I dont know why or how people could give this place negative reviews. Ordered a grand cherokee l the other day. Checked many dealers but none of them had the model I wanted in stock. This place has everything though. Told Christopher (coolest salesman Ive ever met) that I needed the car fast to go to Canada with. Dude flew through all the paperwork in such a well-organized and fast manner. He also showed me a few features that I didnt know the vehicle had. The guys here know whats up. Cars are not overpriced either. You get exactly what you pay for. Definitely happy that I came here. Fantastic experience.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I was driving through and saw that they had the vehicle I was interested in and decided to stop and if the price was right, buy. BIG MISTAKE!! I just went to register my vehicle and they havent sent up the title because they are now saying theres another fee of over $1000 AFTER THE SALE IS COMPLETE along with that they send me a very sketchy power of attorney form they want me to sign. I will attach it so you will see what I mean. I thought it was a fraud sent randomly by someone who looks up when people buy new things..... nope it was from them. The girl said they were being charged a fee which means its a fee for me. This was said in a raised voice to intimidate me. Now I have the business commissioner looking into this and the police along with my lawyer. My temporary plates expire in 3 days. Dont get into this mess! Buy somewhere professional! This is not the place!!

The salesman seem excited at first. Once I told him I wanted to buy a jeep within the next week or 2, his face looked disappointed. Then he pointed to the back the yard and never came to help. I guess since I was a student and I wasnt buying the same day he didnt want to help me out. So I am leaving this review. Dont go here customer service is not so good. I just went to another dealer and ordered a jeep. Lost a decent customer.

This place is okay at best. Service is not ideal. The salesman told us I usually dont take walk ins because I am busy and my clients always come see me for the best cars. I thought that was comical given that there were no other clients there really. After his comment, he did walk us around to look at cards to potentially replace our Volvo (yes, we were considering downgrading), however, given this service, you may get what you pay for. No Gracias!

After having a SVC 4wd alert on my dashboard I called the Jeep dealership in Little Falls where I got my Cherokee, and they said they were backed up in the service department and I would have to wait 1 to 2 weeks before looking at my vehicle. I called Teterboro Jeep who set up an appointment with me immediately, and after a few loops and turns they identified the problem. The part that I needed was on back order for approximately eight weeks, but my service consultant Ray Briggs was able to locate the part for me at another Jeep dealership and had it sent overnight. My truck was ready the next day and he even agreed to waive the overnight fee for me. I appreciate your help Ray, and thank you for making an unfortunate situation a little bit more pleasant. Excellent customer service.

Took my new RAM to the service department by accident. What a horrible experience. They replaced my car’s battery and didn’t fully check the issues, after replacing battery issues continued (car stayed on after being turned off)… picked up my car early Saturday morning (9) and everyone just wanted to eat their breakfast rather than helping…. Wouldn’t recommend their service department to anyone.

I never write reviews but I can’t avoid this one. I had to have my window replaced. Already had one done and paid out of pocket. For this window, I had called two other dealers and two private companies; they were pretty rude, wouldn’t give me an estimate, wouldn’t return my calls, and/or brought the wrong glass to my house (twice) so I thought maybe this one dealer would be my lucky charm. Thank God for Ray who recommended that I call my insurance company. I said that I have a big deductible so that would just be a waste of time and he mentioned that my insurance might have its own separate policy for window replacement. Long story short, Ray saved me many *hundreds* of dollars fully knowing that his dealership wouldn’t make any money off of it (my insurance policy like most others required a specific company). This kind of integrity is rare, and extremely appreciated. While I haven’t yet given this dealership my business, if and when I require their services I will be there will bells on. Thanks Ray!

