Sprinter breaksdown. I call in the morning to tell them whats going on. They let me know theyre completely booked, but since Im from out of town to have my sprinter towed in. Get there from Pine Bluff only to find out they dont work on sprinters!! Before I leave, the service lady asks me; is it a warranty repair? Whats the difference? You dont work on sprinters. Remember. Dont bother with them, unless you have warranty work that needs done.

My car was there for 3 1/2 weeks which was too long. The service department was backed up and could not get to my vehicle in a timely manner. The repairs were made to my car and it is working just fine now. I hope the slow service was just an exceptional case. In prior years the dealership has always been very timely with respect to performing routine check ups on my Mercedes E350 Cabriolet.

I bought a used Toyota Camry from this Mercedes Benz location and during my test drive of the vehicle I was told by the salesman, Dwayne, that everything inside the car functioned properly and that all was good with the car.He was supposed to set up my Android Auto for me before leaving the car to me but never did.Once I had taken the car home I found out that Android Auto did not work because the USB port in the vehicle was not working.I contacted Dwayne about this the next day and met with him so that he could troubleshoot the issue. He was not able to fix it because the USB port was broken. He told me to take the car to the Toyota service center and that the warranty I had purchased should cover the cost of the repairs.Before purchasing the vehicle I let him know how important the Android Auto was for me because I have to travel a lot for my job.I took the vehicle to the Toyota center that he recommended and they let me know that to fix the issue would cost about $4500 because of having to take apart the entire stereo and replace the wires or possibly the radio itself. They said this is not something my warranty would cover.I tried to call Dwayne back a couple more times but never got him directly and was told that he would call me back. I never got a call back from him.So now I am stuck with a car that I cant use Android Auto with so I am not able to use Maps for my traveling and the car needs $4500 in repairs.Very upsetting that I was assured that everything was in working order before driving this car home to find it that this was not the case. I would not have driven the car off the lot had I know that this feature was not going to work because of the broken USB port given how much I need it on a daily basis.Definitely dont recommend buying from this location.
Never go to this dealership, one of the worst dealerships I ever visited. I had an appointment to see a new car and when I reached the dealership the sales representative told me a car is not available for you and started showing me and my family an attitude and walk off on our face. We haven’t done any conversation we just walk in and this person name Brady Purifory who is a sales representative was so rude. I never saw this kind of sales representative in my life and at the Mercedes-Benz dealership never expected. I recommend firing this person. After talking to the manager he helps us out and told us that the car which you looking for is available.
Terrible customer service, very judgement and stereotypical! I recently purchased a car the end of July and had a brakes and rotors replaced through dealership. I called Kim Phillips the following day stating a concern with a “MASHING SOUND” as if im taking my nail across a chalkboard when I brake. Mind you this is a day after I’ve gotten an alignment new brakes and etc. She told me that “We don’t lubricate our parts and that the sound will wear off and etc” she scheduled me an appointment to check to see bc mind you I’ve driven several models before and I’ve never heard of this sound ever and I would assume if the parts are brand new and newly done then there should definitely be no issue after that. October 4th is the day of the appointment. The objective is to inquire about the mashing sound as I brake or shift into different gears. When starting car. Waited from 9:40 am to 4:45 pm to get my car finally checked at 4:00. I was told we don’t see any issues with the car everything seems fine it’s just the brakes are new and that’s where the sound maybe coming from momentarily.It’s not even an hour after my appointment my car is sounding like a rocking chair. Every time I hit a bump the car creaks. Everytime I turn my steering wheels it sounds like a rusty door opening when this was NEVER an ISSUE 🥺. Took the car back to them and made KEMP test ride with me so that someone would listen. His first response was “No way” “You can hear that” ..he told me he was busy and wouldn’t be able to get me in until next week to double check what this issue could be now.October 18th 9:00 am I brought the car in to have Kemp to have them check to see what had happened to “now cause this embarrassing issue.” Long story short at October 18th at 3:46 pm I received a call stating that something has broke and is leaking...so you mean to tell me something just sparatically happened to my car no later than an hour from leaving...and the cause is “ya know things just happen and no need to worry the parts are here nand it’ll be $650 plus the 160 fee for looking today!”WTH?the lack of effort shown is disappointing. The lack of integrity shown is frustrating. This is absurd especially over something that I never caused. Along with the inconvenience I’ve been going through from the beginning!!!!!!!!

