I purchased a printer from this location three weeks ago, I had to leave town upon my return I found out that the printer cartridges was wrong. When I purchased the printer the cartridge was missing so the cashier added a print cartridge. When I took it back the manager she said the cashier should have never gave me a printer cartridge even if the starter cartridge was missing. I said well they did and it’s the wrong cartridge, I just need you to replace it with the right one. And the manager Katrina, said that I can’t prove that they gave me the cartridge even though I had the printer receipt and if I need the right print cartridge I’m going to pay for it. With the worst attitude and she was looking at me like I was a criminal! Instead of going back and forth with her, I told her to keep the cartridge that was given to me and I exited the store. Katrina was so unprofessional and rude! I now understand why this store is going out of business. I will no longer buy from Office Depot. I will buy my printers from another source next time.

Very rude woman working the photo and copy section. Told her what I needed for work and sent the image in. I told her that I needed it a certain size or it would not work for what we need. She provided me with something that was completely not what I asked for. I reiterated what I originally asked for and she told me that she cannot make what I needed. Still had to pay for something we cannot even use instead of her just telling me the first time she could not do what I asked for.

Literally the most unorganized Office Depot I’ve ever been to in my life. Every time I come, the line is backed up, everyone is frustrated, my orders aren’t completed.. it’s the absolute worst! If you live in the Lithia Springs/Austell area, it’s worth the drive to the one on Chapel Hill Rd . Save yourself the headache and stress

Unprofessional. They keep you on hold for 30mins. They told me my order was ready for curbside pick up, i get there they refuse to bring it outside. I go in & they tell me my order isnt ready. Worse customer service ever!

This should have gotten no stars I “ALWAYS” go to Office Depot for scan and email service directly to me more than likely more than 2 a week however I was in Close to the Thornton Road location and went in to get services to scan & email the lady Dionne said she could not do it. I was against policy however I’ve been using this service twice weekly. She didn’t seem like what I needed and was paying for was urgent. However one of the customers that was in there wanted to help more than the “Manager” this is what I consider horrible customer service I’m headed to my local Office Depot in Marietta, GA where customer service is ALWAYS 💯

I am giving a five star review to Associate Sid’Daja. She is extremely professional and pleasant. Her skill level is exemplary being able to toggle between several different tasks in addition to providing quality work. I had the pleasure of watching her as she worked alone with no help. Sid’Daja takes pride in her work while still maintaining a can do attitude.

Dont bother!!! This place has the worst customer service. I called about a item they said they had it in stock drove 20 minutes just for the guy who answered the phone to laugh & say they dont have it. I asked for a manager and he said there wasnt a manager there he was the only one there. I first stop using their print service when I found out they charge you for the copy and paper. why isnt the paper included.. I mean really. Always check your receipt!!!!!

Ordered online the evening before for pick up and would have loved for my order to have been prepared for my arrival, but rather it was scattered in a small utility closet and not bagged. I kept offering my order number to clerk to find my items and she kept insisting that I name every single item I purchased instead. It was 7:30p on a work/school night and I am absolutely sure I will not be ordering again.

This morning I went looking for an item that was on sale/clearance and the site said there was one available. Got there and there were none, so the store manager, Ms Cathy, went out of her way to find me a compatible item AND matched the sale price. Wow, she sure does how to keep customers coming back, great service and a great personality. Thank you Ms Cathy.

Do not order online furniture for delivery. They are inept. I ordered early on a Friday the order does not say when to expect delivery. I saw the email that said 8/20 8:30-5:00(it did not say a signature was required it was a file cabinet). On Tuesday 8/20 I saw 2 men at my door via a camera at 8:19A. No one was home. I arrived home at 8:30 there was no note about an attempted delivery or if they would return. I realized it was them after reviewing camera footage. I called and customer service said the package was out for delivery and would arrive by 5. At 5P nothing came. I called at 10A the following day (because clearly you would come at 8:30 the following day because you didnt come the previous day) and was told it would be there by 5. I asked why was package not delivered as promised on 8/20 and no follow up email with new delivery date and why did someone need to be home for 2 days waiting on a package the representative could not answer other than to say it would be there by 5P. I looked elsewhere and asked a friend to pick the same cabinet up. I called back and cancelled order only to be told after I cancelled that I would get a call in 2-3 hours to confirm cancellation and an email. By 4P I called back to be told that department gets thousands of emails and Id have to wait for a call back and not until I received that call would my refund be initiated. So it is over 24 hours later no refund and 48 hours and no cabinet. Save yourself the trouble and shop Amazon.

Throw the whole store away! The staff were walking around like zombies. The worst service ever. Then with their terrible energy the only color printer jams and they can’t figure out where the paper is stuck at. So I’m sitting here waiting to print 6 pages that has to be shipped to Canada. I already came from Douglasville for a paper that was sold out at that location. I mean the manager was even low morale. The fish rots from the head. Like I said, throw the whole team away! 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

There needs to be an entire new staff just throw the whole store away... Hire experienced Managers not Rookies

They usually have what I need but theres ALWAYS a wait. Whether theres 2 or 20 customers in store. Today I had some files conveniently electronically transferred and paid online. I selected to have a text notification but I never got it because they didnt retrieve my order until I arrived.

