My sister was in a wreck and had damage to her front end. Kenneth T (with dreads) was able to professionally assess her vehicle and provide a peace of mind to her. He is a GEM. Quality customer service and knowledgeable about his services. He is the one to talk to!
The paint job was what I expected, however when it was discovered the rear view mirror was missing. Three employees started a search fore it. The Middle Management Superviser declared it had been stolen, he had not talked to me, just his employees. He advised them to tell me the paint shop was not responsible for any thing stolen. When I approached him outside his office, I asked him if he was the person I needed to talk to. He replied it was stolen the paint shop is not responsible, we have nothing to talk about. I asked about the fact the car was left unlocked in the lot and the key was in his office, he just walked away. I feel he knows what happened to my mirror. If he worked fore me he would be fired.
Horrible service they stole our radio in their premises. We call customer service they dont do anything just a waste of time they dont help at all. The paint job was not good at all they painted over dents that had to be fixed before painted. The wait time was supposed to be 14 days it took them 6 weeks for us to get our vehicle. And we did not even get a discount for the radio or quality of work they did. . I dont recommend this at all, anyone going there should walk away. Worst experience ever not knowing what could happen to your vehicle with them. Manager is a bad man does not care about no one but itself. Horrible place to go. If I could do 0 stars I would!!!! That place was a nightmare!!!! Dont go unless u want bad service.
So, I went to pick up the truck for the 4th, 5th maybe 6th time??? Dont even know where to begin. Still has to be repainted, console and glove box broken and trashed. Someone must have gone through looking for something Each time we take it...it gets worse. I am waiting for the franchise owner or someone to call because the 1800 number was just a service. I have so many pictures I cant count. Just saying unless this get resolved... I will keep leaving reviews. This is AWFUL!!!!

I am very up set with my services i recieved from Maacco i had some serious issues with someone their driving my kar putting miles on my kar. driving my kar hard tearing up some stuff now i have to go behind them and fix some stuff someone there messed up with my kar i need this checked out investigated
I took my vehicle in on January 11th 2021. This is when my nightmare with Maaco started. While sitting with Melvin Smith we started writing out an estimate oh, I told him I did the one online estimate his response the online estimates were not reliable. As we continued with the estimate which was way overpriced we came to an agreement which was still overpriced but I needed the job done. Estimated completion of paint job 3 days. After nearly a month and several phone calls. I drive the hour ride to Little Rock to pick up the Jeep. When I pick it up I notice a few things wrong but thinking to myself I can live with it and leave to go fill up with fuel. When fueling I notice all the paint is bubbling up underneath the fuel door. I turn around and take it back to Maaco. This is when Melvin Smith start to put on his song and dance saying that this was not covered underneath the estimate and here we go I asked him what is an overall paint job? After some convincing he agreed to fix it. Now Maaco has the Jeep again was it done in a orderly and timely manner absolutely not weeks go by excuses made finally the call to come and pick it up. I get the Jeep home it looks like someone threw sand at it when they were painting it, they had the hood open because hes stripped out the hood latches but failed the paint where the hood meets fender inside the door jam not painted, the new hinges not painted, they put some Bondo on it cracked painted over and the list goes on and on. Shame on you Marco taking advantage of a disabled senior shame on you.

I had my daughters Honda Civic painted at maaco of Little Rock. I met with Brian when I got there very professional gentleman super nice personality. He quoted me a fair price and was straightforward with me told me that they were a little busy, but car would be ready in about 8 to 10 days and it was. My daughter and I could not stop smiling after spotting the car when we arrived to pick it up. Even our family members notice the work and said wow the car looks brand new.
I took a camper shell to be painted the same color as my truck on 7/16/20 and while that was being painted I had them paint my bumper that had a scratch. My camper shell was done but my bumper was not painted. They finally painted the bumper however it was too dark. I was then asked to leave another part of my bumper there as a reference to get the color perfect. My other piece was then painted along with it and now both are too dark. I am now having to have another shop paint it correctly. The Maaco customer support line does not work no one has answered the three times I have called. (The customer support team did nothing to resolve this despite their message below.)
The manager Melvin was really great and professional. Also, David was very helpful with the service that was provided. Highly recommend!