What is the point in having an appointment and u still seat for hours they need a better service to where they are going to know they will have your car all day with no loaner cars so u can make arrangements for someone to pick u up and take u home even though they have a car service that will take u places but I say like an hour away and did not want them to take me that far I seat from 9 til 3 and they where just pulling my car in and I even asked will yall have it long and they told me that they should not have it long and I seat for so long now I know it takes time on a Foreign car and u dont want to rush but come on now they could have told me that from jump and I would not be writing this page letter

I bought a used vehicle from them. The car had bald tires so the dealership put two brand new tires on the front, and the bald tires on the back. Well; it’s an AWD, so because the tires didn’t match, it messed up my transfer case and transmission. $850+ later, still having issues. Not to mention the car was traded in at 67K miles, and I bought it at 68K miles. So someone up there was driving this car for the month it sat on their lot, and didn’t mention any of the problems when I bought it. My car is now at Parker Cadillac getting taken care of, but the money continues to come out of my pocket. I’m very upset and I do not recommend shopping from here.

Have taken my E320 4 times for the same problem. Spent $2457 last month and my car is still having the same problem with additional problems such as going dead and stopping at traffic lights and shaking. The service department had my car for a month and said they could not duplicate the no start and didn’t have any codes although the check engine light was on. I am very disappointed in the service that I have received and time wasted and money wasted. I pray I never have to take my car back there. I love Mercedes Benz I own two but the service sucks

Took my new car in for service ‘squealing brakes “ I was told on phone they would change to ensure my safety. They told my husband they were just gonna put some paste on them to fix. FYI the paste didn’t fix them!!! Still squealing just as bad! Took them 2 weeks to just put paste on brakes. I have a 3 hour drive one way to dealership. Wasted my time and I still have a high performance car that everyone looks at for all the wrong reasons! It only has 2000 miles on it! I was expecting great service and was greatly disappointed!

Terrible customer service, made an appointment a week in advance online, drove for 1.5 hrs to get there just to be told they did not work on our style mercedes. Even when we showed them the printout from there web site showing the appointment for our vehicle and the cost for the service. Very rude and acted as if it was not there fault that there website had misinformation.
While traveling from the southeast to the Midwest our Mercedes Sprinter van developed a somewhat critical issue. I called the dealership service department numerous times and could never reach an actual human. I left several messages. I never once got a return call. We drove over two hours to get to the dealership in hopes that we could have the issue resolved. Turns out they dont even work on Mercedes Sprinter vans. This in and of itself is somewhat incredible, but I could have accepted it, if only someone had just had the COMMON COURTESY to return a call and let us know. I get them two stars because, at least, the service rep I faced to faced with was able to provide me with a local, quality, foreign car mechanic who was able to service it in a very timely and affordable fashion.

I went for a service today. They charged me $340 for a simple oil change and checking my cars tires pressure, which I think way expensive, though, I agreed to pay for this. However, I asked how long will it take for my car to be ready? The guy said there are two cars in front of you and it will take one and half hour for your car service, so total of three hours. I asked if he could provide me with a vehicle so I can go home during this time. He said they dont have one available and there is no shuttle service either, which I thought was rude. I had to call my husband to come and take me home . He came in 15 minutes and it took us another 15 minutes to reach home. As soon as we arrived home, I received a text message that my car is ready for pick up! Hence, either the guy who told me 3 hours, never checked with the mechanics or the mechanics did not perform any service.I believe Mercedes shall stand for quality of service and customer care, which I think was lacking during this visit.

This is the worst place to purchase a vehicle from. The customer service is terrible no one wants to take responsibility for issues with the vehicle purchased. They are terrible do not purchase from this place...oh and let me add when your trying to speak with them about your issue forget they dont care at all.

