My daughter got married during the pandemic last August . She recently tried to return an unopened popcorn maker, which was on her registry to the Little Rock store and was told they don’t accept returns past 2 months purchase! I called our Williams Sonoma in Rogers and the store manager graciously accepted the return for store credit. Customer service was not only unacceptably poor at the Little Rock store but rude. I understand return policies, but we were in the middle of a pandemic! Brides were canceling/postponing weddings. Arkansas just recently completely opened and people just now fully vaccinated. It truly amazes me the attitude difference between the 2 stores. I have to assume it’s the store management. So, brides beware! Williams Sonoma has great merchandise, but it’s tough to return! By the way, Bed Bath and Beyond took back a cutting board- no problem!

Love their products. Staff accused me of not buying a toaster, saying theyd never carried it, yet was on their shelf. The manager took care of the return very professionally though

Only reason Im giving a 4 is because they didnt have The copper drinking pitcher I wanted with my cups etc etc. However the store is so classy.

I was TDY here for six months at LRAFB. All I had was a fridge and a microwave in my room. Thank goodness for W-S. I purchased a Breville oven and a All Clad slow cooker. Needless to say I was a cooking fool. No way was I going eat nuke food for 180 days. Kim, the sales associate was especially helpful and very kind. I even went and purchased a complete set of Zwilling J. A. Henckels knives and a Breville bamboo cutting board. Also this store has cooking classes from time to time.

Always a friendly experience. Very helpful staff. Store is well stocked, clean and displays are good.

Came for a very specific skillet I wanted, the staff helped me find a 2 pack that was way cheaper than buying it individually.

Nice show room, friendly staff. Parking is tight and not user friendly. Test kitchen on premises, olive oil, vinegar and other assorted cooking spices on hand. Prices start higher than expected and quickly go north. Limited inventory reduces star rating.

High priced but adorable store!!

Lovely store and lovelier people. The staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. Nice selection of Le Creuset and Staub cookware, which is unusual in Little Rock. If they dont have what youre looking for in stock, they can order it for delivery to your home.

I LOVE this place. The workers are super friendly, the seasonal displays are always gorgeous, and they always have some sort of samples or cooking demonstration going. They have a wide variety of top quality olive oils and vinegars which you can try before purchasing. I love their liquid dish soaps and hand lotions. Great smells!

This is a very good store for specialty items. I do find the best times to go or when theyre having a clearance sale. The only caveat is that you have to be very careful about their clearance sales. you have to double-check the pricing as they will put things on a shelf thats a 20% off that are not 20% off, or whatever percent it says they are. Also if something is broken, it is often only markstown a small amount whereas Goodwill probably wouldnt even sell some of those items based on their condition. They do not have some specialty items that are actually fairly common such as hey bread scorer or hook. they do sharpen knives, which is excellent, but call ahead and only occurs on certain days.

A nice place for kitchen items. They have a wide array of items that are well organized alone with a sales staff that is very helpful without being intrusive.

Worst customer service I have seen anywhere. Have waited 7 weeks for a merchandise credit. Have spent thousands of dollars with this company. Still getting a different story every time I call customer service. I have also been back to the store where the return was made and they do not understand why cooperate hasn’t sent the merchandise credit.

Low quality of section and staff was not to impressive. The prices were 25% -50% higher than the SAME PRODUCT AND MODEL ordered online.

Snobby store that doesnt even have the basics...youre kidding right? I tried to get them to sell me an item on display and they refused even though they were out of stock on the item theyre supposed to carry. No concept of customer service.
