I had a great experience there! The staff is very knowledgeable and after several tests (including several runs on the treadmill), I was given the choice between several choose that would fit best my type of foot. Then I tried all of them on the treadmill and finally was able to make a choice.Really happy with my new shoes!

I arrived to the store 20 minutes before close time, I actually felt bad even going inside and felt like I was going to be rushed but entered anyways. To my surprise the sales associate was indeed SUPERB. His name was Charlie, he was extremely knowledgeable, patient and personable. Charlie possessed all the traits needed to sell anything. He broke down what shoes and insoles I needed, why I needed them and even took it a step further to reassure I was buying the right sneakers by trying out a few others. He took his time in assuring that I would leave the store completely satisfied. I ended up purchasing a few other gadgets, thus increasing the sale and did not feel hustled to do so. I literally left there without no doubts. Nonethless, the FIRST day I ran with the new sneakers and recommended insoles by Charlie I brought down my 1.5 Mile run by almost 1 minute! all by just by changing my shoes. I am very thankful to this store and its great training of its employees. Managers keep up the good work!

Go Run was an excellent store. As a new runner, I was looking for some detailed guidance on buying my first real pair of running shoes. The staff provided excellent service and great advice, and spent lots of time helping me find the right pair of shoes. I would gladly recommend Go Run to anyone in the Miami area.

Best place in town to get your gear up for any marathon or 5k or any actives great service and the staff is super friendly and understanding of what type of running or marathon that your doing.

Terrible! Been buying my running shoes here. Came with my daughter to buy her running shoes, but they didnt carry her size. I asked if please they can do a running test for fitting and i will buy something else. He refused. Anyway, last time i buy here