I am long overdue in posting this review...and it is my first Google Review of any business. However...BJ Henry in the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Little Rock took such extraordinary care of our family during a long & complicated repair that I felt compelled to take time to post a review. I dropped off my 2013 E550 Cabriolet with about 3 days remaining on the Zurich extended warranty I had purchased from the dealership. No loaner cars were available...so he took one off the lot & made it a loaner. We are grateful he did as the repairs took 43 days to complete (due to Covid-related delays in obtaining parts from Germany). The repair bill...which was several thousand dollars...was paid in full by Zurich with no issues whatsoever despite the repairs extending beyond the warranty coverage period. BJ made sure we had a loaner vehicle (allowing me to avoid the inconvenience & cost of renting) and managed all communications w/Zurich (I never had to deal w/Zurich). Despite the long delay...BJ made the process as smooth and pleasant as possible. He was also highly communicative...easy to reach & quick to respond. The man is great at his job.

Made a Thursday 3:00 PM appt. on the internet via their website for my C-Class assuming I would be done with classes then. But luck would have it I was able to show up much earlier. But when I arrived at the service entrance and drove my C300 inside the service bay/garage no one came to meet me as I stood next to my car. So I figured, OK Its 12:45 and my appt. was for 3:00 PM. I’ll sit in the customer lounge. I would assume a customer service rep will ask about the C300 parked in the bay. As time went on I saw that other Mercedes-Benz customers were not able to drive in the bay due to my car in the way. So I took notice of this and went to my car, started it up and pulled forward so other cars could come into the bay. And yet no one from the Service Dept. approached me about my visit. To clarify, when I made the appointment on their website, I was assigned a “personalized customer care representative”. So when I showed up at the dealership 2 1/2 hours early I didn’t see Marco, my rep. I figured he was at lunch. By 2:45 PM I figured something was amiss. Where’s Marco (insert joke here) Polo! Well it turns out, Marco called in sick that day and I sat in the customer lounge for two hours before I was approached by Jim and he was wondering what I was there for. When I told him I had a 3 o clock appointment and that I was expecting Marco to assist me he was taken back that no one inquired about my C Class parked in the customer service bay for over 2 hours. So Jim immediately took control and helped me. As we went to my vehicle to do the write up, someone had done up a Repair Order on my C Class and had a service tag/ticket on the windshield/dash. The only problem was that someone in the service department thought my C Class was an E Class and wrote up a repair order that was another customers car. OK, I suppose I could of been more assertive and asked the folks in the service department to assist me once I pulled up, but it seemed to me that the website appointed Marco as my personal representative and I could only deal with him. Hey, it’s my first Mercedes-Benz. So I don’t what protocols this dealership in Little Rock has? I figured if Marco has been assigned to be my point of contact. Then I can only deal with him, maybe that’s why no one came to help me when I pulled up? Still, I am happy with Jim taking the initiative and helping me and the guys in the back (mechanics) to get me straightened out and back on the road. So my 1st impression of Mercedes-Benz of Little Rock is going to be 3 out of 5 stars. I’m really happy to be part of the Mercedes-Benz family and I look forward to having another opportunity to have this establishment take care of my pride and joy. Let’s hope for a better outcome. I’m sure it will be.

This has been an awful experience. We are literally considering driving 3 hours to buy from another dealership. The salesperson- Spencer knew nothing about the vehicles and sales manager-Randy was pretentious and not helpful in any way! This is not the level of service you expect from Mercedes Benz!
I went into the Mercedes dealership after visiting Jaguar and Audi. I met with Dale Rak and was immediately put at ease with no hard sell tactics. He answered all my questions and as he became more familiar with my expectations provided some insight that helped me greatly with comparisons between like vehicles. Dale and David Kelley allowed me to look through the available inventory looking for just the right vehicle well passed their closing time. Dale made the purchase of a vehicle very easy and I will recommend him if you are looking for a Mercedes. The car was purchased sight unseen, other than photos, and once it arrived exceeded my expectations. Thanks again to Dale for his help.

My husband and I were on a drive because the weather was beautiful and on a hunt for patio furniture, and stopped by the lot to see a GLE that caught our eye. This young man with so much knowledge and professionalism, humor and patience helped us, and we ended up with a GLE 350 because Dylan Thompson was just that good. They convinced my wife she needed new tires when she still had plenty of tread life on her old ones. They charged her over $1000 and kept the old ones. They are extremely expensive and will take advantage of you if you aren’t knowledgeable on cars. I wouldn’t recommend getting any kind of service done here.

