Went to get my iPhone XR screen replaced after shattering it and afterwards there’s a slight lag in my screen and when I go to type it skips some of the letters… I think the sensitivity is messed up or something. Not super happy about it. (It wasn’t an issue after shattering but after getting it fixed)

My online order pickup experience was satisfactory and unremarkable. My second reason for visiting was to recycle a sack of spent batteries. When I discovered that a fee is charged for this (something not disclosed on the website) I walked away. I wont be back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to get my phone taken care of and working quickly. When I called they found the correct screen for my size phone in stock and let me know the price. When I arrived they let me know the amount of time it would take and I was able to wait while they got it taken care of. I was extremely impressed with how professional the staff was. I will be back!

I came in for a new car battery on a somewhat old and unusual car. Research showed that they offered this battery for $60 less than competitors. The technician was wonderful; he not only took the time to explain and demonstrate why my battery needed to be replaced but he was respectful of social distancing regulations. I arrived at 8am and had paid and left by 8:25am. I highly recommend their services.

The guy who helped me was amazing! He fixed my cracked screen and replaced the battery in 45 minutes!!! I also was able to use my $10 coupon from booking on line and still received a discount on the battery! Thank you so much!!!!

This place has way too many batteries. Any size, shape, wattage, etc. They also have a lot of light bulbs, all with different functions to include advanced bulbs that use a phone app. I believe they had one bulb that was actually a mini security video camera built in.You looking for a battery or light bulb, this is your store. I bought a package of AA batteries and one auto dimming, video recording light bulb.5 STARS. Oh, customer services was good.

This place is awesome, I needed a battery for a climb-in size miniature car...they had the 1 that fit the toy’s charger. I also bought some inexpensive LED bulbs, working great!

$110 down the drain. Super disappointed with the customer service we received from this store. Our 180 day warranty was not honored even though the off-brand screen that they placed on our ipad was clearly defective.They replaced the screen on our iPad mini on 12/12/20. We immediately placed the iPad in a new drop-proof case with a screen protector. At first new screen seemed okay, but we did notice some problems with the touch screen being difficult to respond to touch after a few uses which is annoying. (Example, the top left corner of the iPad doesnt seem to recognize when being tapped.) After a week of normal use, we also noticed a crack in the new screen on 12/20/20. No crack or damage to the screen protector whatsoever so it seems obvious that the new screen is defective and to blame. We called hoping that the store would honor the warranty and were told instead that a new screen would cost us another $70.

Well it didn’t work because of the frost on the shade cover Well I thought no problem I’ll just return it. Well back to the store were another sales associate tell me I cannot returns it because it’s open!! No lie this guy said it’s not open correctly. He cannot resell it because I didn’t open it correctly. I asked how was I supposed to open it. He then walk to the back with it to show the manager who then tells him the same thing because he comes back saying that his General Manager told him that also. I’m very disappointed while he precedes to tell me that this isn’t Walmart or other stores while I read the return policy on the back that didn’t state it had to be unopened to be returned and does that really make sense to sell something without the exception of someone opening it. He just says there’s nothing he can do Terrible business practices and a very rude employee You guys have lost my business and the customer I’ve have recommended. Thanks I guess I’ll go to Walmart.

Service was very good, staff was courteous. My order was ready when I came in, refunded the core charge for the old battery. I was done in 5 mins. Gentleman carried the battery my car. I did not require installation though. I gave 9/10 because the battery was 6-7 months old.

Nice place with tons of battery options for everyone. Would definitely recommend it, but I did have trouble retrieving my purchase in advance from online. It took the store employee 5 minutes to realize that my order had already been rung up and charged. An unnecessary wait, but I still got what I needed, so still have the most positive review with this place.

This was my first experience with the company and found it to be a very pleasant experience. The single employee helped me carry in the two Marine Batteries (53 lbs each) which was greatly appreciated. Tested the batteries to make sure they could not be salvaged and helped me with the rebate forms. After all that took the batteries out to my vehicle. This was an internet purchase which qualified for a 10% discount if I picked up the batteries from the store and a $10/battery rebate from the factory. Great customer service at a great price, my kind of a business.

The order was ready when we arrived at the store. Your associate gave me tips on properly using my trickle charger when I cant ride for an extended period of time due to winter weather. Before leaving the house we remembered our refrigerator bulb was burned out. Took it with us. He helped us find the proper replacement bulbs. He also made sure we knew about the warranties on each of the items we purchased and reminded me to bring my old battery back in for a core charge refund.

I called today to schedule an appointment to get a new screen for my phone. I wanted to schedule it for 5 pm and was told no would be there that could do it. Why advertise that you can repair phones, but no one is there to do it. I called another company and they are able to get me in today. I suggest if you need your phone worked on to skip past these guys and call someone else.

I found a hard to find battery online at Batteries Plus Bulbs. I ordered it online for pickup at the store. Two days later when I went into the store to pick it, I found the process friendly and easy. Overall it was an excellent experience.

I met Blakes colleague Sloan--my bad if I misheard--and he provided the phone and I confirm that it was fixed to desired specifications. This team was very polite.I would definitely go back if necessary and recommend to anyone that has a broken phone even if it turns out it cannot be fixed. I went in the store to get a bulb for my microwave, but they didnt have it in stock; so I ordered it online for pick-up at the store. I received an email saying that my order was ready, so I went to the store to get it. When I got there, I was told that they didnt have it in stock. Why would they send an email saying it was ready if they didnt have it?!? I wasted my time driving over to that side of town (when I didnt have to go that way).