When inquiring about a wrangler, I assumed the price that was stated on their website was the price I was going to get. MAKE SURE THE PRICE YOU AGREED TO IS THE PRICE REFLECTED ON THE CONTRACT. I made the mistake of not thoroughly looking and realizing when I got home that the wrangler was marked up by 5k. At the end of day it’s my fault but learn from my experience and stay away from this shady dealership. The sticker price is not the price they charge. Love the jeep but this will be my first and last time doing any type of business with them.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I’ve definitely been disappointed enough to warrant one. Dealership isn’t a terrible place…but be careful who you shop with. My first time leasing I worked with Dre who seemed terrific and when coming back for my next lease, I ended up getting hit with tons of fees he made sure to keep hidden when getting me my first car. The discounts I was told I’d receive for returning were cut down by more than half and I was completely disrespected by him throughout the process…if you want a sleazy salesman definitely try Dre.

STAY AWAY, Terrible customer service. Showed up on Saturday to test drive ram 1500. Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. When i showed up i was greeted by a sales man whose name i didnt catch. when we sat down he asked me what i was interested in. I said i would like to pre order 2022 ram 1500 laramie GT edition. He right away told me i should have stayed home and not come today. When i asked why he said he needs to pay his bills right now not in 4 month. I walked out right away. I am not going to listen to some idiot telling me to stay home when i want to spend 75k on a new truck with him.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I attempted to drop off my Jeep Grand Cherokee today and decided to take the keys back after my interaction with Jim. He was very rude from the moment we started talking and I informed him of my extended warranty. He said to me “well I charge $175/hr and if your warranty doesn’t cover it, you’ll be paying it” in the next breath he says “and you don’t get your car back until I GET PAID” I questioned why he wouldn’t get paid and why my warranty wouldn’t cover $175/hr labor charge when I’ve never had a problem using my warranty in the past. I noted that I used it at another Jeep and everything was covered and they worked with my warranty. He told me “well go back to that Jeep then”. I then reminded him of the process, which is HIM diagnosing the car, reaching out to my warranty to find out if it’s covered or not and then we can discuss further. I also told him I ALREADY SPOKE WITH MY WARRANTY AS WELL. Jim must not like customers with extended warranty’s. Maybe it’s extra work for him? I’m not sure but he should not be working with customers with his negative attitude. I will never come here again and will advise my friends and family not to either! I couldn’t believe the way he spoke to me!!!!!!

I brought in my Hellcat after going to 5 different mechanics and none of them could even read my cars ODB diagnostic systems, I had finally found a mechanic in the bronx who read it and installed new spark plugs however my car kept shaking and having seizures, I decided to finally take my car directly to the dealer (Teterboro Dodge) and they were able to fix the issue immediately and replaced the cheap parts installed by the two bit Bronx mechanic with original OEM Mopar parts, wonderful job guys, its too bad you dont get to interact with the mechanic so that I could have left him a nice tip, My advice to Mopar owners, go directly to the Dodge, jeep, Chrysler dealer (Do not go to any local mechanic)

Worst service ever! Dont bring car here for service please. Made appointments to program key. They did not cut the key just used the key from my other key fob. Did a diagnostic and wanted to do a tune up and brakes for $3500 on a Cherokee limited 2014 with les than 100k miles. I usually never post negative reviews, but had to do it this time. Hope it saves someone from the worst service ever.

I got a flat tire this morning and called the service department to try and get a replacement tire. I have the tire and wheel package purchased through Jeep . They told me since I didn’t buy the car there there’s nothing they can do, then he told me he’s busy for the next week, even to replace a tire, then he also gave me an excuse that they have trouble getting reimbursed for the tire so they don’t like to do it. The guy sent me in circles and gave me every excuse in the book. Called a different Jeep dealership and they were very helpful and ordered the tire for me which should be in today. This is the second time I experience horrible customer service in this place, the first time was trying to purchase, hence why I didn’t buy my truck here. I let it go before, but had to say something now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, you will thank me later .

