Would get a 5 if I didnt have to wait so long, but that aside, I love it, fits perfectly under my Dyna, looks well built, bike is solid when lifted, took 10 minutes to assemble it, very basic. Very happy with it.
Took my money gladly, promised a ship date, didnt deliver. No response to email or calls. Opened a dispute with my bank. Stay away from this company.
The customer service is horrendous they never return phone calls bottle jack started leaking it stopped working after two years and I’ve called them 10 times with no return phone call and email them five times getting a response maybe every 3 to 4 days but I like the jack just not the Customer service or the fact that the Jack stop working after two years but I have it I have to keep it or I would return
Seems to be a long tradition with J&S Jacks to charge your credit card, not returning phone calls, and no delivery of product. Considering the historical complaints, not a Covid excuse. A lift is not all that difficult to build. Wish I could give some feedback on the lift but filed a dispute with credit card company for non delivery.
I ordered a snowmobile lift at the beginning of November. After not receiving it for 3 weeks I began calling, leaving emails, and messages on instant messages. In all I probably tried contacting them by phone at least 20 times during their business hours, sent at least 6–10 emails, and 3-4 instant messenger messages. Not once did anyone ever pick up the phone or return an email or message. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. Upon filing the dispute they emailed me saying that they saw a filed a dispute. They said my lift would be shipping out this past Tuesday and a tracking number would be emailed to me. I never received the lift or even an email with the tracking number. I again tried calling and emailing about 10 times over the past 5 days. Again no responses. This might be the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with. How they stay in business is beyond me. I told them through email I would cancel my credit card dispute when I received the package. As it looks right now I really wish I would just receive this lift and never deal with them again. Please be aware of how bad this is for a business. Very sad considering I hear they have a good product. Problem is I still don’t have it to judge for myself and I’m still out $1000 until the dispute settles one way or another.
After a month of calls and voicemails I finally had someone answer the phone and take my order. A week later the charge appeared on my credit card. Three days later, the full amount was credited back to my card with no explanation or email etc. Tried to follow up several times with no call backs and no email response. Too bad I guess, as I hear its an amazing jack.
J&S did one hell of a job on my order. I ordered it on Feb.7 and received it on Feb. 17, 2020. Awesome quality. By far best jack out there ! I highly recommend J & S ! Thank you !Roy King

Ok my wife ordered My trike jack Dec 11 2019 she has called, sent emails etc to no avail. She finally told me what she ordered me for Christmas and asked me to call to see about the jack. Today February 20 2020 is My first call, I did leave a message. I will see how long this takes. Jeff
Ive purchased 2 jacks with very pleasing results. The one jack was purchased almost 9 years ago. I also had to have some replacement parts recently sent as promised. Great products plus great customer service. The product is very well designed plus made.
Read the reviews, BUYER BEWARE! I never write negative reviews and usually ignore them when I see them online because many people are unreasonable, not the case here. J&S charges your credit card the day you place the order but fail to ship. Emails, calls, repeated calls, go unanswered. Its clear they dont have any interest in answering the phone. They obviously have some issues and sketchy business practices. Best to look elsewhere.

I purchased my jack more than ten years ago and use it all the time for cleaning my bike to doing any kind of maintenance it may require. Best accessory I have purchased for the bike yet. A+++++
Ordered a jack on May 12. Its now July 9th. Dont bother calling because they wont answer or return calls. I was informed it was to ship out twice through e.mail was told its shipping today on june 21st . After no shipment by the 25th I asked for a refund and havent seen a credit. 8 weeks in now and havent seen a thing. Wish I would have kept my money in my pocket. O good luck contacting them e.mail as the response takes days. The Lady says she is doing the best she can. And I believe her because after what I have experienced I bet theres alot of mad people who are giving up on J@s jacks too. No wounder they wont answer a call. Simple fact you dont get a jack and you dont get your money back either! Lol ..seems to help! Ps. started out 2-3 weeks for delivery ...Update. july 11th just got a fed x email it has shipped out.
OK, these guys are NOT perfect, but (1) provide a hell of a product that functions as advertised, and (2) they will make things right when something is less than right. Gotta give them credit, and your business!

Ordered a Jack and Indian accessory on July 17, it is now Aug 10. Called several times, usually no one answers. The 3 times I finally got someone they all promised dates that are in the past and still no jack. Not happy spending $600 and getting nothing.
