I will never return here. The food was great, but the electronic purchase was fraud. I walked in with 2 gift cards totalling $20. My bill was $20.70. I used my VISA card for the remaining balance, then the girl had a problem with her card reader. So I found 70 cents in change for the difference and walked out. Several hours later I find a charge on my bank statement for $10.79. So, for a $20.70 purchase, I essentially paid over $30 for 2 sandwiches, chips, cookies and coke. Train your people!! 😡Update: the problem has since been resolved. Thank you.

Picked up food for my sons birthday. Staff were professional & didnt rush me on my selection. Staff told me about specials that were current in effect

Had a great lunch there. Pleasant service and super tasty sandwiches. Had the Honeybaked and Club also tried a couple of their sides potato salad and the broccoli bacon salad.

Past two times Ive gone (Thanksgiving, today), I was impressed most by two things:1.) They are highly conscious of, and enforce, social distancing and mask usage. There is always an employee at the door directing traffic.2.) The food is amazing. I mean..its Honeybaked Ham. How could it not be? :)

Loved it. Beautiful menu list of all they offer. Foods in the store you may purchase,,which I did. My ham is gorgeous. Cant wait for my first bite. Wink.. and my next visit .

Always fesh & great customer service

Weve been getting hams here for Thanksgiving for the last 3 years and have always been happy with them. We reserved our hams for pickup today about a week ago, and my husband went to get them this morning. It was only then that we found out the prices for the hams had gone up significantly; they said they were bigger this year? Im not totally sure of the reasoning behind it, but I know we definitely felt duped since we werent told about it when we reserved them. $130 for two hams is excessive and not letting customers know beforehand was just bad business. Well be going elsewhere for our food in the future.

You simply cannot beat their honeybaked smoked turkey breast! It is a family favorite. We ordered two for this Thanksgiving.

AMAZING HONEY BAKED HAMS. HANDS DOWN, THE VERY BEST IVE EVER TASTED. TOOK HOME HALF A HAM. FRIENDLY, CLEAN LITTLE PLACE. A VERY VERY RARE TREAT, AS THE PRICES ARE UNJUSTIFIABLE FOR FREQUENT PURCHASES. HOWEVER, THE $5 HAM BONE IS A REALLY GOOD DEAL FOR SOUPS AND OTHER LOWER COST RECIPES!!

I went into this little rock location the little GIRL in there was very nasty and rude.. They had meat sitting on the counter and the customer service was not properly appropriate for the price of the food in the establishment. They did not honor my coupon stating the wording was different. I understand that however whats on the coupon should be honored. Its ok I called corporate and I will be sure to follow it all the way through. I will not continue to allow people to disrespect me in these establishments that I use my money to fund your salary.

Honey Baked ham company has been a staple in the community for years, as everyone know they have some of the best ham around.

1st visit was awesome when I went to pick up my order the workers needed new jobs. They were too ghetto