WARNING!!!! stay away from this dealer..go to another place or you will regret it.I got approved for a car financing up to $56,000 see picture, then i walk to this placea very nice salesman helped me over and showed me what i needed ( i knew what i wanted) so everything was good.....I bring my confirmation approved letter from Chrysler financial and they take over my down payment deposit and they even ordered me my new car that will be arriving in futures weekssss, thats all fine !!! here is the trick.... 3 days later the financial man in charge called me asking me for more $$ as deposit good i agreed in 2k more also fine.. but after that i star receiving hard inquiry from their ally banks to be exact 5 in TU and 4 in Experian i haven’t checked my Equifax yet but they are there, well long story short, they called me again that they needed more $$$$ or no car, what ??? i understand the more deposit in the more the odds for the financial deal,BUT i mean BUT why didn’t they decline me from the first day why didn’t they say NO you cannot order a new vehicle without been completely approved etc oh and btw why are they even charging the down payment deposit and take it as a deal done. now i have 9 new hard inquiry and a total wasted time of my life. you been warned even if you have good credit just go to another place.Today i just walked into Toyota dealer at R17 and drive away a brand new Highlander 2018

The service department is horrible to get in touch with, it takes half an hr just to try to get in touch with someone to make an appointment and to find out if your car is ready it takes another thirty minutes the next day because they won’t call you to let you know if the car is ready or not. The funny thing is that when you go in to drop off or pick up your car all the people at the service department are always on the phone but you can’t get anyone on the phone. And I’m not the only one that this happens to, my wife also has a car and is the same thing, the only reason why we go is because we live five minutes from the dealership.

We are the Kingsley’s. We met about three other employees that were warm and welcoming at Teterboro Chrysler dealership when we first was sent over from enterprise. Due to your repair service consultant Andy Phillippe that works in the Service and repair department my wife and I will not purchase our next car “a newer Dodge Charger “ from that dealership which we had previously wanted to before all this happened. We where considering on getting our next car at Teterboro Chrysler dealership despite Andy’s lack of wanting to help and being rude. Andy he got me to a point where I cursed in the dealership Store very loud it was embarrassing and no one as a customer should go through that in order to get their car fixed.Andy has been delaying on the repair for my dodge charger 2016 SXT. First time I brought it to the Dodge Chrysler dealership about concerns of my radio not working properly. Andy informed us that it’s not that the radio doesn’t work its because my cell phone is not compatible with it. That was the first lie he told us then He’s informed the wife and I that he’s putting in too much work into trying to fix our situation more than he wants to and that he doesn’t get paid enough. And he also sated that the company doesn’t want them to deal with the installation of the radio or unconnect issues. He used a excused of the pandemic as to why he lost our paperwork. He gave us a excuse that he had to contact the insurance company who supplied the radio that he needed the number for again, and also reach out to Enterprise manager in regards into replacing our radio. The manager informed Andy numerous of times about the approval on changing the radio however he managed to find his way on the delaying the repairs again. Even when we stood there and gave Andy the number to the insurance company to call and ok the work he was not going to call until he felt like it. It took me to flip out in the dealership and curse and yell and stop the place of business to be heard. I never threatened Andy I was expressing how I felt dropped a few F bombs and because he felt uncomfortable he had audacity to tell me that he was going to call the cops. When I informed him that I’ve been recording our transaction each time we spoke he changed his mind about calling the cops he’s rude and he brings people out of their character so for this I will not purchase Or do business over there. On an other note my wife was doing most of the speaking from day one when we met Andy however when we had our little fall out With Andy because he gave lack of caring on what needed to be done not one manager from there or employees stepped in to de-escalate the situation they waited for this to snowball. With all that I ended up flipping out cursing and yelling in front of the whole dealership.. I don’t want to hear anyone sorry because you guys don’t care.

