The staff did an awesome job of taking care of their customers. It was a bit busy when I got there. They work with each other to make each and every customer was taken care of in a timely manner.

Hello I visited this jareds on South University on February 2021 to get my jewelry repaired, and when I returned a couple of weeks later to retrieve my jewelry one of my bracelets was missing! The young lady who took my jewelry to be replaced name is Dominique and I was told that my bracelet never was entered into the system as if they never received it!! That bracelet was very sentimental to me and I spoke to the manager Jennifer who told me she would look for my bracelet. Jennifer later told me she could not find my bracelet and that there was nothing they could do! I am so devastated and hurt. Ive used jareds many of times in the past and never have I ever received such poor customer service from them and to think that my bracelet was stolen from me and theyre saying theres not anything they can do is disgusting! I will never use Jareds again nor will I ever buy anything from them again!!!!!!

Omg! This was my first time here, but Haley was my salesperson and she was great! Her coworker was too! But they were really instrumental in helping me choose very nice stud earrings and I appreciate them! Haley was very patient with me and explained everything to me so well. He took the time to ask what we are looking for in a ring and explained the clarity, cut, and grade. Leslie is AWESOME. She cleaned my infinity earrings that I thought was ruined because I cleaned them with peroxide. I was going to purchase some more to replace them. She told me to bring them and she would clean them. When she was finished with them they looked new. She is the best. Very professional, courteous, and caring. She could have made a sale but instead gave exceptional customer service. I will continue to buy all my jewelry at Jared.

ToddJ Hudson helped me to decide on a beautiful ring!! It looks so great on my hand and he measured my finger and got it just right! He is One of the best there at the Little Rock location. This guy really knows jewelry! You just got to go see him if you looking for something that looks good, feels good and as he says “has just enough dazzle to make it pop!”
My mother, who has spent a lot of money here, which the manager and the associate could both see in the Jared computer system, purchased a Pandora bracelet for my wife at this exact location for Christmas. My wife attempted to exchange the Pandora bracelet today with no receipt for the exact same bracelet that is a fraction bigger, which is the exact same price and they would not exchange it without a receipt. The manager and the associate apologized to my pregnant wife for not being able to exchange it and told her to go to the Pandora store because “maybe she bought it there”, even though it is perfectly tucked inside a Jared, The Galleria of Jewelry box. I would be willing to correct this review if someone would like to contact me.
If you want a good shopping experience and customer service done really well, ask for Leslie.We bought our engagement ring 15 years ago at Jarad and decided to sell it back for the price we paid and double the amount. (There were no strings attached!) We now live in a town that is 3-4 hours from any Jared so we knew we would need an excellent sales person. Long story short, the first salesperson we worked with at another location didn’t REALLY listen to me, made mistakes, didn’t communicate, and ultimately made a mess of things. A three hour drive one way is not a small thing to fix their mistake of holding thousands of our dollars in limbo. Not cool.We gave it another shot and drove to Little Rock and I’m so glad we did. LESLIE spent hours on the phone going to bat for us. She was very professional, polite, and direct and we appreciated that a lot. I’m picky and knew exactly what I wanted. She listened to me and we worked together and found it. She communicated with me, scheduled things correctly, and made arrangements so that when we returned, our diamond would be there and ready to be put in the setting upon our approval.She redeemed our experience with the company by going above and beyond, by being personable, honest and professional. She worked her tail off for us to clean up a mess she did not make. Thank you, Leslie.I will always work with Leslie and I love my diamond.
So I went into the store with my girlfriend to let her decide what kind of engagement ring she would want, the staff was super friendly and very helpful. She ended up custom designing a ring and it was very reasonably priced. I’m 100% satisfied with the ring I got for her and hopefully she will be when she gets it! Overall I definitely recommend going here for any jewelry needs!

This place is great!!! I don’t buy much jewelry for my wife but when I do I want to make it count. These people will bend over backwards to make you feel welcome and while they are not always the least expensive, they will make your experience one to remember.The selection is amazing!Service amazing!I will go nowhere else moving forward.
Complete waste of time and money. Poor customer service. First and last purchase from Jared. Ordered online and product was defective. Due to the way it was packaged there is no way it was damaged during shipping. Absolutely no way to make it right without me driving at least 2.5 hours one way to the closest store.
Constant staff turnover, bad management. All the staff talks bad about each other and blames unorganized chaos on corporate or computer system changes. Took my brand new ring to get sized and they did not take proper pictures- which was pointed out to me my the GM who continued to talk trash about the employee who did that. Multiple times given the run around about not being able to find the loose diamond that was purchased separate from the band (custom engagement ring) or my purchases not added to my “jewelry box”. AVOID ZELDA... rude and somehow one of the only employees still there. I’ve been wearing my engagement ring for less than a week and the band literally broke. Will be calling corporate and unfortunately driving to Memphis for cleanings as this is the only location in Arkansas and the service, staff, and business operations are subpar. Was told there would be new staff coming in- the new girl was sitting with her legs on the side of the glass who looked like a deer in headlights and just stared at me when I walked in. Where are they finding these people? My fiancé spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this location and knowing all this would have gone (anywhere) else. This entire operation is GARBAGE. Take your business elsewhere!

