Walked in and right away I was greeted by Virgil and his associates! Virgil assisted me with picking out a chose of wiper blades for my stepdaughter! He even put them on for me and actually looked happy doing it. If been to many auntozones in nj but none as kind and helpful as this one.

Subscribed to mailing list, got $10 off next purchase online or in store. When presented code, it was not recognized and therefore no $10 off. Made the purchase, was told to google autozone customer support number and call them. Well, theres no such thing as autozone customer service - when called the 800 number was given 3 options: 1) find nearest store, 2) ask question about a store 3) check online order status.... Bait an switch!

The women behind the counter was very helpful to me. She was able to get the parts I needed for my car and did it with a smile even after all my questions about prices. It’s great that customer service is still required in some places. I noticed a lot of stores have done away with the personal attention we once received as a customer. If you don’t believe me compare Autozone to the big store like (W). At the big box store they can’t even direct you to a bathroom.Lastly the young lady also helped me with a battery I needed for the key to my car. I greatly appreciated her help with that, she took the test me to replace it for me.This Autozone deserves every star they are getting from me.

Went at around 8pm - I was the only one there. 2 guys sitting at a computer staring at the monitor. I wait patiently right in front of them for 20 min but they dont bother to ask what I need help with when they clearly know i am there. No explanation or communication of any sort. I finally ask them to let me know when theyre ready - one guy just looks at me and goes back to looking at his computer without saying anything. Completely ignored me. I walked out and went to another autozone, was immediately greeted and helped. Horrible experience - Gotta educate your employees about customer service. Dont pull that we care about customer service bs since your employees clearly dont care enough to provide some basic communication. Please save your time and go somewhere else. Ive been to other autozones before so I know theres some wait but this was just too much.

Very helpful staff who greeted me as I came in, asking what I needed and looking up my car make/model. Item was accidentally rang up twice - employee quickly apologied and refunded the amount. He even offered to install the wiper blades I bought (in the cold, wet weather).

Very knowledgeable employees they help you out in every way possible I have a Toyota car and the windshield wipers for each side are different sizes and a little confusing on how to put them on correctly he picked out the best ones that he thought and I asked him I dont want the cheap ones of the most expensive ones but I want good ones because I know exactly what you want to have the same ones on my car and then as a courtesy of him after I was done paying for it he came outside and change the windshield wipers for me for free I gave him a tip but thats besides the point they are willing to help you in any way possible they also have a small machine that they can hook up to your car to give it a quick diagnostics to find out if theres any problems with your car well what certain lights are that pop on your dashboard that you cant figure out they are here or there to help you in any way possible and they are not salesman they just look up the parts that you need and you always get the correct item.

ZERO KNOWLEDGE about cars and parts. WHY do they even work there???. I asked if one bottle of the oil was enough for one oil change in my car and he says yes. It was barely enough!!!! USELESS. Find out things on your own before you go here

Worst place ever!!! Wouldnt let anyone go there. Waiting in line for 15 minutes to pay for windshield fluid, when there was only 1 customer in front of me. And when its finally my turn the gentleman asks cash or credit and I said cash. His like oh you gonna have s to wait a while for cash and takes the customer after me. And again waited for a few more minutes and nobody came to help or even to let me know that whom will be taking care of my cash purchase. If you dont wanna help a customer out, than they shouldnt be working there!! Worst experience ever!!!!

Theres a little naploen complex short guy that very rude but once u call him out he becomes a coward. The young lady behind the counter was nice and helpful. AutoZone itself is always great.
