PHARMACY STAFF IS RUDE! I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PHARMACY. LINES ARE ALWAYS WRAPPED AROUNF THE BUILDING. THE KROGER PHARMACY LESS THAN A MILE DOWN THE STREET IS BETTER RECOMMENDED FOR THAT AREA.

0 stars if I could give it. Devi at the pharmacy was extremely rude on 2 different occasions weeks apart! I will not return to this location.

I have tried ordering photos a few times at this Walgreens. The first time, there was a lady working the counter who rolled her eyes and said she didn’t have anything for me. I didn’t mind and came back today, and realized I ordered from the wrong location. Before I could apologize for wasting her time, she rolled her eyes and told me that “yet again” she doesn’t have anything for me, and that I would need to go further downtown. I understand that customers can be frustrating at times, but I did not give this lady a hard time, and left promptly when I realized I was in the wrong place. I will not be returning to this Walgreens, and recommend that others in West Little Rock use a different location.

Why is it every time I come to drop off or pick up a prescription I have a minimum wait of 15 minutes in the drive thru? If the people just sitting and waiting to have their prescription filled or if there is an issue with their prescription they should be asked to come inside. The last I knew the drive thru was supposed to be quick but it never is here.

The Pharmacy area had the best customer service than any other Walgreens in Arkansas. Great prices, it’s only drug store I trust in Arkansas.

I have never have issues when I go in store or through the drive thru so that is why they get 3 stars. I ALWAYS have HORRIBLE customer service on the phone. I’m pretty sure I talk to the same woman every time. She is incredibly rude and today she actually laughed at me over the phone when I didn’t know the answer to her question because I don’t know the ins and outs of my medication that I JUST got prescribed. Honestly might switch pharmacy’s. Customer service is the key to a great business and this woman on the phone does not represent the company well.

They refused to give me a refund on a recall of walzan...zantac renatidine....proven to be a carcinogen....even in an unopened box and i had receipt on my phoneThey wanted a paper receiptI will do my business elsewhere

The worst experience I had was around Christmas. Someone was able to get the information to my husbands debit card and used it to make a $217 purchase under a Mrs Whites store management. After several attempts to contact and review camera footage it was PROVEN that neither I nor my husband made those purchases, or even visited any Walgreens in Little Rock as we live elsewhere, but Mrs White informed me that I would not have my monies refunded and had to pursue my own case. The Corporate Headquarters refused to contact me when I tried to speak to them, as well. I will no longer support Walgreens, and wish to have my email address removed from any attempts to solicit my patronage through store credits.--An Unhappy Victim.

Ive stopped at this location many times. They are just about the same as any other Walgreens and if you like Walgreens, youll like this location.

Had to stop filling my rx there because they never had it in stock. Went to get some nasal decongestant after work and they refused to sell it because I was unable to get my rx filled there. The pharmacist recommended something that did not work, and I ended up with worse medical issues than when I started. Do not recommend, they are not knowledgeable and unhelpful and blame their issues on the customer.

Pharmacy department is the worst. This is the Walgreen closest to my house so I kept going there and they are consistently slow. Each time takes about 40 minutes for a prescription that was ready for pick up. Im starting to go to the chanal branch and it was so much quicker.

It takes them so long to fill prescriptions! Kroger on Hwy 10 is much faster..
