I have had two door panels on order now from 2/06/2021 and to this day I have never had a phone call returned or any follow up at att. I have called more than twelve times to get some kind of answer and all I get is the run around. We will find out and call back ECT,. Never have I had any response. This is the first time I have ever posted a review and I hate that its a negative one. I just hope that someone will see this and let me know what I can do to get me door fixed...

As a Windsor Door dealer, they have been phenomenal to work with. The customer service is always great, and they sell a great product. I would recommend them to any door companies that are exploring dealer options, or homeowners that are looking for a great product for their home.

Very fast unloading. We were out of the dock within 25 minutes. Friendly people. Shipping hours are 7:30 am to 3:30 pm

Not a good place to deliver. Had wait for someone to be call with a fork lift. No one maning the receiving area.
