I bought my ‘22 Honda Grom from Richards yesterday.Everyone we encountered while in the store, from the guy who greeted us to the saleman, Lynn-was so kind & patient! Singer made sure we had all of our paperwork signed appropriately & was also so kind and patient with the entire process. My husband and I left very pleased with our experience & purchase. We will definitely be back & we will also be referring any and all of our friends and family to Richard’s Honda! Thanks y’all!!!

My husband purchased a 2021 Honda Rebel 1100 DCT today from Richards, off the showroom floor. Paid cash.*Update* We went to Richards and my husband asked about an appointment to have his chain adjusted/tightened. The guy in the service department told him he really should learn how to do that himself. Will said, so I cant pay you to do it? He said well, you can call me and make sure you tell me the bike came from here, and Ill see if I can get you in. Sooo, the buying experience was great, but cant get service after the sale, and I wrote a check and PAID FOR THE MOTORCYCLE IN FULL. Will even removed the Richards Honda sticker from his bike. He doesnt want to advertise for someone who doesnt care to help you after they cash their big, fat check. Lesson learned. Well go to Honda of Russellville next time!!!! (He found a small shop in Pine Bluff to service his motorcycle.)

Excellent experience. I needed a 4-stroke brush trimmer and they had what I needed in stock and the price was right on. They even set it up and changed it to the brush blade for me.Special thanks to Lynn (sales) and Marty (service). Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and helpful. I will be returning to Richards Honda-Yamaha for future Honda purchases.I received a comments card in the mail asking several questions. While I would give the overall transaction a 9.8 out of 10 (excellent), I did note one minor hiccup with the process. Lynn contacted me to address the issue and make sure all was well. That is excellent customer service.I will never go back to a 2-stroke engine after using this 4-stroke. No mixing and cleaner and quieter. As usual...Honda delivers.

I don’t think i’ve ever had a smooth car buying experience like this one. Jasmine Was my sales person she asked me what I wanted and walked outside and pulled up with two choices both being exactly what I asked for I just had to pick a color. I was done in 2 hours and she even convinced me to change my finance company to get me a better deal. I’ve been bragging about my experience ever since.

Seems like the salesman picks and chooses who he wants to be friendly with. He was having a nice convo with a guy when i came in and walked right pass me after he was done talking. The lady at the computer was just staring at me when i came in. There was no type of friendly welcome or anything, just a bunch of people looking at me. Terrible atmosphere. I came in looking for an MT-07. I probably would’ve bought anything that day if I could’ve got a DROP of customer service. I ended up finding the bike I wanted at another Yamaha dealer in the area. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 is because I enjoyed looking at the bikes..... alone..... with no disturbances -_-

Always very helpful every time I have called or stopped in. Sam in parts is a super nice guy and extremely knowledgeable. Rich sold me a Wolverine x4, love it. Replaced my Rhino. OMG my bike been in that place going on three weeks now thats not rightI could have just kept my bike at home till the part come in. just got my bike just sitting up in the shop at least I can look at it at home and could have been cleaning on it, never again I could have fix it myself by now its a sample fix real simple just dont have the time and they high the man gone tell me it gone cost lilover 400 over the phone that was two weeks ago wow and .y bike still sitting up there in they shop waiting 3 week now wow Im just ready to ride never again not a good look 😠😠😠

Called to check if a couple parts were available and person didn’t “have time” to read me part numbers bc he was so busy. Poor customer service overall. I told him I had part number but he insisted looking them up himself. Go to North Little Rock Yamaha dealer 10/10 experience. Don’t waste your time here

Bought my first bike from them a couple months ago 2018 cbr300r. Love the bike a lot.Everyone was super nice and helpful for a noobie.Mr. Richards was nice enough to drive the bike to my house and went over everything on the bike. Ill definitely be back this next year for sure to upgrade to a 600 😊 I recommend them 💯% and have a customer for life.

These folks are great. I went in to get advice for a Honda generator that I bought second hand from one of their previous customers. The owner spent a good half-hour teaching me how to take care of it, all the while knowing I wasnt currently in the market. Now thats service after the sale!

For some computer-related reason, this review is under my sons name and I cant change it. Customer experiences vary a lot, based on the reviews Ive read, and I think a lot of that depends on the customer as well as the retailer. My experiences with Richards Honda are very positive. I have seen substantial price breaks, even on new and popular models. One day I showed up unannounced, just before closing time, with a missing circle clip on my foot brake pedal. The service manager and parts man both looked through their stuff to come up with a clip and washer and installed them right then and there to get me safely back on the road. They charged me $3 for the clip and washer. You simply cant beat that. Maybe sometimes things dont go this well, but it shows that they care about their customers and riders in general. Remember the magic words (please and thank you).

Terrible customer service. The parts guy didnt know what he was talking about. Ordered the wrong parts and told me they could not return them because they were a special order. Never mentioned it before ordering. The manager basically told me that he couldnt send the parts back where he ordered them from and I would rather you be out of the money then our business.

I walked into the parts section of the store and there was 1 person before me so I patiently waited my turn. While this was happening I saw 1 gentleman leave from behind the counter and 1 gentleman sitting in the back eating a snack. I didnt think anything of it bc maybe he was on break and the other guy was busy. I went outside to check on my dog and when I came back in the guy who was snacking was helping another customer. Then another gentleman looked at me and told me my family was in the bathroom. I looked at him dumbfounded and said I dont know what youre talking about but Im here for a part. The only reason Im giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the guy who helped was nice after the fact. Im a person and just because Im a woman doesnt mean I dont belong in the parts department of an ATV store.

Rolled into town at around 4 PM on a Saturdayneeded a chain really bad, was a little over halfway done a 6,000 mile tripwas riding back to Eastern Canada and would have been stuck for 2 daysthese folks stopped working on other bikes to get me back on the roadjust a wonderful experience all aroundvalue, quality, courtesy and amazing southern hospitality

We went there to look a Gold wings . We were there 30 minutes or more looking at different bikes one new and maybe 5 used ones at that time and no one offered to assist us or help us or ask if we had any questions. All the bikes out side were covered in heavy dust and it was only around 1030 in the morning. It just didnt give or have the appeal of a place of business I would want to buy from or have work done from.

Ive known these folks since I was a kid. Their customers are King. If you are loyal to them, you wont find a better friend. People come from Searcy, Hot Springs, Russelville, just for their service dept. When their local dealer cant fix it, Richards Can. Ive seen it myself many times. Price is important, but the service will keep you coming back. By they way, theyre on their 4th generation working in the business. That should tell you something..
