We purchased a 2021 XT6 a few months ago. The process was fairly easy but the service has been less than superior. My new vehicle has deployed the emergency brakes twice for no reason! Again, for no reason! The last time was while I was crossing the railroad tracks! When I call the dealership to see what I should do, they instructed have it towed in ASAP. When I asked about the courtesy car they touted when we were purchasing, they politely said they did not have a car available. I explained I’m taking care of my disabled mom and can’t be without a vehicle for days. Their reply was “sorry”. Now we have purchased several cars over the years (never a “luxury” car) and have received excellent customer service at some. Not the case here! Very sad to say the least. They could use some pointers from Everett’s GMC/Infinity. Just telling the truth.Update: October 13, 2021The service manager, Steve, called us a few days after the previous post to get my vehicle in and provide me with a customer courtesy car. They keep me updated with details of the service. A day later they had me ready to go! I hope we will have a better service experience going forward. Still hoping to experience that “Excellent Customer Service Satisfaction”! I am happy to say Parker Cadillac did a much better job!

Sales staff was friendly and easy to work with. However, this dealership KNOWINGLY sold me a vehicle that was in need of thousands of dollars worth of repairs, none of which are covered by their warranty. I feel incredibly taken advantage of and would not recommend purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership.***Dealership has now replied to my review claiming we have an appointment on Monday morning. This is true, but it is only for an oil change. My cars serious issues have already been repaired by Firestone in Benton, AR. Parker Cadillac told me on the phone that none of the repairs would be covered by warranty and that if I was concerned about my own safety while driving the car I should “just stop driving the vehicle”.

Excellent dealership! I had a very pleasant experience when I bought my Escalade and now an even better experience with their service department. I met Paul the service manager and Steve my advisor, when having some warranty and service work done. They were both awesome and met all my needs and expectations, even the cashier was sweet and pleasant. I could not be happier with my experience at Parker Cadillac and I highly recommend them. I live in Mississippi and I wouldn’t hesitate to drive to Little Rock for all my needs, that’s how great they are.

** UPDATE** Its been 10 days since Ive spoken with Mark, the pre-owned manager, regarding a resolution with my concerns. During this call, Mark proposed I trade my vehicle in on another one. He acknowledged that I was not upside down in my current vehicle. However, the only model similar to mine currently on the lot was $20K more which would increase my payments exponentially. Theres been no other communication or attempt to resolve this disturbing issue since. I was told by the Service Consultant when I initially brought the vehicle back that the repair would cost approximately $1,800. The best and easiest solution would be for the dealership to just repair the defect. Buyers beware of the deceptive practices of Parker Cadillac.Im disappointed that a vehicle I purchased has a defect that the dealership knew about. When I brought the vehicle back the next day with the concern, I was told there was nothing the dealership could do. I spoke with the sales manager and all he said was that I “should have purchased an extended warranty.” This is nothing but deceptive practices and unacceptable. I was told if I wanted the vehicle fixed, I would have to pay $1,800. I will forever speak against Parker Cadillac as the personnel there are less than honorable.

Worst car dealership experience of my life! My husband & I were traveling from Texas to Mississippi to visit our son at college. Our 2019 Cadillac broke down outside of Little Rock. After waiting for over 3 hours to be towed into the dealership it was there closing time. We left our car & were told it would be looked at first thing in the morning. We asked if they could provide a loaner vehicle so we could continue to our destination and return it on our trip back. We were told no loaner vehicles were available & we would need to wait for our car to be diagnosed & fixed the next morning, assuring us they would get to it first thing. We did not even receive a call telling us what was wrong with our vehicle until late morning. We checked out of the hotel, went straight to the dealership & spent the next 7 hours in their lobby being told it should not take longer than 3 hours for our car to be ready. Also 1st being told our warranty should cover some if not all of the issues. Well $2,000 later & lots of mental stress that ended up in tears we did finally get on the road after a 3 hour fix ended up taking over 6 1/2 hours. Not acceptable at all!!! Do not use this dealership if you are stranded they do NOT care!!!!! If you expect a certain level of service when owning & driving a Cadillac you will not get it here.

I was looking for particular features and she looked diligently for several months until she found the perfect vehicle for me. The transaction process with Michael was super smooth and I was driving my new (to me) car out of there in about an hour. I brought my wife a used Cadillac for her 50th birthday because I knew whatever could be wrong with it parker Cadillac could repair it so I took it to parker Cadillac service department and did an 126 point inspection and I delt with Steve in the service department and he went above and beyond excellent costumer service Steve had the parts overnighted and got my Cadillac back to me within 48 hours and my wife is happy too a happy wife is a happy life thank you parker Cadillac

I have always been a fan of Parker. I am a repeat customer for a certain sales rep. But I also feel obligated to point out when quality is compromised. We were told that our battery inspection may take 2 days and there is no such thing as a courtesy car and there would be a $75 diagnostic charge that will NOT be applied to the cost of repair. While we understand that the rules are the rules so the inspection charge is unavoidable, we were asked to sign a consent that said that the minimum diagnostic charge was $119. When we asked about the discrepancy, the rep very nicely told us that he did not know why it read differently. After getting the rep to again quote me the diagnostic charge verbally, I reluctantly signed the consent. The rep and people still seem nice enough. However, the policies and quality of service at Parker seem compromised or lacking for reasons that I am sure will somehow back into COVID. That is my assessment of my last visit!

