I will never do personal business with Staples again. I placed an order valued at 147.00 on 11/20/2020 with an expected delivery date of 11/24/2020. Upon tracking the items, they were listed as lost unable to be found. The staples rep was suppose to reorder the items and have them delivered for the following day 11/25/2020. They never were delivered, the delivery service that they were coming throughdid not have anything in their system regarding my order. Thanks for nothing Staples.

Absolutely abysmal print services. Needed 5 basic job plots printed and laminated, they messed up the order twice, then proceeded to not even laminate one of the documents when I went in the FOURTH time to pick up the order. Just go to FedEx print services and get it done right the first time, my $.02.

Customer service from manager very poor. The manager was nice to my face but didnt realize I saw her roll her eyes at me. I just cant believe how some people get management positions.

I needed someone to help my elderly mom print a real estate contract from her phone, let her sign it, scan it and email it back to the real estate agent. Since I live 8 hours away I needed someone else to do it. I called Staples and spoke to a very helpful person that said they could help her out. My mom immediately went there and they took care of it completely. We were both impressed with how helpful and friendly they were. I would highly recommend this store. Thank you!!

The workers in the aisle were really helpful. Brad directed me to exactly what I was looking for and when we realized it wouldnt work for what I was needing, he directed me to the copy print center for more help. I will always come back for my printing needs. The young lady Kaitlynn was great at her job. I was clueless as to what kind of paper I wanted to print on. When she felt the copy I had she was able to tell me exactly what kind of paper it was and made up a quote for my print project. Ive never seen anything like that. Impeccable service!

I wanted to order a big and tall chair, pick it up at the store and partially pay with gift cards. This appeared to be a somewhat unusual request, but all the employees that I interacted with were, helpful, patient and professional. I was very impressed.

First, a major retailer that doesn’t accept credit cards? Second, placed a one hour copy order, left to go get cash, wasted and hour only to return to find they didn’t run the order! Waiting a second hour and she still is not running the order....really poor customer service!

Jeff the associate was not motivated to help. you saw me struggling with the ream box of paper and did not offer to carry. I asked him if we could do the price match and instead he did a return and then chose to use thats a return recharge. This was probably one of the least experiences that I enjoyed at Staples.

The five stars is for Katelyn in the print department. She was knowledgeable and sweet and really busy but still assisted me with no attitude. Other than that the store is mess, nothing is ever stocked, and the other workers are rude and act like they just dont care. The day I was there a woman was at the front yelling across the store to the copy center. I overheard her saying the worker didnt have her ear piece in but I just felt like it was unprofessional to yell across the store when she could have just walked over to her. Ill only be back for printing, all my other purchases I will order online.

I cant agree with the reviewers posting here. Ive picked up toner several times for my mother and had no issues. The place is usually pretty empty.

An absolute soup sandwich. I just needed 20 copies of ONE page, the two women at the printing service desk were yapping away and playing on their cell phones, then told me the copies would not be done until 4 oclock the following day, mind you, I came in at 3:30 p.m... 10/10 would NOT recommend; as a matter of fact, youre better off investing in a printer and printing your stuff at home than dealing with these incompetent individuals.

Visited the store about 6:30 at night. 5 employees yelled hello from the Tech Support counter. Not one came to ask me if I needed assistance as I wandered the aisles. Came to check out with one person in front of me... Now 4 people standing around. Not one answered the phone that was ringing or cared to help the lady behind me that had a question. Terrible customer service.

When I took my invitations to get printed here, they told me they would call me when they were ready, and that it would take 24 hours. After two days of waiting I finally called to ask and they said they had been ready since yesterday. Nobody had bothered to call. Then when I looked at the invitations, about half of them were cut crooked and were off center. I would definitely not print your stuff here.

This store is poorly staffed. We submitted a print job for flyers, posters, and info cards. First, the printer broke down. Then, the card cutter broke down. Finally, the poster mounting machine broke down. When they did manage to get the printing done, the colors were off and the quality was poor. All the machines necessary to complete our job mysteriously broke down on the same day. Their phone system doesnt work correctly. They lied about sending us an email to keep us informed about the status of our print job. NEVER AGAIN will we do business at this store. Thankfully, there are other options.

Went here a little before closing on the 26th of September. I can only assume management was not in store because they had an employee singing very loudly and obnoxiously throughout the store. I could hear him from four aisles down. At first I didn’t think it was a big deal, but then he started using profanity repeatedly. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I left without buying anything cause I couldn’t even focus on what I was searching from all the noise. If I had my kids with me I would have been more upset. Whoever was in charge either didn’t care or was too afraid to tell him to stop. I can understand if he was a late night stocker, the store was closed and no customers were around but the store was still open and customers were around giving each “can you believe this?” looks.

First off I want to say that Caitlyn was amazing super sweet and just Fantastic 5 stars for her only, but there where only 3 employees in the store the girl at the front counter did not know where anything was or try to help me find it so I looked alone but then needed some help she then called for someone to help he took 4ever then said he was out did not offer to look in the back or anything luckily I looked up on the top shelf where I guess they store thing and found what I needed. Maybe caitlyn should train everyone on some customer service bc she has that down! Woman at the front may need to smile and welcome people into the store instead of acting like she hates her job. I mean for the store to be empty getting paid standing there is a dream job for some. Or she could be stocking the empty shelves so customers dont have to hunt for stuff.

Horrible service. Self service machine would not work and employees did not seem to care. When asked if they could print several items from usb drive on their side since self serve machine wouldnt operate, was told I would need to put in an order and it would be tomorrow.

For the second time my order was delivered to the wrong address which is clearly listed on the delivery sheet. Whoever Staples gets to deliver their packages cant read addresses properly. When you get off the elevator on our floor, the address on my package is the first office you see. However, this person decided to go down a hallway and drop the packages off in a totally separate corridor in front of a locked office with a number totally different than mine. They were left totally unsecured.When this happened last time, I called the corporate office and they put a search on my package, and I called when I found it delivered to the wrong office.You would think somebody would have talked to the driver then. No such luck.
