Im such a Converse fan! They have great styles at this location, and I really enjoy the customer service. When I was buying shoes for my 12 and 14 year old daughters, my 12 year old wanted a pair of Hello Kitty Chucks. They were just in, so they were not part of the sale. I did not want to spend $60 for a pair of shoes for my 12 year old, especially because I typically dont buy shoes that much for myself. So, a rep. by the name of Kimberly helped us significantly by showing us a pair of Chucks that were similar in color but at least half the cost! My daughter really liked the shoes, and I really liked the price!Tanner helped my other daughter, and he was so patient. He walked to and from the back multiple times to help us find the right pair of shoes. I already like the styles they offer but to have great customer service on top of that always helps the shopping experience.Ill continue to stop into the store and see my Converse peeps😊!

Horrible Horrible Service. Employees are a joke, you had one crippled one that you felt bad for because she sitting there then when she gets up you realize she needs cruches ! Her friend who ended up being an employee laughing making jokes about customers being beavers. Horrible customer service in this place. Never left a store soo upset.