My sister came in knowing what we are looking for, she was approached by a sales rep named Dre, He was rude, disrespectful and arrogant. SHADY!!!! SCHEISTERS!!!! Worst and I mean WORST experience purchasing a car through these people. Stay away from Carlos!1. The day I went to sign for the car, like in the process of signing the loan papers, I was informed that the car had more miles on it than we were told when we initially looked at the vehicle. They claim there was no way that could have happened, I guess somehow my husband and I both read the tags on the car wrong.2. To “make things right” Carlos spoke with a manager who approved for him to offer us floor mats and a trunk cover for the “inconvenience” and because her didn’t want us to think he was “shady” his words not mine. I said that was a no and then the man in the loan department tried to act like he was stepping in to do something more. He managed to get a whole $250 off the price of the almost $30k car on top of the mats and trunk cover. I was so mad and frustrated at that point and was completely in love with the car and just wanted to get out of that place that I just said okay and signed the papers.3. After I signed the papers Carlos then informed us that because we took the $250 discount, that he could NO longer give us the mats or trunk cover. GOODBYE!4. 5 days later I was registering my car at my parking garage only to find out they never gave me my temporary registration. When I called, I was told that it was attached to the sales receipt. NO. I called again only to be told they had the temporary registration at the dealership and that it was a “mistake” and I then had to go there to pick it up.5. A few weeks later I notice that I’m still using temp plates. I call the dealership to inquire only to find out that they have been there. I did not receive a call or email telling me to pick them up. At this point I’m livid and I go to pick them up where I have the lovely pleasure of meeting their rep Colleen. Colleen places the blame having to do with the plates on ME. This extremely extremely rude woman told me I should have noticed earlier and claimed she called me. LIE. Colleen and I went back and forth raising our voices as I did not agree with what she was saying and she refused to take any responsibility or apologize for the inconvenience. Colleen then proceeds to stand from her desk and yell so loudly at me I could see the veins in her head protruding. That’s not even me trying to be funny. A simple sorry for the inconvenience would have done.I have not one good thing to say about this dealership. They offer nothing but lies, deceit, and the most atrocious customer service I have ever experienced. I regret ever walking in there. Oh, and they also don’t t inspect the car either!!!Nielsen, Decozen, Rt. 10, Rt. 46 Jeep. Go there instead.

I have had the absolute worst car buying experience at this dealership. Not only does this dealership hire individuals with criminal backgrounds such as Diandre Mikell, aka Dre, but also actively encourages horrible customer service.I had the unfortunate experience of being paired with someone as incompetent and pretentious as Dre. No detail could truly express the appalling interaction I had with this being. To top this experience, remaining staff did little to make things better.Needless to say, I would never in my right mind recommend this dealership or this specific individual to anyone.

Once again, Glen Callons delivers!!! My lease on my 2017 GT was coming to an end soon so I stopped by to ask glen a question. I wanted to get in a RT, and believe me Glen did everything he could to try and make this happen. Unfortunately we could not locate what I wanted. But glen made sure I drove out happy. I got into a 2020 GT FULLY loaded for a price I was very happy with. He made the process as smooth and fast as possible. Nothing but patience and professionalism from this gentleman. We bought a truck recently, they were nice the first time, we made 2 appointments to get a second key and FREE oil change, first appointment no key, they didn’t even know I had an appointment for that .Second time again.... no key and ended up paying for the oil change . I went to this dealership last night to buy/replace a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I received zero attention from the sales staff and ended up leaving. After talking to a sales rep on the phone earlier in the afternoon, who indicated they’d be there til 9 pm, I arrived at 5:30 he was nowhere to be found. Other than telling me that the new cars we’re in the fenced in area in the back, we received no other help from the 4-5 other sales reps there. And we were the only customers. So we self navigated to the lot. The cars didn’t even have stickers in the windows and they’re so crammed into the lot that you can’t even properly see them to evaluate. No one ever came to follow up on the missing sales rep or to see if we needed help. Good to know their car sales are so high they don’t need to try. I’ll be buying my car elsewhere.

