I have been to this store numerous times and I must say I love this store. Everyone in this location is amazing starting with the management team. I’ve been helped by so many amazing people in this location. Last time I visited the store I was helped by someone who gave me his business card and is named Manny. He is by far the most professional T-Mobile sales rep I’ve ever met. He is knowledgeable, professional, and most of all he puts himself in your shoes and provides you with the best service from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. I wish I could call T-Mobile and tell them how great he is. Thank you all so much for all you do. I am a very very happy customer.

I’ve been going to this store for years now, thank god they have new members on their team cause the old ones were very rude and weren’t much helpful and just wanted you out of there as quick as possible. I recently went here and dealt with an employee Natalie she’s by far the most patient and nicest person there! She helped me get into a new device and answered all questions I had regarding my plan. I went in just to view the Samsung S10+ that came out. If it wasn’t for the associate Shady, I would of never knew there was a great promotion for 50% off on Samsung tab s4. He helped me greatly and told me the current offers and it lead me to purchase the Samsung tab S4 at 50% off. I saved over $350. Thank you !
The first day I went in Deandre helped me out the whole time after I lost my phone. He helped look if I had an insurance plan and unfortunately I didnt. He was really helpful with my situation. He talked to his other coworkers to see if they could work with apple since I pay the damage protection through them. Sadly I wasnt able to get a replacement through my warranty. He helped me with finishing me a new phone that I could afford at the moment and helped me throughout the whole process. The next day I went back because I didnt like the phone and I wanted to switch it out to a bigger one and Denise and the store manager(forgot his name) helped me and after a little Denise took over she helped me pick out the phone that I wanted and suited me and helped me set it up. When we were setting it up we had an issue where I couldnt make phone calls or texts so Denise with the help of other coworkers helped me fix it. It was a two hour wait because when Denise called t-Mobile we were on hold for a while(which I didnt care for). But while we were waiting the whole team at the store checked up on me to see if Im good and if I need water or anything. Overall the help from all of the team especially Denise, Deandre and the store manager were great. Definitely helped me with the problem that I had.

Today was my best experience with T-Mobile sale representative and his name is Jonathan C.It was little hard to understand the 55 plus plan and so he explained me so well that I have joined to T-mobile network. Jonathan was a very professional individual and also he was taking care of people entering into the store. Nice people, performing great work with very positive attitude.

Jose was the best employee I could have asked to help me! He was the sweetest and such a gentleman! Knew everything about the company and explained all the deals to us in detail. Any question I had he answered right away and did not seem to bother him. You should have him train all your employees. Also he was training a new employee and he was also very sweet but cant remember his name but I know he dances as well. You should give both of them a raise :-)

I had an excellent experience with Jacquin C at the T mobile store in Little Falls. I made an appointmet at this location after spending NINE hours on the phone with Sprint the day before. She was very professional and wonderful to work with. Jacquin took the time recover my daughters phone number (that she had for 12 yrs) after Sprint said it was impossible. She went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. I cant say enough about her!
I’d give this particular T-mobile store zero stars if I could. I went in to inquire about the new iPhone 11 Pro and was going to buy it on the spot however, when I walk in, the store has iPhone 11 on display with the information of old iPhone for the description. So I went up to the red-head lady whose name I don’t know because she didn’t even bother to introduce herself. When asked, instead of walking me over, she just said “we have them” and didn’t bother to even show me. Then once I had seen the phone, I was going to buy it. As I am standing there, first guy tells me the second guy will help me. This second person, was loudly chewing his gum and on his phone for a least a minute scrolling through. He basically came off very uninterested in doing his job. In 2015, I had bought my iPhone 6S plus from here and the staff was nicer. Now it’s just some kids who are on their phone instead of working and helping customers.I left the store and actually even changed carriers. Verizon gave me a great trade in value for my iPhone 6s Plus while T-Mobile basically said that they didn’t want me old phone and I have to pay 400 dollar upfront.
Jose Mendoza and Jonatan Concepcion in this t mobile location are the best customer service representatives in the whole location. The most personable people and extremely helpful. Also Jose is the king at putting on screen protectors. I had such a wonderful experience there upgrading my phone and any questions I had all of them were explained. I left as a very pleased customer.
Went in last week to add a line for my mother on my account and was assisted by Leslie. I must say, she provided me with great customer service and would definitely go back to her for further assistance. Very professional, nice, and clarified all information. Jose was one of the best people at T-Mobile that I ever had to deal with. He answered all my questions, and made sure I got every deal that was available to me. No matter what I asked he answered and it didnt seem like a bother to him. He always had a smile on his face and enjoys his job. Wish more people were that way. Today, I worked with a retail sales associate named Leslie and her customer service was excellent. She helped me resolve an issue with overcharged fees on my account. She then was able to help me acquire a promotion that really helps my family. I want to say thank you because the store in T-Mobile on Route46 has excellent knowledge of t- mobile products and services .
They are the worst.. I thought once T-mobile took over the services would get better. The manger really left me standing there to help someone who wanted to purchase a new device.

