Its worth driving away from the city to get good service.Very helpful guys.They diagnosed and turned off my check engine light. Gave me the name of a good mechanic and an affordable price for the O2 sensor.I also needed their help a year ago and got the exact same service.

I came in to get help with replacing my headlight. I couldnt get the clamp off because of salt and some corrosion. Juan was awesome and helped get the clamp off and replaced the bulb in minutes!! I appreciate the help!

Just came here for a dead battery, and even although they didnt have it in stock they had one in their employees go run and pick it up and he was back in less than 10 minutes. Great staff, great customer service, definitely my favorite place to come for auto parts in the cities!

Car broke down on Saturday morning. Called AAA. They could give no ETA due to the weather. On a whim, I stopped by the NAPA store on Sunday afternoon. I described the car symptoms to Joe. He gave a diagnosis and instructed me on how to get it started. Went home and the car started right up! I cant say enough on how grateful I am. I have not shopped a lot here in the past. However, Joe and the crew have earned my trust and loyalty.

The manager gotta talk to whoever’s name is Joe who is picking up the phone calls. I was polite and asked if they do any oil change services. This Joe guy yelled at me on the phone telling me they don’t offer services and slammed the phone without saying thank you or bye. Wow, what a wonderful first time customer service experience, bye Napa, never going to your shop again, your employees‘ disgusting attitude affects your business. Shame on this shop!

Worse part supplier ive ever dealt with. Never gets parts ordered on time, bs reasons on why parts are late, will not price match other suppliers (even thought their warranties are better), and the staff has no idea about cars.

Great Local shop to get Auto parts

I use them exclusive but they need to stay open later.

They usually seem to have what I need, and if they dont, they always offer to have it shipped in from another store.