Spencer West was the worst sales person Ive ever had to deal with. Saw him on tiktok figures Id come in. Nah fam, he just acted like a stuck up celeb with his all of 76 followers roflmao.
I did have a rough start to doing business with this dealership but once the appropriate people learned of the issue, it was handled immediately. Very impressed with the response.
We had a great experience. Sheila was terrific! She even worked on her own time to help us locate a vehicle when they didn’t have exactly what we wanted on the lot. She took care of everything and was very patient. I would absolutely recommend them and specifically Sheila!
My sister and I came in to look at a C-Class. We were accosted by a man named Bill. He literally interrogated us with his note pad writing down meaningless information. We asked to see a C-Class and he went in to get keys. While we were waiting for him we saw an older salesman with a customer that just bought a car and she appeared to be very happy. We saw a female sales person with a customer, they also looked very satisfied. When he came back he took us to a CLA and then a CLS. They are two completely different cars and not a C-Class. we finally asked if we can find someone else to help us and he said no, I will be helping you. The other issue we had was he called us hon, sweetie and kept touching us. We left and went to Memphis ad bought a C-Class from a professional sales person that actually knew what he was talking about.
We did not go into the dealership, nor did we buy from this dealership, but my grandfather had an older Mercedes that broke down and was giving us various error codes. We called Alan(sp?) in service four times and while they couldn’t fit us into the service schedule very soon, he talked us through what we needed to do to get the car back running! It turned out to be as simple as adding a fluid and charging the battery for a bit. We appreciated his help so much and we will certainly be booking all our future service appointments here.
I had the best experience, Corey is the best salesman I have ever worked with . He helped me over the phone so much before I ever walked in the doors . Once I got there he was so knowledgeable, kind and patient. I wish all car dealerships had people like him. The paperwork was went just as smooth . Last update: When I arrived in service, there was no one around to talk to. Usually someone comes out to greet you but two desks were empty and the lady was on the phone. I simply walked through everyone’s office spaces and walked back to where I assumed there would be another office to find Jeremiah. He was extremely helpful, we went over everything on the car. We had to wait a while to get a car to go home in however that was fine I could see them all working and trying to get it done. Overall a very good experience with service without having to speak to Troy again.This was a bumpy road and frustrating but the GM and service manager were excellent and did their level best to fix everything that had gone wrong and help me out. I was able to get B service done; new tires; new key batteries installed, and had a sunroof switch repair done in 1.5 days. In the end I am pleased with the service provided.Update 10/07/2020: I was immediately contacted by the general manager after hearing of the situation and he was able to rectify everything for me and I will be going to my appointment this afternoon. He was extremely apologetic and empathized with the situation and I feel confident that I will be taken care of in the future while he is manager. I will post another update.Original post:The absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. Absolutely horrendous customer service at the service department. On September 28, 2020 I called at 8:01 AM to speak with Troy Riner and I told him I needed a service loaner for my appointment that day but that the website wouldn’t allow me to schedule it that way. He said due to high number of requests for service loaners that he wouldn’t be able to but he could reschedule me for October 7, at 1:45 with a service loaner and I said that was fine. We spoke for 4 minutes. Which I know because I have the records from my phone bill. On October 7, at 8:51 Am he called me and told me customers cannot book their own appointments with service loaners and we would have to reschedule. I called back twice, sent several texts and called the operator and left a message for the service manager. All of the calls went out at 8:56, 9:01 and 9:07, respectively. Troy called me again at 9:15 and said in the system it showed that I booked the appointment, not him, and that he had no record of me ever calling back in the call logs. He then proceeded to argue with me for quite some time saying I kept speaking over him. And he wouldn’t let me get a word in at all. They refused to honor my appointment and said they could only reschedule me yet again. He even acknowledged he would have to cancel my appointment today and go into a different system to be able to schedule it under his own name which he clearly did not do previously. I still have not yet heard back from the service manager, Jeremiah.Mercedes Benz of Little Rock has forever lost my business. And I will be sure to spread the word.
