Harley-Davidson of Atlanta was nothing short of exceptional!! They made the time to be specific and direct with us, explaining and communicating with 100% transparency while going above-and-beyond to make sure we left satisfied that wed received the best service available! And, for that, theyve not only earned our respect but our loyalty for as long as we own our Harley!!
First I wanted to say thank you to Mike, one of the managers. He went out of his way to allow me to park my trailer in their empty lot while we travel the area for a few days.Secondly, my motorcycle needed a jump start. The dealership was closed on the day I arrived. However, their safety class had just finished and one of the instructors let me use her jumper cables. Big shout out to Wendy who saved the morning!! We had a small window of opportunity to get on the road before heavy rains came in, and she saved the day!
It started with a phone call which was answered enthusiastically as well with a tone that let me know I mattered as a customer. First impressions can set the path and effect all communication that follows. Great job Ashley! While service was very busy handling other customers I was asked if Id like to leave a message for Brian to call me back. I said better yet I have a list of upgrades Id like to make to my motorcycle and may I email this to Brian so that when we speak hell already be dialed into my wishes. No problem. With this I emailed Brian and within a very short time period he responded cordially. I called Brian back and we went over my specific interests. His knowledge, first hand experience as well as concern for understanding what I wanted to accomplish were welcome and quite refreshing. This in stark comparison to two other Atlanta area Harley Davidson dealers, one of which is extremely close to my house as well as another that is closer to me than Harley Davidson of Atlanta, where my Stage 3 upgrade was taken less than seriously and phone calls and emails were not returned. On top of this the pricing I received was fair and a far cry for the overinflated pricing I initially received in person at my local shop. Next I was handed off to Tim so that we could look into parts availability. Tim was also extremely helpful, detail oriented and knew how to set expectations with the current state of shipments from mother Harley. While my bike has not been into the shop as of yet while we await the parts I have the utmost confidence in Harley Davidson of Atlanta based on the multiple communications Ive had to date with Ashley, Brian and Tim. Stellar attitude, concern, and ability to make one feel appreciated as a customer, these folks have it down. Thanks so much for making my customer experience exceed my expectations. Took the riding academy course for new riders and the class was very thorough and the instructors went through everything we would need to learn for the test and the real world. They also coached us on our individual strengths and weaknesses. Would highly recommend to anyone with our without previous riding experience. Started from scratch! Never rode a motorcycle or dirt bike ever! The course equipped me with proper resources to build confidence on a motorcycle and information to eventually be competent on the road! This course should be a requirement for everyone. 10 out of 10 will recommend to anyone I know who is interested in riding.

Of the three times we’ve been there, three times have been absolutely perfect. This team/family made our first bike purchase easier and smoother than we thought it could be. My husband and I bought our bike( his) a few weeks back. He randomly woke up one Saturday and decided to just go look. Having bought many cars and knowing what a headache it was I was very apprehensive, here we go gonna be here all day. As soon as we walked in the atmosphere was very laid back we were greeted by Stephen kirk he answered any questions my husband had . He was very helpful but not pushy. I was impressed! Guys Stephen (a.k.a George) was awesome. He made you feel at home it wasnt like you were in a place to buy anything. No pressure, no sales pitch.
Took the beginner motorcycle safety class at HD of Atlanta, could not be more thankful to this crew and our incredible instructor, Ms. Wendy, for an amazing experience. The course itself is well designed but was executed with expertise, empathy and patience by Ms. Wendy to create an exceptional learning experience. We had folks who had never ridden and an experienced rider in our class. Ms. Wendys coaching for each of us was invaluable. I highly recommend this class and dealership. I will for sure be back for additional classes at HD Atlanta!
My sister had a problem with her bike that falcon fury couldnt find the service guys at atlanta figured it out within one day and repaired everything. As for me I took Brian through hoops with my upgrades but he took care of me and got my bike done quick. The whole service department is very knowledgeable and what I like most is the guys will tell you of any issues they find and recommend what should be done. A great bunch of cool guys Atlanta Harley is the BEST.

The Dynamic Duo. I attended the academy back in Sept, 2020. I had no previous riding experience which was more than obvious when I didnt know how to turn my bike on, let alone what all the gadgets were for. Short story by day 2, I was speaking rider lingo and I could actually take off without the bike stalling on me. There was great chemistry between the two the entire time. They completed each others skills and techniques in the class room as well as on the course. Both were very reassuring, patient and understanding. Always ready to give that boost of confidence needed when you thought you could not go any farther. During class time, they were very thorough and quite knowledgeable on any and every thing you needed to know about safety and riding. Today, I am actually riding and venturing out on my own believe it or not. I just took my first road trip; about a 4 hour drive total. I can still hear the little things shared by Sharon and Ronnie that made the difference for me to become a safe rider but never forgetting to have fun. We own an Ultra Classic that has been serviced by this store for several years now. My husband took an immediate liking to Brian and always asked for him every time he needed work done on the bike. In April this year, my husband unexpectedly passed. In trying to organize his memorial, I contacted Brian just to see if he knew of a way I could get my husbands bike to the memorial service for display. Immediately, Brian checked with management who gave him full clearance to help in any and every way he could. And that, he did. Not only did Brian come and pick up the bike, but he cleaned it up and brought it to the service, stayed at the service and then trailered it back! I was taking a chance on asking for this kind of help and was blown away at the generous and kind response Brian, his co-workers and his management extended toward me out of respect for my husband! This store is staffed with kind and generous people. This goes over and beyond typical customer service and I will not only maintain my loyalty to this store for service, but will tell this story to anyone who is looking for an HD store for HD products and service! I normally do not participate in rating a company, but Mr. Watts was impressive. I took the beginners riders course with Mr. Watts, and was referred to him by a co-worker. I do not think that I would have enjoyed it as much if Wayne was not the instructor, he has a wealth of knowledge and displayed patience throughout the course. He made sure that all participants received one-on-one and gave constructive feedback. He went above and beyond to make sure that everyone ascertained the information he provided, and then ample amount of time to ask questions and prepare for the final test. Participants met employees throughout the store and they were pleasant as well. Overall a great experience!
We had the pleasure of working with Jean Gribble and she was great. I was very indecisive while picking the right bike and she was more than patient the whole time. I did a test ride with Stephen and Chad as well and they were both great. Working with Mike D was great as well he kept us laughing and the entire experience was no pressure.