The team at this particular T-Mobile store is poppin. I came in the store on Tuesday to purchase a couple things. There was a slight issue that I noticed with one of the items a couple of days later. I called the store as soon as I noticed it and Keith answered and assisted me with a resolution right away. He asked me to come into the store the following morning and they would locate the item that I had the issue with because it was out of stock. When I got to the store, Kareem had assisted me and had the item in store and I wasn’t inconvenienced. Everything went smoothly and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. I recently visited this store with my sister to add a line to my family plan. My sister previously had Verizon and was thinking of coming onto my T-Mobile plan. The staff was extremely attentive/welcoming and greeted us as soon as we walked in. And very knowledgeable - they explained how much she would save and all of the other benefits if she switched over from Verizon onto my plan. They also addressed her concerns about T-Mobile coverage. Made the process so pleasant, easy and quick!
We went in to learn about the service and inquire about a new phone. Mark did fantastic job explaining all our options as well as answering ALL of our questions- and there were many. He even offered to come in early the next day to help us with our purchase (we had to leave for work). The switch over from another carrier was very complicated, but Mark handled everything with ease. We would highly recommend his services to anyone. As far as T-Mobile itself- so far our phones are working better than ever.

Never visited this place until last week I wanted to upgrade my Plan! This place was real fun (Although they were hanging out Google Alwxa when I got there). Organic and synchronized meetings are still a thing.When you walk into a store youre met with the typical pitch of promotion and sales on products.You dont expect much connection to take place once a salesperson sees you are sold on something.Im thankful that didnt happen with me.I was greeted with kindness by two nice fellows;one named Jorge if I remember correctly and unfortunately I dont know the others name but his friends will Im sure. And then to be assisted with empathy; something not common by this young woman who I dont if shes fully aware of the power in eyes or the importance of her smile; Jacquin is her name.I have just lost one of the most important sources of light in my life but to see it extend as a reminder it is still here in this woman gave me a hope I needed.And then to just see a peek of the family bond between the coworkers is refreshing to a former manager who knows how often those bonds can be broken so,I ask whomever is in charge to please provide Mrs. Jacquin and her accompanying staff a raise for remembering customers are people too.Thank You

I’ve never been inclined to rate one star ever in my life. I always try to find the good things in ALL retail experiences as well as give the representative whom is helping me the benefit of the doubt. However, I’ve worked with Leslie twice. First time I had a less then satisfactory experience. However, after my second encounter with her I’m appalled at how she went about assisting me. Her demeanor was standoffish as if she was annoyed or had better things to do then assist. Upon asking her to check available credit balance as I wanted 3 new phones she stated I only had enough credit for 2. After visiting another T-Mobile I was advised I had enough for 3 however I was 100$ short which was nothing. She did not volunteer this info even knowing I wanted 3 phones. What is $100 when buying 800$ devices. Then I asked her about trade ins. She checked for water indicator. She replied sorry can’t take trade in. No indicator. I told her T-Mobile themself sent me this device a month ago. She then reinspected and almost seemed as she was looking for a reason not to assist or take trade in. Then going from no indicator she stated a small paint discolor on the corner was considered a screen crack. She clearly was not wanting to be of any help like the first time. So now twice she had that same unhelpful demeanor. And twice she was very unprofessional and did not have my best interest in mind. Steer. Clear. Willowbrook store was 100x more helpful. And was able to do everything I originally wanted to do with no problems. And they were extremely professional.

I went into the store a few weeks ago looking for a cute iPhone color. I’ve always had black phones and I wanted to be a bit adventurous. The employee Natali greeted me and we spoke over about what I was looking for. I mentioned having always having black phones we started talking about the new colors for the 11, but I preferred an XR due to my pickiness. She showed me her coral phone as an example and not only was the case cute, but the color really just popped. Not only did we have really good conversation, but she was so patient and I know I ask tons of questions. Would recommend!

I went to tmobile last week and Leslie was the one who helped me. She was nothing but awesome. I was previously with AT&T and I went in wanted to switch over to tmobile. Since I still had a balance to pay on my phone she fully informed me on how switching over worked & what I would be paying. From start to finish, I had zero issues with leslie. At the end of everything. She gave me her business card & stated if I had any issues or question, to feel free to contact her. What a bad customer experience. Walked in tonight and the only male sales rep prefered to fix the display phones in the front door stand than to help us while his two coworkers were helping other customers. We asked for helped twice and did not get our message. Very unprofessional on his behalf and did not deserved our buying interest tonight. We went to Willowbrook mall instead.
I went 1st time bad service,I try another time bad service,last time I went today the personal service very rude. I got a new phone 2 weeks ago..they sent me to route 3 to the other store to exchange it..with all the traffic got there and the 2nd store also rude and told me to go back where I purchased..very nasty service .now I have to wait until they get their new phone. So now I have a none working phone.

I bought a gear S here and they didnt even know that the Gear S can receive auto call forwarding from calls and texts from your original device. They gave me the wrong plan for my watch which didnt allow me to make phone calls from the watch. And to top it all off they put the sim card in wrong. After calling customer care and speaking to a supervisor, I was overall satisfied with tmobile action on the matter. Ive been a tmobile customer for almost 10 years now and never have experienced something like this with tmobile.