This review is based on my experience with Kevin Nelson. God bless that mans patience. I originally met him in person after calling the store to check to see if an engagement ring was in stock at their store. The lady that answered stated it was. When I got there Kevin greeted me. They were slammed which was odd as Christmas was still some 22 days away. None the less I advised Kevin of the ring I was looking at and he attempted to search for it but we came up short. I had many questions that day and he answered all of them. Throughout the ordering process he was kind courteous and respectful. I called way too often checking on the order.Bottom line, when you go in there ask for Kevin.

I love this store. My fiance got my ring and band here and we just purchased his band. I upgraded my middle stone and they were very good about keeping my insurance plan. When we bought his ring they didnt pressure us at all and let us view as many rings as we wanted.
Hands down the very worst experience buying fine jewelry i have ever had. The only person willing to appear to want to help or make a sale was Hailey. When i came back the same day to make my purchase she had already gone home and the remaining sales people were not wanting to give me the same deal she was willing to give me. She told me they would ship tje ring and the other people said they would not ship from the store. When i came in a couple days later to pick the ring up from being resized no one spoke to me upon entering the store to even reassure me i would be helped. There was 2 other people waiting. One woman associate was walking around counting so i assume doing inventory. Which im sure is a very important aspect of the business. But they may want to concern themselves with the customers and at least acknowledge us. A lady who was already being helped had to ask the counting woman to get a man associate to finish doing his job with her. At which point he became interested in doing his job and handling the rest of us in order. I handed him my receipt to pick up my resized ring which he didnt bother to look at because then proceeded to recharge me at which point i said i already paid. Then he got short with me. I didnt try the ring on because i said directly to him it was a gift for my daughter. He showed me it had been resized then said goodbye. He didnt try to put it in a box or offer me anything. Just literally the worst customer service ever!! I hate i spent my money with them and i dont recommend you do either unless you want to be treated rudely. They make commisions off of the sales and treat the customer like they dont care anything about them.

I wish I could rate them in the negative. Hands down the WORST experience I could ever imagine. I designed my ring online. I went to the store to order it and waited for an HOUR so the manager could call another store and figure out how to place the order. Once the diamond came in they told me it wouldnt fit the setting they had recommended to me..... once my ring is finally ready for pick up they wont give me an appraisal. They are trying to charge me $200 for an appraisal of the ring I just bought from them????? They literally have the values on the information packet they gave me. The best part is they want me to wait a month and a half to get the appraisal done. I will NEVER spend another penny with the store. To say Im disgusted I ever walked in there is an understatement. HORRIBLE.

I went to Sissys Log Cabin first and when I told them what I was looking for he said oh we dont have that. Then he didnt try to show me anything else and acted like I wasnt allowed to walk around and look. So I went to Jareds the lady that worked with me was very helpful and patient. I ended up with a great gift for my mother in law and it was within my budget. Thank you Jared!

I will NEVER attend this prejudice, over priced establishment. I have never been so mistreated and discriminated against. Ive been in this place three times and I will NEVER go there again. The employees have some of the worst business ethics and the managers have the worst people skills.After my most recent trip I plan to write a letter to their corporate office, their parent company, Sterling Jewelers, as well as Pandora.

Updated review: They let us return the ring that was designed, and use the down payment that we had applied to the original ring we had picked out. ring was sized and ready for pickup the next day. Audrey was a HUGE help!Original review: Until I get some kind of correspondence about correcting the atrocity of a custom ring that was ordered in July, this rating will be a 1 star. My husband and I were promised phone calls and emails regarding updates on my wedding ring. NEVER ONCE did we get the email or call first. How we found out about my finalized ring coming in was by him calling to check on it, to only be told that the ring had arrived 3 days earlier and that some new employee would be reprimanded for not telling us. We had the potential to spend a lot of money at that store- now we are both left with a very sour taste. I want the general manager to get a hold of us.
This four star review is because the jewlers stepped up and saved the day. If this was just for the sales people, 1 star wouldnt be low enough .A few weeks ago my fiance and I went in and purchased a band to go with my engagement ring. We wanted the band attached to the engagement ring and they said it could be done with no problem. My ring was a size 7 and fit perfectly. When I went to pick it up, the ring was too tight. The lady helping me said it was because it was sticky from being freshly plated. Then she said it was tight because I had taken it on and off multiple times and my finger was swolen. She followed up by saying to wear it for a few days and if it was still fitting too tightly they would fix it. So, 2 to 3ish weeks later we take it back because its still way too tight. We talked to the manager and the same lady. They told me they would have to cut off half of the original ring and it would cost me over $500 to fix it. The ring is a family heirloom. So that wasnt an option. We left. I went back in a little while later and asked them just to remove what they attached to it. They said it could be done and would be covered under the warranty. They same lady then tries to get us go pay $50 because the process to remove the band would yellow the original rings. I said Id live with the yellow and just to remove the band. After leaving, the lady calls and tells me that to remove the band they will likely break the original bands and I would have to pay to fix it. I tell them to just leave ring the way it is. When we went to pick up the ring a little while later, we were asked to speak to the jeweler directly. The jewlers were amazing. I explained the situation and they were able to honor what I was originally told and fixed the ring. They did end up having to cut part of it, but gave me the pieces back because they understood the significance of the family heirloom. When its something so important dont just accept the first answer the sales people give you. They will just try to charge for for anything they can. You can ask to speak to the jewlers. I cant thank the jewlers enough, they fixed the ring and I couldnt be happier. The sales people on the other hand were just an epic disappointment .
