I am a former employee of this company, recently resigned Aug-12 of 2018. I had a few things that I needed to be made aware. During my time here I was thoroughly disrespected. I was responsible for doing most of the work while others did not pull as much weight. The manager(s) did as they pleased and they taught you that you were not to say a word no matter what the manager does and that you were to do as you are told. I was cursed at in my face by my employer. I was spoken to very disrespectfully by the assistant regional manager. She told me to make sure all my work was done and I responded “well of course that always happens.” She responded, “Um no captain that is a negative all I needed was an ‘ok’ and that’s it got it?” Which was also part f a group company text and my manager saw this and did nothing about it. The open door policy or “chain of command” was taken down. I was told that I deserved a raise and of course after working so hard I did deserve a raise but was never given one. I was not respected in the companies eyes but Instead I was worked like a dog and I was always the one working the hardest. I tried to reach corporate but they never answer the phone. The owner was never available but as I said the open door policy was torn down. There were multiple food safety and health violations that were not addressed properly. My advice to you is don’t work here and don’t eat here.

Terrible service, rude employees, said my cake would be ready at 12:45 only for me to sit and wait till 1:30. The employee proceeded to tell me that I was the reason other peoples cakes were late despite ordering days in advance

Bought a cookie cake online 3 weeks ago that was supposed to have a green dinosaur and happy birthday written around the dinosaur. I had a scheduled pick up time for today at 6:00(my huaband even called the day before to confirm cookie cake order was in). My husband arrives at 6:45 and no cookie cake was even made. Then they just quickly put happy birthday on the cookie no dinosaur paid over $40 for this cookie cake. Then I called and asked to speak with the manager and he asks me to come back up there for 6 free chocolate chip cookies because they were too busy today to make the cookie cake. Terribly dissapointed.

Good service. Limited products, but good service