The job was done great..however, it was not done in a timely manner and I was misquoted the price several times and then when I FINALLY Arrived the card machine wouldnt work and I was late to work. You should still go there but only if you have patience..
I got my front end done at Maaco of Little Rock a couple of months ago and they did a fantastic job my front end looks like it never been hit, great job guys, and I also had my splash guard fixed and they had it done in less than a half an hour, I so pleased again thanks Maaco of Little Rock

First as soon as I saw my car it had a patch of paint peeled off of the door. They apologize but didnt fix it. They said that it came off with the tape.Then on the other side the paint was running. They also took my letters off and didnt put them back on. Plus they took all of my coins out of my car and a pair of ear pods. Very unprofessional. I asked then why they didnt fix the patch and his response was he had already did too much extra work on the car for the little money I was paying. They then tried to make me pay double.I do not recommend this place for business..

Maaco surpassed my expectations! They were the most affordable, most friendly, and most efficient. I dropped my car off to have a major dent fixed on a Thursday and it was ready for pickup the following day! It looks like a brand new car—couldn’t be happier!

Tool 3 weeks to paint my car and the painter kept leaving in the middle of the day.there front desk customer service is terrible and cust me out when I got.bexause the paint my car the wrong color and they stole my 500 dollar radio and 400ndollar tuner and said they are not responsible for there workers. Sent my Drift car over for a color change. We chose a very bright metallic teal. It came out fantastic, with tons of flake and a very deep look. They laid it over a very bright red paint job, which is pretty damn hard to get right. I talked to Chris, the main man behind the counter. He was great to deal with and made sure I got the right paint package to get the look I was going for.These guys have a really high quality booth and a very good painter. The paint job will really come out great if youre willing to pay for the prep work. Thats where I think most people get it wrong with Maaco. You will get the attention to detail you pay for.Two thumbs way up from me.
Dont go!! Paint peeling after 3 months! Say they dont cover warrenty on lower bumpers. But the rear bumper is fine. And uper front bumper is fine. They a joke!

I have been here twice. First time, I was super pleased. The second time there was a couple of things that I wasnt happy with, but the staff is nice and they tried helping me, which means a lot. I wouldnt recommend letting them paint a $50,000 vehicle, but if you have a nice vehicle and want a good paint job, then bring it here.
I took my car to Maaco for repairs and it was a challenge to me, not for Maaco. Although the car is 18 years old, Maaco gave the car a New Look and the car looks better now than when I first bought it. The staff was very professional and courtesy and kept me informed with updates.
I have a 09 Corolla that had some chipping on the hood. 145k miles (mostly highway) will do that to ya. I was calling for an estimate for just the hood and to see if I could get a new rear bumper as it had a medium sized dent in it.The manager ended up telling me that he could get me a new bumper and paint the whole car for a little under half what it would cost for just the bumper and hood, so I signed on the dotted line.With this car no longer being my daily driver (I have a motorcycle and my wife has a 4Runner), I wasnt looking for anything super professional that youd get from a dealership owned autobody/paint place - and I was trying to avoid paying thousands of dollars.Maaco really did a phenomenal job considering the price I paid. The only thing that knocks off one star is the slight mismatch in color on my new bumper, which could very well be due to its being new. Overall, Im extremely pleased and would definitely bring my wifes vehicle here should it ever need work.Side note: In the pictures, Im missing my trunk emblem. I was told that it was damaged when it was being removed to paint the trunk (I was made aware of this possibility before I signed the agreement, so no problems there). Right before I ordered a new one online, I opened up my center console and there it was, my trunk emblem! Got some $7 trim adhesive from an auto parts store and voila - good as new.

