The store is great and the staff was very helpful. We purchased a Sleep Number IQ bed in 2018 and had been very happy until it recently developed an air leak. Again the store was very nice BUT they have no control over your warranty, service or help with any problem. After spending in excess of 10k on a bed, base and bedding we are paying $100.00 for a visit to fix a leaking air chamber that is less than 3 years old. I hate to think what the cost of this purchase will be in the long run.
I had the best experience purchasing my first Sleep Number at the The Promenade in Chenal store in Little Rock. From being greeted as soon as I walked in by Amber to finalizing the sale with no detail left out. I appreciated her attention to detail and excellent customer service. I had already done my research and knew which bed and base I wanted but she made sure I was comfortable with my choice—but did not try to up sale (I was prepared for the pushy sales associate that doesn’t want to give you the time of day once they realize your price point is not $$$). Amber—thank you for making my purchase seamless and enjoyable! The store was very clean and the cooler temp in the store on a very hot Sunday did not go unnoticed. All the proper precautions for Covid and trying out mattresses/pillows were taken. It really was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Amber to assist you in your purchase of a Sleep Number bed. And that was just the sales piece—the bed will be delivered in a couple of weeks—can’t wait to get a good night’s sleep!

Their hundred night sleep guarantee is very limited. Read the fine print. Before you buy their products you need to consider this. If you move, they will charge you $99 to come break down your bed,but they wont follow your move day and set up the bed at your new address. You have to contact them again and schedule someone to come out to your new place and setup your bed for another $99. After buying a $3000 bed from them??? Really

Staff were friendly and readily answered questions and provided information on the various options. We were encouraged to take all the time we needed to try the various beds under consideration. Likewise, we were under no pressure to make a decision. The Store Manager ran various bed options for our consideration on purchase costs. This was our second Sleep Number bed purchase and we were looking for an upgrade. The Little Rock store we visited is in a very nice new strip mall.

I visited your store in Little Rock, Arkansas last Saturday looking (for the second) time at your beds. I was filling out the paper work to buy your bed (at the almost done point: signing the papers point) the young man that was helping us said that we could make the adjustment on the bed from the app on our phones. Whoa, I informed him that I don’t do apps on my phone so I would use the remotes. Well he informed me that that would be an extra $39 + dollars a piece. STOP!!!!! You expect me to pay extra money for a remote or have a smart phone in order to be able to use a bed that I just paid $2900+. It is not going to happen! The sales man said he couldn’t do anything about it, it was the companies policy.I cannot believe that you (being the company) are willing to lose customers because you are not willing to provide the devise that works your product. I am sorry for your company. I hope that you wake up: because you lost ONE customer + ? This is how this company does business. My husband and I had been talking about investing in a new bed that would last us for a longer time. We also needed one that would give us a good restful nights sleep. We were eating dinner nearby and had parked in front of a Sleep Number store, so we decided to take a look. Selita Barnes immediately greeted us and gave us a tour of the products. She was very friendly, thorough and was able to answer all of our questions. I was really surprised at all of the different products and accessories. We will most likely make a purchase soon!
Our experience started by getting lost, and Jacob, one of the sales associates, guided us to the store via cell phone. Once we arrived, we were treated like royalty. I had done some research on the Sleep Number Bed, and Jacob answered all of our questions very professionally. The primary thing that impressed me was that Jacob seemed more interested in making sure that we got what we NEEDED, and at a price we could afford than selling us the highest price product that he had in the store.We are anxiously awaiting for our new bed to arrive....Thank you Sleep Number, and thank you Jacob. Painless and cozy! My wife and I went in on a Sunday and got seen right away. We told our sales lady what we were looking for. She out one we may be interested in and didnt pressure us in to getting some thing we really didnt want. It was a pleasure to be there

I guess Ive never been mattress shopping until now. It was a little weird getting a sales pitch while in bed, but we knew what we wanted and a new Sleep Number was the only option. The salesmen were professional and knowledgeable. Good all around experience in this store.
