I’m a complete novice when it comes to scuba equipment. Terri explained everything and took her time helping me. She didn’t just sell me something and send me on my way, she wanted to make sure I knew I could always call the shop and they’d help. They take great ownership of their equipment and customers. That’s VERY rare these days.These people are highly skilled, will take good care of you, and I think they can be trusted completely. I HIGHLY recommend them! Terri and Scott are fantastic, and will help you.

Fantastic team of people working at The Dive Shop ll. I heard the staff was great working with and made the decision to drive 7 1/2 hours to take some classes there from middle Missouri. The staff members that assisted me with training was Mike McCrory, Scott McCrory, Terri Bernard, and Lyman Watkins. I took ecology classes, react right, and diver stress & rescue. If you want to try scuba THIS IS THE PLACE! Indoor POOL that was built just for teaching and training scuba. It was super easy to try with the free try scuba events Then taking the class was great combo of online, in class and in the POOL. Very safe. Terri team is great to work with. Go give it a try, its amazing to discover all the great local diving and cant wait to get into the ocean, on the better side of it.

Service and everything was good but seemed like up selling was a big thing to them. I had bought a couple of items there recently. I had later been gifted some Fins from a family member and preferred there fins to the ones I had just bought. I ask about returning the non-used item and they said they do not do refunds. I don’t know if they don’t believe in the product they sell or what but as expensive as they are I’d expect to be able to bring it back given my circumstance. I will likely take my business elsewhere next time.

Ok... I have been to several dive shops in the Little Rock area and honestly, have forgotten about this one. This is worth a trip here if you are even thinking about diving! Super friendly staff and a large selection of dive gear. Had a regulator rebuilt and replaced my bcd. They do have a pool here and try before you buy option. Of course, dive classes are available. I was there today to replace my mask and buy an extra tank and the staff was very helpful.

Totally awesome folks. I like spending money with people who treat me like family. I also like spending money where I’m sold things that suit me best...not where the store can be most profitable. I can’t express how pleased I am that I found this place. They totally act like they are in business just for me. Ironically, I haven’t spent that much here. Guarantee though I will not be shopping online. I’m in the pool business and these folks have made me a bunch of money.

I have no idea what I am doing but needed some stuff. They helped, and didnt sell me stuff I didnt need. Not five stars because the lady REALLY wanted me to take lessons and go lake diving. Yeah, no... Shes lucky I was in the market for a snorkel and mask.