When I told my friend who used to work at a dealership in finance what my interest rate was, he told me I was paying twice as many points as I should be paying. My service adviser was Ray Briggs. I brought my car in for a diagnostic for a SERV AWD light. I was disappointed with route 46 dealership so I brought it to Teterboro letting them know at the time of appointment how the other dealership kept my car for days without even looking at it. I was assured by the lady who setup my appointment they would look into my problem same day.I brought my car in and right away I knew this would turn out well as my service adviser notated most of the information I provided regarding my experience with the issue. I was told it would take 1-2 hours and Ill receive a call then or at least the next day in the morning. I decided to call myself as roughly 6 hours went by. They updated me with what theyve done so far. Unfortunately my issue couldnt be diagnosed to an exact fault and they advised me of the next step of replacing a computer module. I believe they wanted to hold onto the car and check tomorrow to see if the code returns. I decided to pickup my car because I know the code is very random and it may not appear for months at a time. The paperwork I was provided did include a part number of the module. Being frugal, I do attempt most repairs myself as long as they dont require specialized equipment or computers to program. I discussed the plan moving forward with my adviser and they were very understanding that I would attempt repair myself if the code returns and bring it in if programming of the module is necessary.This is the first time I brought in my car to this dealership and I am satisfied with how they treated me. I wish they would have called me earlier but that may be because they wanted to keep the car to test it the next day which I cannot complain about. If I ever need to bring my car back for specialized repair/diagnostic I would surely bring it here expecting another pleasant experience.I will add that I do have a dashcam running in the vehicle so I tend to review footage and I was glad to see the technician handling my vehicle did so professionally. I was very glad to see my car was being looked at very thoroughly while inside their garage. I was also relieved to see that the test drive they performed was done so without excessive speeding/revving unlike other dealerships that tend to abuse your car.

Horrible dealership. Avoid at all costs. If you have to go to a dealer, visit the one on route 4 instead. Horrible customer service, they do not communicate or keep you updated with the status of your repair EVEN IF you call and leave a voicemail. Then when you annoy them to get answers (since they wont return your calls) they want to give you excuses and act like they are doing you a favor. Not worth the dealer price for labor. Go elsewhere like a MIDAS or like I said the route 4 dealership instead where the customer service is more reliable and humane.

Parts department never answers the phone and never returns calls. I own 2 shops locally and we do over $6000 a month in Chrysler(Jeep, dodge, etc) parts at each shop with Paramus because I can never get a hold of anybody in Teterboro Parts department. Teterboro Jeep is 8 mins from one my shops and 11 mins from the other. Yet I have to go 10 miles away for parts. Horrible, I would gladly give my business to Teterboro it’s easier on us as far as delivery time or if we have to pick up the parts.The last straw and main reason I’m leaving this review is because I recently contacted Paramus to order $1800 in parts. A couple parts they had to order, I asked any local dealers showing the parts and sure enough Teterboro has them. I called and after 4 calls I got a hold of someone who said no it’s not in stock. Okay maybe Paramus looked at it wrong, no problem. I contacted another dealer in Clifton and was told the same thing. Teterboro has it??? I contacted a local parts vendor and sure enough they went to Teterboro picked up my parts (which I had to pay a little more since it’s outsourced but that’s business) this all took place on the same day. I don’t understand or I’m not sure if they understand or realize the amount of business they are losing. As shops talk to each other in some cases and all have told me the same thing. They’re convenient but it’s like pulling teeth to actually get parts from them.

BEWARE COVID. We purchased a new Jeep recently and later found out our salesman had COVID !!! Worse yet, the Dealership never contacted us to warn us to isolate so we would not infect others. Luckily we never contacted the virus. We will not be going back until they make things more safe and transparent !!!

Salesman not responsible at all, only want to sell cars, sales manager also no follow up, my husband drove 4 hrs from upstate NY & my bro drove 3 hrs from connecticut to sign after I left voice msg & email saying if it was okay to come, they said contract not ready. it was thursday night, both of them have retails stores so they drove back. but no apology even after i complained thru emails & phones. that weekend, we went to white plain jeep 9pm and got what he wanted same night, with even cheaper price! next day, sunday we picked up the car.

