Ii have visited several Joann stores in my travels. Livermore Joann Fabrics is hands down the best. Always organized, bright lights to see fabric, and well stocked. The staff is knowledgeable, patient and is great the way they help with coupons!

Exceptional customer service on the floor and the register. Product is merchandise properly, providing direction to customers as to locating material, notions, whatever the art or decorating, sewing, creating, whatever your shopping list has. The shopping experience isnt rushed nor have to wait for someone to assist with customer needs. Inventory selection has diverse options in brand names and labels, assorted colors to select from, left me undecided because there was so much to choose from. Thanks to the great service they provide, helped me in minimizing a costly visit, allowed me to see that I had far too much in a basket I really had no need for. It is consistently clean and organized. Staff greets everyone that walks in acknowledging the invite as well as when exiting they speak out once again, definitely exhibits appreciation for the customer. Excellent job, well done. Above customer satisfaction, exceeds all expectations!

Love this store! There is plenty of parking out front and next to the building, a good selection of fabric and all sorts of other crafting items, and the staff are always very helpful and kind.

Fun place to visit but DO NOT go without coupons off your phone or otherwise. Most items are WAY overpriced & higher in price than Michaels. They do have sales but again, still more $$ than any other place Ive been to

As usual, staff was very friendly. I bought ten yards of vinyl to reupholster our kitchen chairs and used a 50% coupon, so with a little bit of work I will have new chairs without paying for new chairs!I also donated about 70 masks that I sold. Joanns accepts them and donates them to local places that need them. I keep a few handy in my car to donate to homeless people when I see them.

There were two young female employees who I encountered during a visit to the shop.The first encountered was at the fabric cutting section in which a young female employee was reluctant and belligerent in helping me find a fabric dye product after I spoke with a manager who suggested I visit the store to find some possible solution products and to bring my dress. However, the young female employee became helpful after I explained hat I brought my dress whilst in Italy and that I wanted the other manager (from the phone) instead.The second young female employee at the register made it very difficult to input the coupon after refunding the purchase then trying to scan the coupon code from my phone. Finally, she got really frustrated and ask me for each numbers of the coupon code. She was very curt and I said thank you at the end, she said THANK YOU! in a rude tone.Even whilst living in Italy, the young female working at shops were not rude, unfriendly, or unprofessional as these two I met.That was the first and last experience for me in that store.

As a store for Arts and Craft supplies, I think that Joanns is top notch. Much smaller than Michaels, but with friendly, easily identifiable, customer service employees.However, on the day of our visit, we went because of the Framing Dept. The Framer, (sorry, her name escapes me), was just finishing up with other customers and let us know that she would be right with us. She was polite, funny, knowledgeable and very patient. She answered all of our questions, went through countless frames with us and was extremely helpful. Our issue, is with the insane pricing! Our watercolor, which is about 24 x 19, with the modest matting and frame that we chose, was originally priced at nearly $700.!! But, with the coupon running that week, of 60% + 20% off, it was still $248. How in the world, could FRAMING cost $700.?! No wonder they can discount their services so deeply... Because they are so grossly inflated from the beginning. We thanked the wonderful employee, but decided to pass. No thanks JoAnn.

Found everything we needed!

Most of the items we were looking for were not stocked. Their was no employee easily found. The wear street clothes 😂 and I have to look for a small name badge to know if they work there. Lucky us we ran into several more knowledgeable strangers that were able to point us to other businesses where we could find what we were looking for and at a better price. I used to love to Annes but their customer service has gone down hill and this specific location is just awful 😞

This store is awesome except for the checkout lines. But I guess lines are to be expected when there is so much wonderful craft supplies and home decor.

Nice yarn department. Not much in way of sales, no yarn discount coupons. I bought some crochet thread and scrubby yarn.

I swear that Joann uses to carry some higher quality fabrics, but maybe Im just remembering wrong. The selection can be hit or miss when it comes to fabrics, but they always jave good coupons and the seasonal stuff is usually on awesome discounts. I just wish that there were more fabric choices if you arent quilting as making a fleece blanket. It is just hard when there arent a lot of good fabric stores in the area.

I love this Joanns. Been going here for 14 years. So when I moved to Mather a few months ago it was nice to visit and see all the employees I new and miss.

Took my oldest daughter to get some paints...they had everything she needed and when we got to counter the cashier asked if we had account and coupons and since i didnt i told her my wife is usually the one that comes in she looked up some things for me on the spot and scanned us coupons. A huge customer service gesture now a days. Wished i got her name.

I love this place..... If you have the right coupon you can really get everything at a good price! But..... be careful of their coupons… they can be a misleading And disappointing when you have your whole purchase planned on using it.

Ive not yet seen this store not clean. I get prompt help at the cut counter. Plenty of inventory when I visit. Always find what I need.I usually have unrealistically long wait times at the register, which is frustrating when Im just in for one quick thing.

So here I am, a guy that welds and does carpentry work and hunts and offroads and all that country boy stuff... couldnt sew a sleeve to save my poor old grandmothers life. So you can imagine what I was up against when I had to go buy fabric and batting for a set of cushions I was having made by a seamstress friend of mine.The staff at the Livermore Joannes was great, so helpful. I had no idea what I even needed to buy, but two of the super nice ladies at the fabric counter stopped what they were doing and took me to all the appropriate departments and helped me find just what I needed. Couldnt ask for anything better than that. Thanks!

I can get lost in this store for days, not on the sense that it a big box store, but there is always something good to distract me. The lighting is good, it feels clean and organized and I can usually find what Im looking for (and more).

I was looking for some wooden letters to spell out our companys website. I searched online and found out their prices is almost the same as cheap ebay or Amazon prices. I went to this location and found all the letters expect for one which I had to go to Dublin to get it. However before I went to Dublin one of the employees reserved it for me.This place is very clean and obviously well managed. They have great classes and and great selections for a lot of DIY projects. I wish they were buttons throughout the store which you could push for assistant. Sometimes it was hard to find someone to help me. Also suromg another visit and check out the cashier told me to get a coupon from their site for a better deal and I save 50 percent. I always check their site for coupon now before I go. Other than this, very competitive pricing and a great place to shop and feel welcomed.

This store is my crafts center. I like Michaels too but Joanns has me returning with all the coupons they have. I usually find what I need here, I like the oil paint variety but sometimes I have to go to the Dublin store to find what I need (visa versa).
