Hes extremely knowledgeable and he helped us find solutions to every question that we asked him. He was prompt and courteous and went above and beyond a couple of times to make sure we were happy. Got a new phone sealed in the box. Had some trouble getting it activated but Alex from Fusion was very helpful and very responsive. Together we figured everything out that Verizon Wireless couldnt. Overall satisfied!

Purchased from these guys and they were extremely unprofessional. The items were never delivered and no refund issued. I now have to go through Google to get a refund. Buyers beware!!Why would you return to me something that was returned to you by FedEx without contacting me prior? FedEx never delivered the package and no $2,550 refund was issued to my Amex. That’s the problem with drop-shipping items. The items were sent back to your distributor and they screwed you so you decided to screw me. Repeat - No refund issued to my Amex, you guys have provided no evidence of refund and FedEx never delivered the item. On top of that you have to lie in your response below because you can’t even extend the professionalism to return my call. Appalling!