I took my truck in to get painted on a Monday, got a update on what they was doing to it everyday up til the day I picked it up on Thursday and I must say Im very please with the paint job and with the customer services I got. I must say it look better than the day I got it from the dealership(it was a year old when I bought it) so to Bobby Knight if ever( I hope not too soon) I need a paint job you are my go to person. This place is horrible. My husband took a brand new bumper in to be painted and then put on my car. Everything looked good when we got the car back. All that took place in Nov.2017. Jan.11,2018 my bumper starts peeling and my car looked worst than it did when it was wrecked. We asked why something like that happened and the GENERAL MANAGER said it must have been something on the bumper. That was a brand new bumper that hadnt even been on the car until they put it on for us. Correct me if Im wrong but isnt part of their job making sure everything is sanded down...buffed...cleaned or for painting. Against my better judgement I allowed them to try and correct their mistakes. I left my car there again on a Monday morning right after they opened. They told me my car would be ready Tuesday or Wednesday. I get there Wednesday around 4p.m and my car looked horrible. It had runs and a brand new scratch on my back bumper. Oh yea I let them paint the back bumper which I had a feeling when I left that..that also would be a mistake. I had rough parts, paint on my grille and it was just crazy. They wanted to redo it and that just wasnt going to happen. They would not give me my keys. One person would say they were outside and the person outside said inside. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I did get in touch with my attorney and we be taking action SOON. If you care anything about your vehicle dont trust them with it. I forgot to mention that I smell the paint on my car
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life ....When I dropped my primed bumper off I was quoted $200 to paint it and the guy stated that the price included removal of my old bumper and placement of my new bumper which I thought was Awesome....A couple of days later I called to see how things were going and was informed that the guy that initially started the quote lied about the removal and installation of the bumper being included in the price...So I was told on Thursday my bumper would be painted and Friday I could come have it put on .....Again that was a lie....When I made it Friday my bumper was just being painted and so it had to dry some ....I waited closer to 5pm to go pick it up and so I just paid because I was over the run around....Instead of someone that works there bringing it out and placing it in my vehicle I had to carry out my slightly wet bumper and do it myself ....The customer service sucks and I wouldn’t advise anyone to go Maaco Southwest location....They don’t even deserve a star for the service provided
I give 5 stars for this team. They worked with me, they were patient with me and did a great job. I wanted my 86 corvette painted pink and the painter helped me find my perfect pink. My car looks amazing. These guys also painted my dads Miata and it is beautiful as well!

I had a great experience. They had my car for a week and it was better than I had expected. The only reason I gave a 4 star is they did not honor the CarCAREOne card that offers 6 month no interest. This card was offered on the website and I had one. That was the main reason I chose the store to begin with..

A guy name raven charged me $800 just to replace my bumper and paint it including my hood. I know for a fact he was getting over on me. Then i go to pick my car up and i have spaces between my head lights and side finders. The bumper was loose to the touch also my grill wasnt connected to the bumper i could clearly see the holes where the grill should have been bolted down. I will never go to maaco on 65th in little rock Arkansas ever again! They did a horrible job on my car. If i had a choice to give them 0 stars i would.

I went to Maaco to get a price on a few small repairs. Bill worked with me to make sure I was happy with the deal and the work began quickly. I was very happy with the outcome. My car looks great again and I would go back again if ever needed.
I had a bumper replaced and could not have had the work done any cheaper and the colormap check and quality of the repair was awesome, repairs was done as predicted and on schedule as promised, the entire crew was professional and informative.

In response to my wife wanting a red car we decided to go to Maaco and get a paint job. After extensive debate on what red was we landed on a color and the guys did a great job. After 2 months some of the paint flaked off the fenders around the rear tires. It took two passes to get it corrected but they did a great job. Yes we were without our car for another full week but the team there took good care of us.
I want everyone to know the gentlemen at Maaco took care of me. My car was beautiful. I cried when they pulled it around for me to go home. No other shop would even paint it. They said it was too old to paint. These gentlemen were wonderful. I would encourage you to go there if your car needs painted.
I took my Mercedes Benz with a very hard color to match. It came out perfect the hood and my fender exact match of the color. They really out did themselves and I would come back strongly to get another paint job.
Maco in Little Rock are fabulous. I brought my car to Maco for a small installation. The staff are very professional. The installation looks great. I recommend Maco if you want great service and customer satisfaction.