I recently bought a new 2021 Cadillac Escalade from Parker Automotive. There sales team was amazing. I ordered my car on the Cadillac website and sent Josh the link and he took it from there. He let me know when it was ordered, when it was being built and when it hit the lot. I expected it to be 4 to 5 months but it was ready in about 2.5 months.They had all the paperwork for ready for me to sign including my trade in.I had a wonderful experience with everyone I dealt with at Parker Automotive. Initially coordination for service was difficult to arrange. They asked me to bring it in once for diagnosis then they would order the parts, then i was to bring it back. For a total of four trips. I have a job and live too far away for that many trips. We settled for a drip off and use of a courtesy vehicle, which worked out much better. Other than that the sevice received was excellent.

Parker Cadillac is great! Service department first class! Im on my 4th Cadillac over the years, and they really know how to treat you right. When you purchase a new car, a bottle of champagne is presented to you, and when you have your car serviced, they always leave wrapped cookies on your console! Because of Co-vid, these perks may be suspended at this time, but Im sure the Parkers will continue them as soon as possible along with the expert service they give their customers! Called to check availability on a vehicle... After 3 transfers and 13 minutes later, Im then told that there is absolutely no one available to tell me if there are any Escalades in stock. The receptionist asked if someone could return my call and I declined. Within a few minutes of hanging up someone from the dealership called me, Im assuming caller ID is how they got my number, and said that they were returning my call. Not a big deal, but I did decline to be called back, asked not to be contacted, and did not provide you with my phone number. Contact is pointless as based on the customer service I have already received, while not egregious, is enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

Ive dealt with them and their horrible service. They tried to tell me I needed a whole new engine which was bs. I took my cadillac down to Orr Cadillac in Hot Springs and they fixed it and it was under warranty. I have the paperwork to prove it. Im reporting them to the BBB. They are all about taking advantage of people and if it dont make dollars for them the way they feel it should they will definitely try to stick it to you. They did work on my car that I didnt need and charged me $1600 and the work they did was covered under warranty also.

Quite the ride, but thankful for the final outcome.The Bad:• It took 24hrs after my scheduled appointment for the dealership to determine if I was eligible for a loaner car. (I was. Granted, the staff was friendly throughout the ordeal, but it would have been nice to not have to go up the ladder of employees.)• After they determined my eligibility, it took 48hrs to get a call back to reschedule my service appointment.The Good:• They did determine my car’s issue and fixed it properly.• The loaner car was nice, even if it only had ~60mi of fuel range.Overall, happy that my car is fixed. Hate that the dealership seemed really unorganized.

Sell a supposed Luxury product and only stand behind it when it is covered under warranty. Arrive telling them what the problem is, showing them the problem. No problem paying for replacement parts, but $140 dollar diagnostic.RESPONSE TO THE SPIN:The warranty item is not what is in question and you know it. Mileage has nothing to do with the fact that the car leaks from the outside to the inside. Less than 3 years old and has been at your shop more times than i can count. The question is your dealerships inability to be flexible in recognizing the numerous issues with the car as well the fact that you are charging for something you did NOT do. I am sure the $140 dollars you made on a Diagnosis Charge will offset any negative word of mouth/print that I offer about my wonderful experience with Parker.Also, see BELOW. Blatant untrue response. They DO charge you the Diagnostic regardless of whether you have the service or not. I had the service and was charged...

I just bought another car from Parker Cadillac. That might not seem like such a big thing to most people, but to me it meant the assurance of being taken care of with professional care. My first car was purchased from Parker in 2001 and this is the seventh. You may wonder why I keep coming back. Best price? Not necessarily, although comparable to other dealerships I’ve checked with. You can buy a car anywhere. With Parker, it’s more about service after the sale. Before I purchased my first Cadillac, I thought that Cadillac was the top of the line of American made cars. I thought I would never have any kind of problem because of the excellence of the brand; however, over the years I have learned that there are potential problems with any brand of vehicle. The thing I found most reassuring is that the service from Parker has never left me afoot. They have always furnished a loaner car when mine needed to be tied up for service. That included nearly two weeks once when the air conditioner had to have a new compressor. The service has always been timely and as promised. Know how you are never prepared for the unexpected? Once, when I was at work and couldn’t leave, Parker sent a mechanic to my home to start the car for my wife. He ended up replacing the battery. It was covered by warranty, sure, but to go to my home within a couple of hours? I had never had that kind of service before. I’ve also found the entire staff to be courteous from the ladies who answer the phone to the mechanic who was willing to answer a question when I asked how to change the cabin air filter. My wife is impressed with the cookies they always give me when I take the car in for service. I’m glad that makes her happy. When she’s happy, I’m happy. If and when I need another car, I will go back to Parker.

As a first time Cadillac buyer im not sure i would ever buy from this place again. 5 months after owning my car I was asked to bring the car in for its first oil change. So 3K to 5K miles were put on it. While my wife was their she was informed that the car needed new tires. I said after 3K miles. They said the car was used.....yeah but certified good right .... so even tho I asked about the tires before buying it they told my wife that its normal to buy tires after 3K miles.....not 30K ...3K. Paid 37K after taxes and title and 5K miles later Im putting another thousand in tires on it. Good luck with your purchases for here. Cadillac is a good car buy not sure about the people here selling them....Update another 2K miles put on it and the check engine light came on and it will not start with the key fob. More updates to come.

Parker Cadillac scheduling and service departments are the best. Due to a road hazzard, my right rear tire was ruined. Cadillac roadside assistance responded almost immediately. I was up and running again within 45 minutes of my call for assistance. Parker service department scheduling arranged a same day appointment to checkout my problem. I was not able to take advantage of the offer, yet for my convenience, I was scheduled early the following day. Upon arrival, I was greeted almost immediately, my concerns recorded, service time estimated, and I was placed in a rental and on my way again withing 30 minutes. Within the time estimated was notified my car was ready. Daniel greeted me immediately upon arrival, escorted me to the business office, and was waiting with my car when I finished.
