Purchasing my new phone was a pleasant experience.. it took a while because the rep kept making mistakes but they were nice so I didn’t complain. However a few days later I got a work bonus and realized I could get the iPhone 12 and attempted to use the return policy to get my money back for my phone and get the 12! I called to get clarity and A rude female manager with an accent yelled “a refund for what? You don’t need a refund, keep your phone until you upgrade”. I thought she was poorly communicating that I wouldn’t be able to return the phone. I found my paper work the day after my return period was over and realized I was right! I also verified this by calling professional metro employees! I suggest that we all start calling these peoples boss when they act like they don’t appreciate or need their job..

Great place to get a phone. The lady who work there is very friendly and helpful and they also have smart pay so you can get the phone you want

My previous phones were great by if they have the IPhone 6s Plus an its good I will tell everyone about that place😻😹😂😍

Great customer service they just need better range on their telephone service and I dont understand why its not better they emit 1000 times the Gammas that theyre allowed to buy law but whatever its not like theyre trying to kill anybody