Minus the front desk staff, the overall service was terrible. We had a truck tailgate repaired and painted that was done incorrectly and had to go back into paint after we arrived for pickup. A week later we had my entire car repainted. Upon pickup, we noticed two areas that weren’t right and had to be repaired as well. Once it was finally corrected I drive off to find every storage console in my car had been ransacked with personal items thrown all over the place. Thankfully I left nothing of value, but this should have never occurred after the money we spent. Do NOT recommend.
They over charged me and just painted my car! I have a 2019 300 that needed very little sanding and just the bumper painted! They didn’t sand the bumper just painted over the problem so therefore the problem still exists but it’s painted black’ uneven, I can still see what I thought I was paying for untouched

Hit a deer, broke a headlight lens . Older Camry so the headlights were both yellowing and looked terrible before hitting the deer. Ordered two new headlights ( both sides) so they would match and be nice and clear. Maaco did the assembly swap on both sides and i left. Also was charged two hrs. and the job from start to finish took 25 mins. A few days later i drove the car for the first time at night . It was horrible . I couldnt see the road at all ! The passengers side was pointing directly into the ditch on the right of the road and the drivers side was pointing somewhere near the north star . Absolutely NO time/care was given to correctly adjusting the headlights . I took it back, a guy worked on it for a little while and said try that ..........??? Not satisfied at all .
18 yrs ago I had a truck painted here when I was 18. Just had my 17 yr old sons truck painted and it was the same great service

I took my car in for a quote. They pressured me to leave my car that day and it would be done in 4 days. It was not done for a full week. When I picked it up it had rough spots and paint drips. They told me we will repaint it. How about doing it right the first time?Brought it back for repaint. I took another week. I only have one car. This place is a joke.
Poor customer service
After 2 years, the hood started to rust even though it was kept in garage. Now rust has streaked back on front panels and down bumper. My car now has a Foo man choo. Stay away from this place! Bad quality. Gas cap even had paint on it behind gas cap door. Bumper was zip tired on. Receipt says they replaced hood, from the looks of it, Not! Rear bumper also loose.

My two daughters got into an accident on a wedding day. One of them was the bride the other the made of honor and the car was going to be givenl to the newlyweds to use it until they would buy their own in a few months... It was so nice to hear at the shop that they can fix it in a week... that became a month actually... they NEVER called with updates. We called them daily. After 2 weeks they said its done so my daughter went to pick it up. It was NOT done but they still wanted her to pay and take it. She didnt. They said itll be fixed in a few days and they will call. It NEVER happened. She called EVERY day and the answer, was always the same: oh, itll be ready TOMORROW. And some days they didnt even bother to pick up the phone. They never call to give update on the status of the car. After 2 weeks trying I had to drive there to see whats going on. I live 6 hours away...I didnt call ahead just walked in and wanted to pick up the car. It was done... almost. But I didnt care anymore.The accident of my daughters was horrible enough. I wanted to find a place where the car gets fixed in a timely manner so we can move on. It was not as I expected. So disappointed with the customer service.Ill give you an other rating later about how the job they did is holding on. (May 2016)Well, the manager called a few months later and offered me reimbursement for my trip to Arkansas, and for the trouble we had to go thru. He was polite and friendly. I give him 5 stars.The job they did turned out to be good; if they can improve their customer service, this place could be the shop I would recommend to all of my friends and family. (September 2016)

Maaco WILL KEEP YOUR CAR FOR WEEKS ON END. This is because they pile cars on top of each other. They will lie to you daily when you call to ask about your vehicle and inconvenience you to no end. They had my car a full week and it sat in the back and they didnt even begin on it until I started calling to complain about it. They fed me lie after lie about why it was taking weeks to complete the job. Put the car in the shop 7/8/16 and as of 7/21/16 it is still not painted.Do not use these guys, or else you will regret every day of your business with them. You have been warned.

