I just picked up my printer from Metro Printer. Good as new. Repair was ready when promised, price was fair, company very professional.

Ive used Metro Printer Services several times, and have always gotten great, professional work on my printers.

I don’t normally take time to write reviews, but I’m thrilled. My 5 year old HP home printer suddenly stopped printing the black or red ink. Someone suggested my ink probably dried up, so I put in new ink cartridges but had the same problem. I started shopping for new printers to learn that their quality has dropped significantly. Plus, all my ink at home (over $100 worth) would become useless. That’s when I started researching about the ability to clean dried ink from the printer heads. I called Metro Printer Services, and they were optimistic that a good overnight cleaning for $45 would do the trick! Sure enough, the next day I picked it up, and it’s printing like it’s brand new! I’m so thankful for Metro Printer Services since this has been an otherwise great printer. Plus, I can use up my ink now!
