Bought some safety boots back in December. They wore out pretty quickly. I got excellent customer service in finding a different pair. I was very picky. I work in a tough environment and need a wide. They helped me completely totally to find what I needed. And to boot, they said they would warranty out the old ones since they were inside the 6 month warranty period. BONUS! Cant say enough good about this store. Worth the trip and the cost. And I dont give high praise often!

For a restaurant worker the Shoes for Crews are a great brand. I found a good selection of non slip shoes. Having a wide foot was not a problem either. Wonderful customer service. Ill be back for sure! Who doesnt love to shop local!

However, when asked about the best safety shoes for the end user, the response was these are our best selling shoes Best selling items dont translate to the best shoe for the individual. There were no probing questions or indirect questions to identify current issues with the user.Very clean and organized facility, and more than willing to let you try as many pairs of shoes as needed.

Very nice display area, nice leather chairs to set on to try on shoes and clerk was very helpful in shoe suggestions. Safety shoes were in the ball park price wise and brand name.
