This location has many more items than mine. I saw dozens of mirrorless and DSR cameras that we simply dont have where I live. The store isnt very big but its jammed packed with merchandise. I see some stock was low but more generally the store was all stocked up. Nobody stopped to check on me which was perfectly fine because had I needed anything I could ask and it was easy to find workers nearby. I came in only to look at a smartphone and look at cameras and then I was off. Oh, their clearance wasnt too bad either.

I have been going to this Best Buy for years!I never had any problems, I always found what I was looking for, and if I needed help the associate was always friendly and willing to help me find it! The cashiers were always friendly! This Best Buy has outstanding customer service, every time I visited, and thats the reason for a 5 star!

I purchased a refrigerator last week after having a bad delivery experience with another company and sending one back while it was sitting in my driveway. Best Buy used its own Geek Squad to deliver instead of contracting a company. The gentlemen who delivered and installed the refrigerator went above and beyond to make sure a strange water line situation was taken care of before they left. They were polite and really knew what they were doing. It was a great experience and I will be buying appliances from Best Buy in the future.

Shout out to Jackson in appliances for his amazing patience, persistence, and expertise with my process! My battery died twice and he was patient enough to wait on me to get the first charge in mobile, then found me a charger to give me more power while we worked out the details of my sale when my battery died a second time. Also, thanks to Brad for his assistance with a tech error. Both gents quickly resolved the issue, and displayed the most awesome level of patience and professionalism. Took an overwhelming long amount of time for employees to find a product I wanted and they kinda just had me standing around near the front. Took around 30 minutes to just be told they didnt have it.... although Im sure the employee who went to check most likely just forgot to relay thay they were out so Im sure its just an honest mistake. Although I went to Walmart and was in and out in 5 minutes with the exact se product soooo yeah.

Had a great experience at this store buying a phone today! Mo was the sales associate who helped me and he was kind, gave sage advice, and efficient, despite the whole store being short staffed. He deserves a raise for handling the stress while keeping a calm demeanor! I will definitely return to this store when replacing my laptop soon!

I am very disappointed in this store. I bought a computer back in February and I purchased the protection/warranty...an additional $180. My computer just stopped working and I took it to the Geek Squad and they were basically telling me I had to pay another $200 to get my computer fixed because the protection/warranty I paid for only covers if I drop, crack it, or spill something on it. I was told that whatever was wrong with it(hardware/software WAS covered in the protection/warranty but they want to make more money so they try to get you to pay out of pocket. Thankfully I called HP and they walked me through getting my computer fixed and I didnt have to pay a dime because it was still under protection/warranty. I have made several purchases with Best Buy within the last year and most all were electronics, I dont ever make big purchases without getting some kind of protection/warranty and when I purchased my computer the salesman didnt offer a separate protection/warranty for hardware/software so I was very disappointed.

Pretty good trip to Best Buy today. I was in and out in minimal time. They had what I needed and the service was fair at best. The associate helping me told me the laptop I was looking for was out of stock without as much as looking on a shelf or in a cabinet. With a little persuasion he put a little effort into it and opened the cabinet. He was amazed that they had a $1049.00 laptop in stock. Even though the internet site showed they that they had it. He was going to send me away to office depot to get it. The Little Rock Best Buy employees are second rate compared to the employees they had at the store in Bryant AR.

I had my remote car starter installed here almost a year ago. And when they installed my remote start. I thought everything was good. Over time my remote start worked less and to the point it just didnt work anymore. So I thought it was just the battery. I replaced the battery and tried to start up my car with the remote start. Still didnt work. So I went to a different bestbuy to see whats the problem. And what they told me. Who ever installed the my remote car starter didnt do it right. There was wires that were not wired in properly and some were just dangling with straight copper exposed which is considered dangerous for my car. And they didnt installed the sensor properly which was the whole reason why my car didnt start right. If youre having the same issue of your remote car starter not working. Go to a different bestbuy and have someone else inspect it.My first problem was everything I locked my car. My car usually beeps letting me know I locked my car. Later down the road. It stopped working.My second problem was my car would shut off at random times which was so dangerous.My third problem. It would take a long time for my car to start up. It would sound like you trying to turn the key in your car to start it up and it takes awhile to kick up.And my final problem was it just stop working. I would press me remote starter key and my car would blink but never turn on. If youre having the same problem or simular problem. It might be from faulty wiring.

Ive done lots of business with Best Buy and Ive normally had a good experience until lately. Purchased a refrigerator from Little Rock store and was told that it had to be ordered and delivery would be over 2 weeks out. Called the very next morning to cancel the order due to finding same fridge much cheaper and it being delivered the exact same day. Long story short 20 days later, numerous calls, and several hours on hold and being transferred along with going in store they still have NOT issued me a refund. ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. Would NOT recommend these company to anyone!! From here on out ill be sure to take my business elsewhere.

To make a long story short... we walk in with 3 normal lithium rechargeable batteries to recycle after confirming they recycled them.For some reason it needed the manager’s approval (very rude blond lady).She took a quick glance and said β€œwe don’t recycle here” as she turned and walked away. We tried to explain that we called ahead to confirm and she got very and agitated and defensive, wouldn’t let us finish talking... eventually rolled her eyes, scoffed and left mid sentence....we just wanted to recycle...Extremely rude customer service. Her attitude was completely uncalled for and unnecessary. Would not recommend to anyone.

Good place to shop usually. Over the years Ive bought several things and they are usually helpful and stocked w what I was looking for online. I wouldnt recommend the warranties that they have because so far they have never been helpful to me and thats a lot of money to pay for a warranty when they arent going to replace or repair your items. Went today to get a tablet for my daughter and the lady was rude and wasnt very helpful. Decided to just go to the apple store.

APPALLING TREATMENT. We came in with an item to consult with the Geek Squad about and left the store being followed and scrutinized by staff and management. We tried to have a conversation and explain the situation but NOBODY would have a civil conversation with us. We left the parking lot at the same time as a staff member was taking our license plate. No amount of reason could have reached the staff we encountered today. I have never said this before but I can say with certainty, I will never set foot in a Best Buy again.

I can do that from home... ...the entire reason for going into a brick and mortar is to buy and walk out with the product you want that day. Thats why we pay the higher price sometimes in a store. Geek Squad shot straight with me on two computers I brought in. One they could fix, and did very well. The other was toast and is being scavenged for parts. But the most impressive thing was that the Geek Squad member noticed that I had bought two overlapping protection plans. He helped me cancel the one I didnt need and gave me a refund. Best Buy could have easily just kept my money and I would have never known.

One of the only places in town you can go for a wide range of electronic items such as computers, TVs, and audio components. I go there to find what I cant seem to get elsewhere, but I never love the experience. Main reasons: 1. Nearly impossible to get the attention of an employee who knows anything. 2. I would prefer a range of higher end equipment in addition to the mid range fare that is the bread and butter of the big box retailers business.Go there for the things you need in the electronics world, but keep your expectations in check.
