Im extremely greatfull for Ben who really outdid himself to help me. I had an emergency where I had to leave the state on 9/25/2020 i had to take somethings with me.. and I didnt had anything reserved but had everything set up for a cargo trailer. So when I went to rent the cargo trailer a fuse of mines wasnt working. I was very frustrated because I needed to leave ASAP. So Ben told me not to worry that he would take care of it. A couple of minutes when by and he came back with a brand new fuse and set everything up for me and did not charge me extra. Again thank you Ben for making things a lot smoother for me that day..

I was so upset with this service from the start, I called for a uhual van they had none in stock so I ask for a larger uhual to reserve, when I arrived the next morning they hade booked for a pick up truck, thats the first issue then I ask for the correct vehicle and used it one day had it back the same night I was charged 130.00 dollars over and they messed up the mileage average, I will never use this place again by the way I still cant seem to get anyone who knows whats going on 🤦🏼‍♀️ and no I havent received a return on my money, I have used uhual so many times but never have I been treated this way or over charged like this. Never again will I use this uhual company on baseline. Completely disgusted.

I moved out of state awhile back and left my items in a storage unit. I was ready to have my belongings shipped and called and order U-boxes. I was so pleased with the excellent customer service that was provided. The driver Jue Neasley went above and beyond in making this process go smoothly, she kept in contact with me through the entire process, arrived on time during drop off and pick up and even kept me updated on the preparation of shiptment. Thanks Jue for the excellent service you provided!

Ive been with those who have rented trucks here to move or trailers and got good service. And wasnt keep waiting a excessive amount of time

Staffs taking own sweet time to serve customers. It took 15 mins for the manager to do something about clearing the queue.

Do not store anything of value here as it will get stolen & the staff will not be concerned or phased.

Horrible customer service. Drove over 4 hours after paying and having reservation. They said they could not do it. Scheduled another appointment for following day. Again said they could not do it. (Out of town) drive to another uhaul said they couldnt do it. Then they call and said I could drive to Sherwood and get it done. Will file BBB complaint. Use your judgment when using this company. There word is no good.

We rented a site for storing our recently fully renovated vintage camper during the winter. We went to get our camper out of storage to go camping and discovered it was not in the site. There was actually another vehicle parked in the site and we soon learned they had rented our spot to another person. They were still charging us a monthly fee and also charging this other customer to rent our spot. They had no idea why there was an oversight. We filed an insurance claim with their insurer RepWest and we were told they found no evidence of negligence or responsibility to cover the costs of the missing camper. Our camper was stolen from a secured facility and it is certainly their responsibility for liability. What confidence can you have with a businesses that is not liable for stolen property when you are paying them to protect your property?

Warning! Do not risk RV storage! Not only did they not report the theft of the RV to the owner, but re-rented the spot then billed both renters! Looks like an inside job!