Very unprofessional! I had hinges on my door fixed and when I picked up my vehicle there was a cigarette burn on my climate adjuster knob and ashes on my gear shift. There was dirty foot prints and dust all over my door that was fixed. I also had five $1 bills in my console that was taken. I will NEVER take another vehicle to this place. I did inform the company of what happened and they offered to detail my truck and pay me the missing money but its the principal. I dont even smoke!!

This place was terrible. I visited a couple of months ago to get a simple repair job done on my car and they ended up doing half the work. It turns out the guy who took the order left for another location and half assed my work, which is why some of the parts i included were still in the vehicle unused! When i brought it to the managers attention he stated that i wasnt charged for it, but thats not the point. The point is the guy promised to do repair work on a car and failed to deliver, and worse, would have resulted in my car STILL needing to be repaired had i not noticed what was left undone. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. My girlfriend had an even worse experience with them which means its not an isolated incident. Buyer beware!

Hated it does not begin to explain how I would rate this business. Tyrone is a cheap, ignorant manager who will dodge your calls after you receive a horrible paint job thats way over priced. My truck is chipping, bubbling, and the tailgate looks like a washboard for 3,000 dollars that lasted about a year. They did not honor their warranty and lost my paperwork after I was unsatisfied. There is no record of my job in their database as well as corporate customer service which tells me that they most likely did it off the books and pocketed all my cash. They dodged the better business bureaus and the attorney generals calls after i wanted my money back which probably means they are involved in shady business practices. That being said, after writing this review, I was contacted by the new franchise owner Mr. Lydle. He was very empathetic and told me to bring my truck in to have it fixed free of charge. He had the entire truck repainted and even fixed a few spots they missed. Had the truck rewashed and waxed when I got there. If you go here, talk to Bill and work out a transaction with him.
We took our Honda Pilot to Macco in January of 2016. Our car was dark green and we wanted it to be white. We worked with the manager, TJ and the owner, Bill. They had our car for about a week. When we came to pick it up, it was beautiful. We were very pleased with the outcome of the paint job. When we inspected the car closely, we found a few spots that needed to be fixed and Bill was more than willing to touch them up before we left. As we were driving away, our car died. It would not accelerate. We called Bill, he told us to bring it back. He spent two days trouble shooting the issues with our car at his own expense and made sure that we were taken care of. Now, fast forward one year. Our paint is flaking off on a side panel and I bring it back in. I originally asked if it was covered under the warranty, and I was told it was not. I worked with TJ and he gave me a fair price for fixing the small area that needed attention. It took a few days, and when I came to pick it up, the area was fixed, but the taped they applied to the car pulled more of the paint off. We could not afford to leave the car there at that time, so we took it home and decided to arrange a different time to bring it back in. We called TJ and told him about a few frustrating phone calls and conversations we had and the amount of time it seemed to be taking to get the problem fixed. TJ decided to go above and beyond and told us he would redo our entire car and personally walk it through the process to ensure it was done correctly. I dropped it off on a Wednesday morning and we picked it up on a Thursday night. They misplaced a piece of our luggage rack and they had no issues ordering us a replacement. My car looks great, even better than the first time. So....long story short... these guys do a great job and if they mess something up, they make it right. TJ and the owner, Bill take customer service seriously and dont stop until you are happy. There are some bumps along the way, but if you want perfect factory paint job, go pay 7,000.00 for it at the dealership. For the price we paid, we got a great deal and in the future, if something comes up that needs attention, I have no doubt that the guys at Maaco will do the right thing.

The absolute worst with a very shady manager. DO NOT do business with these people. I was given a quote by Maaco to paint a damaged area on my car. The owner, Rick said he would give me a check for the difference of Maacos quote and the quote from my car insurance company. I received a check that bounced and had to go through hell to get things straight with my bank.Do not waste your time.
