This is the fourth time my brand new 2020 Chevy Suburban was in for service for the AC. As a family of 6 and not owning another vehicle that fits us all we were never provided a loaner. To me that is unacceptable since the vehicle was always there for at least two days each time. Once again it was misdiagnosed by a tech and had to be returned. Two out of the four times the vehicle was brought there the evening before and sat the next morning because Carlos did not notify the techs or update the computer info what the car was there for. I did however appreciate that they picked the vehicle up and dropped it off this time being we were without a loaner.

Didn’t think I could get this kind of service from Chevrolet. From the moment I called with a question the staff was friendly and truly cared to address my concerns. Made an appointment almost a week out but this was quicker than all other dealers in the area.My advisor was Krystle and she was very attentive and truly cared to resolve my issues. I had a check engine light failure. Cleared the computer and it reoccurred. The failure was due to a computer failure under warranty. The service folks are very caring and I feel like family when I go there.

We traded in our older Traverse for a new one and it was a smooth experience. We got a nice deal on our trade-in and our salesman Bill Mann is the best in the business. He treated us like family.

Being a single woman of a certain age with not the best financial track record, I was quite nervous about even looking at a car via a dealership. Cant speak for the dealership side of the business but the service department is terrible. Zero communication zero results. If you bring your car there for service expect a one hour job to take two weeks. Im going on my 9th day and car still there for a caliper and tire repair. Run

It was a great experience. Both Leo and Mark were not willing to settle for something I did not want. They both worked very hard to get me the pacific blue color. They were both friendly and willing to answer any questions. On top of this, Ms. Schumacher came up to my father and I. She introduced herself and asked if we needed any additional help. How many people can say that the owner of the dealership took their time to introduce themselves and get to know their customers? Highly recommend.

My review was hard to do with rating this dealership but I ended up giving 4 stars. I found a car that I wanted online, called and spoke with Allison, did credit app, went in and met with Rocket and signed paperwork and put deposit. Allison I would rate 5 stars for all her assistance. My sales guy Rocket was awesome and would rate him 5 stars and highly recommend him. Somehow my car was sold before the in transit delivery date to someone else. Weather it was human error or someone offered better than me, I get it, mistakes happen. They were able to get me in a better upgraded version I picked out and tried to work with me in making this happen. I absolutely love my new Silverado 1500 trail boss which has so many more amenities than my original one!!!

When I called to tell them my car would be towed in, they were very sympathetic and put me in the system right away. They diagnosed the car, and gave me options: even though it was fairly expensive I opted to get the car fixed. They ordered the parts right away and had my car done even sooner than I expected. Have always liked to service my vehicles here and had a good experience with sales recently. However, did dot appretiate the attitude of sales person when I communicated I tried to nicely communicate I decided to not go with them for my next vehicle. I guess honesty is not appretiate it. A simple thank you for your business would gave gotten a long way. I get it, you are trying to make a sale, but with that attitude I would now reconsider bringing my vehicle in for service. You lost the deal today but you could have earned a relationship for a bigger deal tomorrow. Really disappointed and annoyed by the way this was handled.

Leased my second car from Schumacher. There was an issues on GM Financials side, as my new lease payment was going towards my old lease, and they hit my credit score without notice. They after I called GM Financial, and through I settled it, GM Financial hit my credit again. I called Schumacher, twice and asked what they can do. All I got from Schmacher was a shoulder shrug. They claimed there was nothing they could do. I am genuinely disappointed with the service from Schumacher. I am sure they could have done something to help sort this out. I made the mistake of filling out the customer survey too quickly.

This is the dealership where the “family” speaks to you when you want to buy a car but when a new Chevy traverse with under 25,000 miles has a major failure that it is under warranty no one is available to speak to. You will read many wonderful reviews about sales people and new cars but you need a dealership that is honest and stands by their product so when the vehicle is no longer new and no one has a commission to gain there is someone to assist you.
