You can tell by the way they respond to bad reviews that this dealership is doing bad business. I experienced the treatment all the 1 star reviews got. The team is personable, funny and relaxed. The business process is crooked. They electronically sign your name on bank documents, change prices and sell service contracts that cover nothing.. Beware!

Just bought a 2015 Honda Accord coupe 6speed 3 weeks ago from them. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would personally recommend to others that are looking for vehicles in the future. Make sure to ask for Felix he’s very professional and knows his stuff.

Process was quick and simple. Was in a pinch since my last car was totaled and needed a new car asap for work. Called Rafael on Thursday to inquire about a car and by Saturday it was in my possession. Rafael was great to work with and took care of everything seamlessly. The car I purchased was a 2011 E550 and it’s an absolutely beautiful car. Car was priced within the average that I’ve found online as opposed to others I’ve seen with high asking prices, especially for the features the vehicle is equipped with. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a quick and easy car purchasing experience with great staff.

I wish I could leave 0 stars! Run from this place fast. Felix will even tell you the truth, he left to go work for Adam’s car sales across the street and is planning on leaving again in June. The owner never comes out to even thank you for a purchase, he rolls back the cars miles according to the mechanic and Felix. My wife Bought a car from here and have had it in the shop more than been able to drive it over the last couple months since purchase. Problem after problem - even the actual dealership who manufacturers these cars- said that we were sold a junk car and to bring it back because it’s going to cost more to fix then it’s worth. Put down a lot in cash and then Felix had the audacity to change the price because he said the owner told him to, from $14,999 to $18,999. When questioning him he got all defensive but he finally admitted to t when we were outside away from the cameras, I know Felix is Jsut trying to make a living and deep down he has a good heart somewhere, but ypu know what he is doing is wrong and ypu continue to allow this to ruin people’s lives. People work hard to make money, unlike this place where they lie, cheat, and steal from others. And all these good reviews - they basically force you to write one when you purchase the car because my wife has to do it because they wouldn’t stop and she finally took it down. There’s nothing good here at all, please I’m not the one to even write bad reviews- but you have to trust this and go elsewhere. There’s many others that are unhappy and going through legal troubles to resolve their issues. Try calling and telling them your problems with you car- they hang up on you- or tel you it’s the operators fault. The car has barely been driven and been in the mechanics almost every day since time of purchase and even brought back to you guys Tpn replace o2 sensors and other things you claimed you replaced and never did so please tell me how ?

I went to this dealership with my girlfriend, we went to so make other dealerships, but it was something different about this one. It felt like we new the employees and mangers. Typical used car sales scams. They list a car for a lower price online to bait you then tell you that’s the down payment. Not surprising but still scum.Response: It’s a 2010 328 listed for 5500 FYI and you’re still bait and switch scum.

Ive been to many dealerships before coming across Daytona. My salesman Moses stayed late past closing and waited for me to get there from home to look at cars. I picked a car out for my wife late that night and she drove it home the very next day. The entire process took less than 2hrs and that included picking the car out. I went to this place after checking their website and finding a 2010 Mercedes ML 350 for $11,800 apparently in good condition, but after test driving the car an decided to finance the SUV the finance manager FELIX printed a finance contract with my SIGNATURE AND INITIALS all over the contract in every page without my signing anything (forging my e-signature) but bot enough with that he also raised in the forged contract the ADVERTISED PRICE of the SUV from $11,800.00 to $16,800.00 claming to me that the advertised price is only for those that want to pay cash for the car, even thought that claim is no where in the website... STAY-AWAY from this POOL OF PIRANHAS

I understand when buying a used car there will be problems I bought a car from here in March the sales rep was very helpful and based on the experience I had with the dealership I give them 5 stars ⭐️... The car I love the interior and it’s a good size for my daughters and I but the problems with the car I had two months after buying the car I did not expect them so soon, the dealership was helpful with some repairs after communicating with the sales rep who assisted me, from my experience I feel like I just got unlucky with the car I bought I don’t blame the dealership they did their job the problems I had were just unpredictable and it has cost me a few bucks I think I could of negotiated a lower price but what’s done is done. I did have the vehicle fully checked now and the fixtures the dealership told me they did seem to be true. Hopefully for my sake my mechanic has found and fixed all major problems so the car does not leave me on a highway again. My advice to everyone is you run a risk with a car that is used and it’s really not the dealership fault sometimes machines will show problems later and not within a month of purchase. So no one should bash the dealership we all took risks with a used car no use in being mad at the owner or his shop. Overall I’m glad cat is still on the road fingers crossed and a positive mind . Worst dealership in the world!!!! I wish i didn’t leave them any stars. These people are theft! They take advantage of people! I purchased a f150 last August 2017. The day we brought that truck home, it was in perfect condition...so we thought! The car was making noises a week later. We brought it back to the dealership and they said it was the rain that was making the wheel make noise...2 months later the check engine light come on...we took it back to Daytona and told them we purchase the 6 months insurance, for our luck they sold us an insurance that was good only until 159thousand miles and the car already had 160thousand miles. Mind you we purchase the truck with 154 thousand miles. Honestly now we are stuck with a damn truck that’s rotten! They are theives!!!

I was reading some of the reviews, and needless to say not everyone will be satisfied at one point or another . Remember we are all buying a used car, i might of had a problem or 2 after I had bought it . But never had major issues with none of my vehicles I bought there . Have I had issues yes, last time I checked, Im buying a used car, and I was prompt to call the dealer where they helped me in anyway they could . Over all experience with this dealer has been professional and honest . Bought a car from here that broke down on the highway the second day. They play the good guy legit auto sales but they are not. Do not deal with crooked sales people who make up fictitious work they have done on the car. Check that car up and down and make sure to just stay away from them.
