Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. It takes days and I mean days to get some prescriptions filled. They do not contact you if they are out of a medication and they refuse to help facilitate a request to check with another CVS. She told me I would have to do it myself and sighed that she is too busy. This happened the last time we used them, as well. We love the CVS in Shoreview. Cheri was polite, helpful and said she would take care of everything from her end and not to worry. Such a relief!
I just paid $52.00 for a toenail fungus prescription, only to later find out I could get the same prescription from COSTCO for $19.00 and $13.00 from Hy-Vee. Time to switch.
Everyone is always nice and if my extra bucks don’t print they always find a way to give me a new one. I love shopping here (:
I’ve been waiting on the phone for 45 minutes and no one has answered and all I need to do is speak to the pharmacist for a minute. I called the front of the store to see if they can give me information and they didn’t apologize for the wait at all and just sent me back to the call line I waited on for 45 minutes. I never write reviews and I’m a very patient and understanding person but this has been horrible. There’s no way I can do this online and I can’t call another CVS and there’s no place to leave a message. I have had this same experience several times. Once they had me on a waiting list for a call for several 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴.
I have tried switching my profile to this pharmacy multiple times and every time I show up to pick up my prescriptions they can’t find my profile, they can’t get my Good Rex codes to work and whenever o try to call, no ones picks up the phone. CVS pharmacies are so poorly ran!!!
Just wish I was not treated like trash on the phone from the doctors office, otherwise the place is decent. Hey Lee or whoever, you need to learn how to speak to another human being. Sick of talking to people on the phone? Cool get another postion, seems like we could all benefit from not having you in any customer service interactions.
Staff is wonderful friendly and very helpful. The manager is excellent. The pharmacy staff is excellent and very helpful. The store is clean and well stocked.
Excellent CVS. Switched to it after having a series of awful experiences at the nearby Walgreens (avoid at all costs).I had been happy anyway but while here today was assisted by Hli who went above and beyond. Thanks for the excellent customer service, Hli!!
GREAT EMPLOYEES! Its like going to see your friends instead of shopping!
I visited this cvs because it was the closes cvs that was printing photos for the free 10 photos promotion from T-Mobile Tuesday. After seeing the photos I would not recommend visiting this cvs to print photos. Although the service was fairly quick and friendly the photos are basically worthless. The color is off and the photos are both grainy and blurry. I understand the store was experiencing higher demands because of the T-Mobile deal than usual, but it’s no excuse to print poor quality.
The Pharmacist is amazing and incredibly nice! Great Service.
Never busy staff is rude always out of stuff and dates on food always expired so sad there going down on business hope they close this location theres Walgreens across the street thats busier then cvs
Ive actually left the store close to tears twice due to the rudeness of the pharmacy staff. They frequently auto refill medications Ive never asked to be filled, many times these are medications Im not even on!Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy my insurance covers.
I miss this CVS Pharmacy very much! After moving to the other side of the Twin Cities and visiting other CVS Pharmacies, Ive realized that not one tops Little Canada. I miss the friendly service and very quick Rx refills!
Low inventory seem to be outta lots of things when go here on the plus side its quite and Service is always good
Very nice managers, clean, quiet, professional!!
The best pharmacy in town
