We love Ms. Tara Bradshaw. She’s fabulous with my son and I can see him making some real progress. She also gives very good tips on how to work with him at home, all of which not only help my son, but me as well in dealing with the needs of my child. Everyone in the office is so polite and friendly, making you feel at ease immediately.

Absolutely disrespectful! Everything was great in the beginning and then took a complete 180. Office staff had the nerve to tell us our child is sick to much. Demanded a doctors note to prove her sickness, then attempted to charge me for the next appointment being missed even though the demanded a note to return. In the time we live in it is absolutely disrespectful for any one to question someone’s health as if a parent needs to lie. Now they told us they are canceling our childrens ability to be treated there. Not surprising at all! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. They don’t care about your children or what they need and they for sure don’t care about circumstances that are out of your control. If your child has ear problems that cause ear infections you would think a speech and hearing office would have some compassion when the child gets sick. Not this place! Find some place that cares about your childrens well being is my recommendation!

Excellent auditory processing exam for my teenager. Especially now with covid-19 restrictions, everything was handled perfectly. So glad w came here.

I have been taking my son to Speech and Hearing for speech therapy over a year and a half. His speech therapist Kelly is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet and patient with my son as he has difficulty focusing, and I can see a huge difference in his speech since he has been going there. Jackie is great,, they handled this pandemic so smoothly without skipping a beat, as they switched to Teletherapy to accommodate their patients.

The office is clean, there is plenty of parking. The doctor was extremely friendly, and made me feel comfortable at once. There was no wait when I got there. She explained each and every test that she was doing and why. She went over the results with me and even said she would send it to my doctor. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit. Would def recommend them to family and friends.

And yet another terrific visit to this office. Dr. Livelli does a through exam. Provides results real time and provide solutions. If you need t have your hearing checked I today recommend her. BTW, this is a totally clean environment Dr. and staff masked up. Was very comfortable there.

I have been going to them for at least the last 10 years and i find them to be very courteous and extremely professional. The doctor explains everything and answers any questions you might have relating to your condition or to the hearing devices you may be purchasing. They also contacted my insurance company for me to verify what would be covered and how much. The office is very easy to get to and it has a large parking lot. I have recommended them to several of my friends.

I really enjoy the attention received by the speech therapist. My son is learning a lot. I never have to wait and they find a solution for every inconvenience we have during the difficult time we are all facing.

Our family absolutely loves Speech and Hearing Associates. Their entire staff is caring, professional, and great at what they do.My daughter came at 18 months with a very big speech delay. She understood every word but her expression was on a 9 month level. The office manager Jackie was incredibly helpful scheduling an evaluation even though we had to work with snow storms and my daughter being sick too. She has also been top notch filing all the claims with insurance. Jackie is also the nicest office manager and seriously runs a tight ship!Our therapist is Francesca and I cannot say enough amazing things about her. From the first session she was so warm, full of energy, and determined to help my daughter express herself and communicate with us. Francesca has gone above and beyond as well. She has met with our Early Intervention specialist after office hours and reached out to our preschool teachers as to how they can effectively get my daughter to talk more. Francesca has built up my daughters confidence so she feels better talking to us and others outside of our home. We are so thankful for all the work she puts in each week and how much she also challenges my daughter to work harder at speech.We are so glad to have found a great speech practice to bring our daughter to.

I had to get a hearing exam done for employment reasons for a job and this place assisted me the best way possible by being polite, understanding, and do a really good job at what they do!

I needed to get molds for my musical In Ear Monitors. From the minute I called, to the appointment itself the folks were a) - Friendly, b) - Courteous; c) Professional, and just nice. I suggest these folks for any Speech & Hearing professional services. Nice touch folks!

My son has been working with Alyssa for about 7 months now with incredible progress. One day at 3 years old he started studdering very bad and the hard part as a parent is hearing your child cry to you “mommy I can’t talk”. He looks forward to coming every week! Jackie also does an amazing job in the office as well! Highly highly recommend this place!!

I would like to share with whoever is seeking a professional and highly skilled Audiologist my endorsement of Dr. Jennifer Livelli with Speech & Hearing Associates in Little Falls.Dr. Livelli epitomizes the word ‘professional’. She is very knowledgeable, communicates very well, and carefully listened to my concerns.I am 74 years-old, and have a 5-year old pair of Siemens B-T-E hearing aids. With time, my ability to hear female voices, hear conversation in situations where there are background noise, and fully hear TV and movie soundtracks has diminished.The hearing test Dr. Livelli performed was far more detailed and complete than others I obtained at hearing aid stores. She explained the results of my test and options in easily understood, non-technical terms.At no point did Dr. Livelli try to ‘sell’ me on any option. Her recommendation was clearly and logically the best for my situation.