The ladies @ the copy / fax counter are very knowledgeable and always read to help are nice and well kept. Quick and easy transaction

They really work hard at being bad at customer service. I went to have a poster printed. The guy working told me he didnt know how to work the poster printer but offered me an order form for the next shift. When I said okay, he said he didnt know where the forms were and didnt look for them. I asked if he could call another store to see if they could print it. He looked at the phone, looked at me, at the phone again, and finally back at me. No words. I was done. The service at the print shop there had always been bad, but that took the cake and I havent been back. Go to the office depot on Chapel Hill. Theyre awesome on Chapel Hill.

A man answered phone, when I ask if store had styoform peanuts, size n price. Put me in hold bout 15 muns, never came back. He is a poor businessman, could never work for our company. I need them cause I teach Seniors gigt basjet designing. Fustrated, I checked your website n found tbem. Serms he could have checked his computer.

I walked in and there was a service man at the door that gave me a look as if I 2as bothering him and his work. 2 females at counter neither spoke or smiled. Please save your time and effort to get anything done at this place where the G M us about as clueless as myself trying to get a diagnostic on my computer!! Its a state of affairs when your given the run around STILL after almost 2 weeks of my laptop sitting there collecting dust, and noone bothered to tell me a diagnostic couldnt be done because I cant log in and it said NO BOOTABLE DEVICE, EXACTLY what I said when I dropped it off.DUUUUhhhhh, IF I would have known it couldnt be looked at while in the shape then please tell me why in the h*ll did it sit there dang near 2xweeks and everyone sitting there with their thumbs in their behinds and not relaying the pertinent info to me the consumer...Judt go the the GEEK SQUAD😫

Slow slow slow slow slow. We print a lot here, no matter where we go in the city, every office depot is SLOW!!!However its clean, organized, and offer a wide range of office supplies. And its usually one in every city. But their slow so pack a light snack.

My last experience with this Office Depot was terrible. I went in expecting to purchase whatever I needed, then promptly go home, but that wasnt what happened at all. Instead, it took about five to ten minutes for someone to show up to the cash register to serve me, and the service made me feel unwelcomed. Now, in hindsight, the wait was somewhat justified, given that another customer needed help and the cashier was helping her, but the service that I received after that wait was abysmal, and it completely overshadowed the justification for having to wait beforehand. Even though I waited for the cashier *patiently* and greeted her with a smile, she never smiled back, her reponses were flat and cold, and her overall demeanor made me feel genuinely uncomfortable. After this experience, Ive decided to never return to this Office Depot, and to tell my friends and family to just go to the [friendlier] one on Chapel Hill.

Call was answered on first ring. Very courteous young lady answered the phone. She gave me direction including landmarks and when I explained that and elderly person would be coming to pick up an item she informed me someone would be there to greet him and show him where to locate the items he needed. By far that is above and beyond the call of duty in my eyes!

Never fails that I walk in and end up staying for 2+ hours for the simplest job.

I bought a shredder. It was on sale. Someone carried it to my car for me. Very satisfying experience. Cannot wait to get home and start shredding.

They quit carrying Lexmark toner refills for the printer I bought there. Apparently only keep fast moving stuff. Slim pickings on micro sd cards also.

The worst Office Depot iv ever been to employees are rude disrespectful theyre always on their phone on the floor always eating on the floor the manager is an aggressive person Who cares less about the customers. Dont waste your time going into the store a regular process that takes five minutes took me two hours, never again

Decent store, usually low inventory, but the staff are very nice.

Went here to buy office furniture for our new location. Got a filing cabinet brought it back within 15 minutes to get a smaller one becuase this one didnt fit. The same lady who checked me out, 15 minutes later told me the receipt i had was for a different cabinet and she couldnt accept it. I ended up getting the sales person whi helped me buy it confirm that i was just there and bought that cabinet, she then called the manager to come. The manager finally exchanged the cabinet for me after an hour and a half. I get to the office and the smaller one Ive exchanged for is completely destroyed, the top and sides are dented in like they used it as a goal post for a soccer game. It was just not worth the headach to return it all over again and deal with that cashier who has the brain capacity of a goldfish, so we threw it away and well never come back to this office depot no matter what. Its a shame because we had so many more things to purchase from them for our new office, but they lost our business before it even started.

This might be the worst store I have ever done business with. They never have enough people in the store working, so I avoid going in the store peiod. I just had an online order canceled because they do not have the paper in stock to print the banner. If it wasnt for me checking the status of my order (that they said would be ready by 7:00 the same day) I would not have known this information. No email or anything!!