I have been a customer Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus for some years now but I recently moved and Teterboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM is now more convenient for me. I wanted to have maintenance done to my Grand Cherokee so I went in person to schedule a service appointment.. big mistake. The person at the front desk of the service department immediately seemed irritated to the point where I thought I had the wrong department/location. I asked how I would be able to go about scheduling a maintenance appointment, his irritability grew. I inquired about fixing an issue with my automatic sunroof, the same response. On top of that, their next available appointment is a whole two weeks out. I understand that everyone has a lot going on but why take your frustration out on a customer you did not even properly greet? Poor customer service, but more importantly, poor representation of a company.

By far the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealership. From selecting a vehicle to going over lease vs finance options to signing the contract was professional, relaxing, and delightful. The overall ambiance of the facility is friendly and joyful (I shared many laughs with the staff). Mr. Dasilva assisted me every step of the way, answered my many questions with respect and honesty and I am very pleased with my vehicle. I have been a loyal Jeep customer for about 7 years but after my experience with their salesman Luis Im done with Jeep. Dude hung up on me because his proposed $600 a month was unnacceptable. He didnt even try and could care less. Called the manager, but he could care less too. Teterboro treats you like garbage.

Dealership sold me a 2020 Wrangler with a completely dead radio. I pick it up and was told radio would reset by morning. Of course this did not happen.I had to use a personal day from work, sat in the waiting room 2 and a half hours and was told radio can not be fixed and a replacement had to be ordered.Had to drop off Wrangler and rack up 60 bucks in Uber rides to work and dealership because they will not give you a loaner even though they sold me the vehicle with a broken radio.This was my second vehicle and last I bought from them.

If there was a negative 10 that is what I would give this dealership for their lack of accountability. They dropped the ball from the beginning of the transaction. After 8 weeks of excuses (its in transit, its at the port, I THINK it got hit at the port, do you want another color, do you want a 2021) I had enough. No one knew what was going on and no one was ever available to take a call!!! The receptions were rude. The appearance of the showroom was a mess!! Englewood Cliffs got me in a Wrangler in 2 days. Showroom was beautiful and clean, Sales were professionally dressed. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!

Starting with the Service Writer Ray Briggs, very professional, and extremely respectful with my time. The Service Technicians are at the top of their game. I had noticed a little steam coming up from the hood - one time only. The Tech did a thorough examination and found a minor leak in the radiator that could have developed into a major problem. This is a sign of a truly excellently trained technician. I am very grateful.

Update: The dealership did call after receiving this review and were able to rectify the issue we had with the charge. I look forward to their promise of better customer service in the future.____I’ve had nothing but terrible service from this location since I leased the car, but will most focus on my largest issue.Most recently my check engine light came on and was told sometimes it’s the gas and give it time, but made an appointment anyway. I bring the car in and was told Jim would be calling me to tell me what the issue was. Not only did I not get a call, they didn’t even call to tell me the car was ready. When I called to check and then try to talk to him then, he was busy with a customer. When I picked the car, I was told by the sales person that there was a recall and all fixed, but that was based on the receipt. Wouldn’t you know, 8 days later the light comes on again. I bring it in again, same thing. Jim is going to call, doesn’t call and I needed to call again to make sure my car was ready. Again Jim is with a customer and can’t talk. I go to pick up the car and they said they replaced the light. Well changing the light doesn’t fix the issue. I get up the next morning and the car doesn’t turn on with remote start which happens when the check engine light comes on. So I go check and the engine is back on the next morning! I finally got the corporate offices involved. As a reviewer mentioned below, they don’t have loaners at this location, so every time I’m left figuring out how to get to work and get my son to school. I was asked to give this location a 3rd chance to fix the issue on my car. This is the one and only time Jim has called me. So I bring it in. Every time you drop the car off they tell you they will call when the car is ready and if anything needs fixing outside the warranty they will call. They never call. This time I got a call from corporate to tell me my car was ready, not the dealership. Again, wasn’t told what was wrong, was told to ask Jim. I go to pick up the car and would you believe they charged me for a part. No call, no authorization, no explanation with what was wrong. I refused to pay it without an explanation and they told me they would not give me the keys to my car until I paid the fee. The receipt says they drained a hose, again I haven’t received a proper explanation, so that’s all I have to go off of. $95 to drain a fuel hose on a car that’s a year old? Why now on the 3rd time have you found this to be the issue and I am being charged? This morning I call Jim AGAIN and the same excuse as always is that he is with a customer. Unless these front desk attendants can see through walls how could you possibly know he’s with a customer? Even as an upset customer, they send you to voicemail.While I fully understand cars have issues, what is unacceptable is the customer service I’ve experienced at this location.

