Came here to purchase a short human hair wig. Wasnt much 2 choose from n no help. Finally a man Im assuming was owner allowed me 2 step behind counter Where there were more. I chose one, he went in storage room 2 get one in the box. I noticed box was torn but ignored it. Got home it wasnt the one I chose much shorter. He knew it wasnt, put another one in box hoping I didnt open it. Instead of telling me they only had the one on display. Live in another city didnt want 2 drive back. But I will never buy from them again. Bad business tactic. Just check the merchandise before you leave.

Wigs are buy one, get one free. They are marked up so high, ridiculous. But its clean and organized

They are one of the best spots Ive been to in little rock! They have basically everything in one spot! From hair dryers, many choices of weave, a HUGE variety of hair colors and the list could go on. The staff is helpful and pretty good about helping you out if needed.

I bought extra colored hair from this store and was told by the MANAGER that I would be able to receive a refund if I wanted to return the hair. I did not open the hair or damage the packaging, but was only given a store credit. Not a REFUND!!!! I did not mind the store cried it; I’m a black woman with needy hair. The biggest issue I had is that they are printing store credit on receipt paper and they want you to hold on to that. We are a paperless society...this guy hopes to keep money with this tactic, robbing our black community. I used my store credit and will not come back. These people do not deserve the support given from this community.

Its the old Hollywood video spot and its just a place with hair supplies. They have a lot of things I dont understand it though.

The girl was too worried about her plans that night to help us find a wig that would be just right.

Although the space is small at this location, they definitely know me when I come through😁...they have a very nice variety of hair, and makeup...not much room to sell clothing, but for anything hair and makeup, this place has reasonable prices, friendly staff, and an awesome clearance section. Check it out when you get the chance

I really dont want to comment too much but it was my first experience going into a place like that I was trying to bleach my beard and I asked for things were and they just kind of pointed over that way and I burnt my face to the hell didnt give me any of the directions of little directions with the product so thats why I gave it at 2

This place looks a amazing. . Like walking into a Hollywood store for the stars. The only thing missing is a hair salon. But make-up, hair supplies, clothes, shoes, wigs...its like if you have an event and cant make it home to change stop in this place and walk out fabulous... you have to see it for yourself. .

I purchased a rod iron on Saturday 5/23/20 the iron does not curl my hair properly so I tried to take it back today 5/26. They absolutely refuse to take the iron or give a store credit. Cashier & owner EXTREMELY RUDE, I will never shop their again & will advise my friends & family to do the same.

The young ladies working the wigs were just awesome one young lady who was pregnant helped me pick out wigs for me and my friend.She was honest if it looked good or didnt look good and also showed us things we might like she was on her feet helping us for a while . I think my friend and I purchased five or six wigs!! I think she helped me make some great choices.

After having a bad experience at another hair store, I came here. The two young ladies that helped me were fabulous. They were well informed, friendly, and seemed to genuinely care about helping me find the hair for the look that I was going for Ill most definitely be back.

I drove 10 minutes to catch the store before they closed at 6pm since I just needed a pack of rollers. When I arrived at 5:50 they had the door locked. I was able to catch an employee as they were letting people out to ask why they were closed so early she said we close at 6:00 I reminded her that it wasnt 6pm yet. I asked for the number so I could ask a manager. The manager said they closed early so they can get out on time. It was the most unprofessional answer I have ever heard from a manager. I understand being frustrated with people rushing at the last minute BUT if you close at 6pm, proper business etiquette is to close on time NOT early so you can get home. I am very upset and inconvenienced. I will be speaking to upper management.

Seeing that Im a Manager at beauty gallery in the wig department. I always keep my department clean and neat! And people are not allow behind the wall for Their Safety. If someone needs to see a wig I will help them find one the best way I know how. Come in and ask for Ms. Nita I bet you leave satisfied and beautiful!

I will never shop here again and I will never buy this product again. The Asian owner has Black employees to handle his Black customers and they do just that. The way this product was packaged (the ends at the top of the box with a rubber band around around them and the bend of the hair at the bottom with no rubber band to separate the hair into sides) makes it impossible to use the hair as braid hair or crochet hair. It just unravels like a hair ball. I was willing to accept a store credit; however, he and his manager were unwilling to do anything because it was opened. How else would I know that there was a problem with the product?? They even checked another box in the store to see that I was correct. Did they even apologize for the issue? NO! Did either the manager or the owner remove the remaining boxes due to a known defect? NO! My family brought me here when I would visit town. Since I moved back, I decided to make this my go-to-hair-store. Their behavior has changed that. I have couple of things to say about this store, 1) the owner is not friendly, need some customer training as well as some of the other employees especially the one in the wig section which leads me to # 2) Their wig section is awful they have all the wigs behind this half wall or whatever, the wigs are on shelves that go up the wall in which you cant go behind the wall to get a closer look at them and the wigs are so close together, literally they are smashed together, you cant even tell what style it is or cut is.
