Lions Share Maintenance power washed my stucco house and did a wonderful job! They were courteous and informative when setting up the appointment, kept me notified when, due to a sudden change of weather, they had to reschedule my appointment, showed up on time as promised, had a courteous work crew, and did an excellent job powe washing my house. Highly recommended.Note. Certain stains, mostly rust. Will not totally come off. However, it was very noticeable how much cleaner my house looked.

Decent job, but I wish Lions Share would have told me the difference between a power wash and a soft wash. It didn’t get everything. I made the one poor technician go over it a couple times. He was getting pretty frustrated with me as they were late for other jobs. He was visibly angry by end of job. The other technician was super friendly and very helpful. He did the windows and they look beautiful.

Once they arrived, the guys were quick and efficient with cleaning the gutters. Totally worth it! Would definitely use them again.

Nick and Chris were great. They explained the process and worked hard to power wash my house. They were careful around the landscaping and did not leave a mess behind. House looks amazing and I’m glad I used this service for my residence. The vinyl siding needs to be washed every 2-3 years. I recommend.

They arrived on time and went right to work. Said they would be done in 45 minutes and they were. They did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. The price was reasonable and Ill call them again. Highly recommended.

Workers performing lighting service were very professional. Had an issue with some lights and they came back within 24 hours to fix the problem. So far so good. I would recommend based on my experience.

We have used Lions share for several years for our holiday lights installation. They do an amazing job with install and are very responsive if anything needs to be fixed (i.e. bulbs burned out and need replacing). The one complaint that i have shared with them is the debris left behind when they take down the lights after the holidays. Every year there are plastic hooks all over our yard, in our gutters and in our landscaping. Every year we complain about this and it has not gotten better. This year, they are using new hooks that remain attached to the cords so im hoping no debris is left behind this year. We were about ready to switch vendors because of this issue, but I am hopeful that the new hooks solve the problem. Otherwise, great company and the install is done with high quality.

I do not write many reviews but felt I needed to for Lions Share. Despite the snow storm we had mid-Oct they showed up on-time to wash windows on the outside of our townhouse complex. I called very last minute to ask them to come back the next day to also wash the inside windows which they did. The scheduler was very professional and scheduled the last minute request. They arrived slightly early, were VERY polite, wore masks, were quick, and even recleaned one of the outside windows that a bird hit shortly after they had cleaned it the day before. This mean dragging out a ladder into the snow to reclean. Thank you team, I was very impressed with your service.

Kind of an odd job, had an old sign taken off the building and dirt and grime were left behind. I got a quote within 24 hours, scheduled the service, and had an appointment within the week. The guys who showed up were on time, thorough and did a great job.

Very poor service! No estimate was done but the cleaning crews already came to do the work. Next time, you should be more professional than this!

Lion Share has been great to work with. We currently contract with them for holiday lights on 2 large buildings and a large courtyard. They are very responsive if we have any issues or concerns and prompt on sending crews out for repairs. The entire company is looking forward to the wonderful holiday light install that is soon to be hung in our large courtyard.

The men were very polite and friendly,the windows looked nice and clean when they left.I was quoted a different price on the phone and it was off about 20-30.00..Yes I would use them again.My window sills get very dirty not having a storm window.I am very picky about them being clean so I did ask them to redo a few. The work was done in a timely fashion.

Just had our pool deck and patio cleaned which had some black mold on it. The service people did a very professional job. The black mold is gone and the cement almost looks brand new even though its 15 years old. I am very pleased.