This place deserves way more than 5 stars!After visiting multiple Jeep dealers around NJ I landed at Teterboro and there was definitely a different vibe as soon as I walked through the door. I had the honor of working with John Follatico, he was able to get me the exact car I wanted, in the exact price range I was looking for. John is the definition of an exceptional car salesman, he tells you everything how it is, no sugar coating and more importantly I did not feel pressured into making a deal. I feel awful because I forgot the name of gentleman in the finance office but he was also great. He explained everything in detail and made us feel so comfortable (wasn’t intimidating like other dealerships), he also has a great sense of humor. He made the finance process a breeze. I feel as though I entered the dealership as a customer and left as family. I love my Grand Cherokee Limited X ! Thank You!!

Shopped around a bit and ended up picking Teterboro. Christoper D. was a big help from the start. He showed me around the lot in the pouring rain. It took me a while to decide, and I was happy that I wasnt pestered by constant calls or emails asking if I was ready to buy. Other dealers did that and it was a turn off. I wasnt sold on the JK so we went with the JL. He was a big help with everything I wanted in my order. Going in I knew they were in demand a a bit of a wait (because shipping. No fault of dealer). Anyways, got what I wanted with a fair wait and a great experience. Chris explained everything along the way. Got a price that satisfied me and some freebies which are always welcome. Hope to deal with them again...but not too soon!If interested in buying, call ahead and try to schedule something with Chris. He seems to be busy alot but I wouldnt want to deal with anyone else here. Cant go wrong!

Very Bad experience. I went there for leasing a car, they hold my driver license, and registration until I mentioned 5 times I dont want it and I need to leave. They lied to me that they need to run my credit application first and then they can gave me the number for leasing, they said run it will decrease my credit score only 2 pts. In fact, no dealer needs to run my credit before giving me a number, and min credit decresing for pulling a credit score is 10 pts, my credit score decrese 40 pts because of them. DO NOT suggest everyone come here for car!

So this is an update in comparison to a few weeks ago when I posted my review so I had this company or whoever is owning this page decide to respond to my complaints and right now my concerns and comments are still justified because as a big brand-name company it’s very obvious that they only care about their money and business. You would think that a legit company a business that claims to value its customers would have the decency to provide you with sales representatives that are hearing you out and making every effort to make sure that they can keep you this is not what I’m getting from this business they continuously are with other people there which is understandable because people come in but they never make the effort to call you back the same day they tried their best to repeatedly tell you the same thing over and over again in order for you to give up. As a family of five just like any other family our reliability on a car is extremely important and now we are forced to deal with a car that has continuously broken down numerous times and is now put us in a position where we are literally fighting to get some sort of resolution it is very unfortunate that I have to go to this link to express that this business is still representing themselves in a way that my service doesn’t mean anything. Whatever happens to this car that we financed that’s for the future and that is up to this business to decide what they want to do with it but we had purchased a car that has continuously broken down had numerous transmissions issues so now we have to give it up I will tell you the best thing if you’re a small little family looking for a car just go to owners do not do this like we did this these businesses only care about their money and they don’t care about anything. I first went to Paramus Jeep and went through all the paperwork and left a deposit to find that they could not get the car I was told they were getting. Should have known because I had a bad experience there a few years ago. The next day I went to Teterboro and met David Lee. He was friendly, pleasant and got me exactly what I wanted that day. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. It was a easy process. Totally recommend them. Love my Compass!
